These gram panchayats will be reconstituted after the completion of the general elections in the gram panchayats whose term expires next month from April 207 to June 206 as well as in the new gram panchayats which have recently come into existence due to division. It is hereby ordered that the Talati-cum-Minister of the Gram Panchayat other than the Talati-cum-Minister in charge of the Gram Panchayat be appointed as the Administrator.

આગામી માહે એપ્રીલ-૨૦૨૨ થી જૂન-૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં મુદત પૂરી થતી હોય તેવી ગ્રામ પંચાયતો તેમજ તાજેતરમાં વિભાજનથી અસ્તિત્વમાં આવેલ નવી ગ્રામ પંચાયતોમાં સામાન્ય ચૂંટણી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ આ ગ્રામ પંચાયતોની નવેસરથી રચના થાય અને પ્રથમ બેઠક મળે ત્યાં સુધી ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૯૩ની કલમ-૨૭૮ હેઠળ ગ્રામ પંચાયતમાં ફરજ બજાવતાં/ચાર્જ સંભાળતા તલાટી કમ મંત્રીશ્રી સિવાયના અન્ય ગ્રામ પંચાયતના તલાટી-કમ મંત્રીશ્રીને વહીવટદાર તરીકે નિમણૂક કરવા આથી હુકમ કરવામાં આવે છે.
