Subject: Online Training on "Open Educational Resources (OER) and Licenses" scheduled from 25 to 29 April 2022, 4: 00-5.00 pm-reg. Reference: 103 / 2022-23 GIET / CIET

With reference to the above subject and context including Jayabharat, CIET and NCERT New Delhi will provide "Open Educational Resources" for students, teachers as well as education related staff of all schools in the state from 24 to 29 April, 2022 from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm. (OER) and Licenses "online training on the subject.



પ્રાથમિક વિભાગને ‘પાસ પ્રમોશન’ - ગુજરાત શિક્ષણ બોર્ડના ધોરણ 1થી 8 સુધીના તમામ 51.25 લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પરીક્ષામાં પાસ કરાશે





કોરોનાને લીધે 6-7 મહિના શિક્ષણકાર્ય ખોરવાયું હોવાથી સરકારનો નિર્ણય


ધો.5 અને 8ના બાળકોને પાસ કે નાપાસ કરવાના નિર્ણયનો પણ અમલ ટાળવામાં આવ્યો




કોરોનાકાળને પગલે રાજ્યભરના ગુજરાત શિક્ષણ બોર્ડના ધોરણ-1થી 8ના 51.25 લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીમાંથી વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષા આપી ચૂકેલા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નપાસ કરવામાં નહીં આવે. જોકે ગત વર્ષ 2020માં ધોરણ-5 અને 8ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પાસ કે નપાસ કરવાનો આદેશ શિક્ષણ વિભાગે કર્યો હતો પરંતુ કોરોનાકાળને પગલે ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં તેની અમલવારી નહીં કરાય. ઉપરાંત વાર્ષિક પરિણામ તૈયાર કરતી વખતે કુલ 200ને બદલે ચાલુ વર્ષે 160 ગુણમાંથી મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનું રહેશે.








રાજ્યભરના ધોરણ-5 અને 8ના અંદાજે 12.50 લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં નાપાસ કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. આથી ધોરણ-5 અને 8માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પાસ કે નાપાસ કરવાના શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ગત વર્ષ-2020ના આદેશની અમલવારી થઇ શકશે નહીં. આથી ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં વાર્ષિક પરિણામ તૈયાર કરતી વખતે ગત વર્ષ-2020ના આદેશની અમલવારી કરવી કે નહી તેની મૂંઝવણ દૂર થઇ છે.






રાજ્યભરના ધોરણ-1થી 8ના કુલ-5125905 વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાંથી જેને વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષા આપી હશે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાપાસ કરાશે નહી. જોકે ધોરણ-1થી 8ના 51.25 લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષા શનિવારે પૂર્ણ થતાં ઉનાળું વેકેશનનો પ્રારંભ થયો છે. પરંતુ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોનું 35 દિવસીય ઉનાળુ વેકેશનનો પ્રારંભ આગામી તારીખ 9મી, મે-2022ના રોજ પ્રારંભ થશે.






પ્રથમ પરીક્ષા નહીં લેવાઈ હોવાથી તેના 40 ગુણ ગણતરીમાં નહીં લેવાય


રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં ધોરણ-5 અને 8માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાપાસ કરવામાં આવશે કે નહી તેમ પૂછતા રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ સચિવ વિનોદ રાવે જણાવ્યું છે કે કોરોનાના કારણે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના છથી સાત માસ બંધ રહ્યા હોવાથી ચાલુ વર્ષે ધોરણ-5 અને 8ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નાપાસ કરાશે નહીં.






ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં 160 ગુણમાંથી મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનું રહેશે




કોરોનાની મહામારીને કારણે પ્રથમ શૈક્ષણિક સત્રમાં ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણ આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આથી વાર્ષિક પરિણામ તૈયાર કરવામાં 200ને બદલે માત્ર 160 ગુણમાંથી મૂલ્યાંકન કરીને પરિણામ તૈયાર કરવાનો શિક્ષણ વિભાગે આદેશ કર્યો છે. કેમ કે પ્રથમ શૈક્ષણિક સત્રમાં પ્રથમ સત્રાંત પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવી નહી હોવાથી તેના 40 ગુણ ગણતરીમાં લેવાના રહેશે નહી.

Many new types of rules will be implemented for the general public from May 1, so before the month of May comes, you must know about these rules. This includes many rules related to banking, LPG cylinder, 11th installment, which will have a direct impact on the pockets of common people, then you must know all these rules-




(1) Good news for investors If you are a retail investor and pay through UPI to invest in a company's IPO, you can now submit bids up to Rs. 5 lakhs as per the new rules of SEBI. At present this limit is up to Rs. 2 lakhs. This new limit will be valid for all IPOs coming after May 1.

Financial Assistance to Persons with Intellectual Disability Mental Subnormality Administrative approval has been given to spend a total of Rs. The name of the scheme has been decided as "Financial Assistance to Persons with Intellectual Disability (Mental Subnormality)" by the resolution on the number (3) taken from the reading.



To reduce the disability percentage in the financial assistance scheme for persons with intellectual disabilities (mentally handicapped) from 20% to 5% as per the resolution dated 07/09/2021 of the department on the number (2) taken from the reading as well as under the National Trust Act Adding disability type in the condition, has been allowed to provide monthly assistance of Rs.1000 / - to the persons having the above three types of disability. In this scheme, a new matter of Rs.150 / - has been approved in principle in the budget of the year 205-6, to reduce the disability percentage of the beneficiaries with mental disability, cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorder type from 3% to 50%. Was under.




Resolution:




Beneficiaries with intellectual disabilities (cerebral palsy), cerebellar palsy and autism spectrum disorder type disability are finally reduced from 8% to 20%. According to which, from now on, to provide monthly assistance of Rs.1000 / - to the beneficiaries with 50% disability of all the three types, a new matter of Rs.150 / - lakh for the year 2036 is given administrative approval subject to the following conditions.




Terms:




(1) Expenditure incurred under this Approval shall be subject to the budgetary provision of the Fiscal Year 2072-9 and within the limits of the grant allotted from time to time by the Finance Department.




(Ii) Adequate budgetary provision shall be made in the current and next financial year subject to the existing rules for the present work.



(2) Expenditure in this regard shall be made in the prescribed manner as per the provisions of the resolutions / circulars and rules of the State Government as well as applicable from time to time.

 (2) To enforce the principles of financial fairness in respect of the costs incurred in making this sanction.

 Will be.

 (3) Grants allotted under this approval may not be used for any other purpose.  The remaining amount will have to be surrendered by the end of the year.

 (2) Other conditions of this scheme shall remain the same.  (3) The conditions prescribed under the scheme shall be strictly adhered to.

 (2) In case of change in existing scheme norms and amount of assistance,

 The orders of the state government have to be obtained.

 (2) This scheme is approved by C.M.  Link to Dash Board.

 (10) Socio-Economic Impact Evaluation / Assessment.

 (11) For the benefit given to the beneficiary in the scheme, DBT system has to be followed.  (12) If no expenditure is incurred for three consecutive years as per the said administrative sanction, this administrative sanction shall be automatically revoked.

 (12) Expenditure shall be within the limits of planned manpower.

 (12) This scheme will have to be implemented from 01/04/207.

 (15) Beneficiaries will have to be selected following a transparent process.

 (12) Provision should be made for online application and approval.

 (12) Proper arrangements should be made for monitoring of the scheme.

 (13) Expenditure in this regard is Rs.  3, At.

 

 Lakh and Ma.No.  3, At: 5-08-2-09-SSW-06, Rs.12.00 lakhs will be found and a total of Rs.150.00 lakhs will have to be paid.

 This approval is given on the e-file of the same number of this department as per the approval received from the note of the finance department dated 17/06/2022.

विषय:- दिनांक 01.11.2004 एवं उसके पश्चात् नियुक्त राज्य के कर्मचारियों हेतु पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) लागू करने के निर्णय के परिप्रेक्ष्य में नवीन अंशदायी पेंशन योजना अंतर्गत की जा रही मासिक कटौती समाप्त करने बाबत् ।


राज्य शासन द्वारा दिनांक 01.11.2004 से लागू नवीन अंशदायी पेंशन योजना के स्थान पर पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) राज्य के कर्मचारियों हेतु लागू किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। 2/ अतः दिनांक 01.11.2004 एवं उसके पश्चात् नियुक्त राज्य के कर्मचारियों जिन पर नवीन अंशदायी पेंशन योजना लागू है. उनके नवीन अंशदायी पेंशन योजना हेतु की जा रही 10 प्रतिशत की मासिक कटौती दिनांक 01.04.2022 से (जो माह अप्रैल 2022 के लिए देय है) समाप्त किया जाता है।


3/ उक्त कमचारियों का अप्रैल माह के वेतन से सामान्य भविष्य निधि नियम अनुसार मूल वेतन का न्यूनतम 12 प्रतिशत सामान्य भविष्य निधि राशि की कटौती की जावे। 4/ सामान्य भविष्य निधि की कटौती का ब्योरा संचालनालय, कोष लेखा एवं पेंशन स्तर पर पृथक से रखा जायेगा तथा संबंधित कर्मचारियों के नवीन सामान्य भविष्य निधि खाता क्रमांक आवंटित होने पर यह राशि उसमे दर्शायी जायेगी।

 Subject:- Regarding abolishing the monthly deduction being made under the New Contributory Pension Scheme in the context of the decision to implement the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) for the employees of the State appointed on and after 01.11.2004.


 It has been decided by the state government to implement the old pension scheme (OPS) for the employees of the state in place of the new contributory pension scheme implemented from 01.11.2004.  2/ Therefore, the employees of the state appointed on and after 01.11.2004 on whom the new contributory pension scheme is applicable.  The monthly deduction of 10 percent for his new contributory pension scheme is abolished from 01.04.2022 (which is payable for the month of April 2022).


 3/ According to the General Provident Fund rules, a minimum of 12 percent of the General Provident Fund amount should be deducted from the salary of the said employees for the month of April.  4/ The details of deduction of General Provident Fund will be kept separately at Directorate, Treasury Account and Pension level and this amount will be shown in the new General Provident Fund account number allotted to the concerned employees.
