Applicants are advised in their own interest to submit Online Application much before the closing date to avoid possibility of any failure to submit application due to heavy load/jam on website.


In case the Applicant does not have a VALID personal e-mail ID he/she should create his/her own e-mail before applying online application and must maintain that e-mail ID till the end of engagement process.


This is a Centralized Notification for engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 being conducted by Western Railway and Railway Recruitment Cell, Western Railway (RRC-WR) has been nominated as nodal agency for obtaining ONLINE applications from Applicants.



Applicants can submit their applications ONLINE only on RRC's website https://www.rrc-wr.com. The candidature of the Applicants will be considered only on the basis of the information filled in the ONLINE application. Document Verification will be held in the concerned Divisions & Workshops.



In case of Direct Recruitment from Open Market to Posts / Categories in Level-1 (Rs. 18,000/- - Rs. 56,900/-), Course Completed Act Apprentices (CCAA) trained in Railway Establishments and possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) will be given preference in filling up 20% vacancies on qualifying the requisite norms notified by RRB/RRC.


1. Western Railway invites ONLINE applications from interested Applicants for engagement as Act Apprentices against the 3591 slots notified for training in the designated Trades under Apprentice Act 1961 at various Divisions, Workshops within the jurisdiction of Western Railways for the year 2021-22 ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:


(A) AGE CRITERIA as on 24/06/2021 (Closing date):


2.1 The Applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 24/06/2021.


2.2 SC/ST/OBC-Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST applicants and 03 years in case of OBC Applicants.


Persons with Disability (PWD) Upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.


2.4 Ex-servicemen - Upper age limit is relaxed upto additional 10 years for ex-servicemen to the extent of service rendered in Defence Forces plus 03 years provided they have put in a minimum of 6 months service at a stretch, except Ex-servicemen who have already joined the Govt. service on Civil side after availing the Ex-service men status for the purpose of their engagement.


L Ex-Servicemen - An Ex-servicemen Applicants selected under the reservation provided for them will be placed in the appropriate category viz UR/SC/ST/OBC to which he belongs


II. Ex-servicemen, their children and children of Armed Force personnel will be engaged for Apprenticeship as per details mentioned below:


a) Children of deceased/disabled Ex-servicemen Including those killed / disabled during


peace time.


b) - Children of Ex-servicemen. c) Children of Serving Jawans..


d) Children of Serving Officer.


e) Ex-Servicemen

Accordingly for different communities, the eligible Date of Birth range shall be as under :






NOTE:

1. The Applicants whose SSC / ITI results are awaited as on the date of notification are not eligible to apply



The Applicants failed in ITI should not apply, in case any failed Applicants is engaged inadvertently,

he/she will be terminated summarily from apprenticeship training without any further notice.

Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for Apprenticeship in response to this notification as they are governed by a separate scheme of Apprenticeship.

TRADE WISE SLOTS



The details of Trade wise and Division/ Workshop wise number of Applicants to be engaged for training as Act Apprentices along with the break-up of reservation for applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories and for PWD's/Ex- Servicemen are furnished in Annexure "A".

NOTE:

The number of training slots shown in this Notification are provisional and the same are liable to increase or decrease depending upon the actual needs of the Administration at the time of finalization of selection.

There will be a reservation to the extent of 4% for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) AND 3% for Example.



Servicemen. The quota slots in the said categories are included in the overall slots and hence are not to be filled up outside the notified slots. The Applicants who want to avail the benefit of reservation of Ex-servicemen and Armed Forces Personnel and in case of children of Ex-servicemen and children of Armed Forces Personnel, they 3.3

must upload Discharge certificate or Armed Forces Serving Certificate respectively (as the case

may be) of his/her parents at the time of online application.

For SC slots, when the prescribed number of persons belonging to the SC are not available, it will be filled by ST Applicants. For ST slots, in case ST Applicants are not available, they will be filled by SC Applicants. If the prescribed training slots for SC/ST Applicants cannot be filled even in the above given manner, then the training slots so lying unfilled will be filled by persons not belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes Le. Unreserved Applicants. Similarly, the seats remaining unfilled by OBC Applicants will be filled by Applicants of unreserved category.

3.5 The Applicants who want to avail the benefit of reservation of SC/ST, must upload his/her Caste certificate on Central Government format only issued by appropriate authority according to Annexure - "B" at the time of online application.

OBC Applicants are required upload OBC Caste Certificate with Non-Creamy layer certificate valid for the current year 2020-2021 in Central Government format (as per Annexure "C") issued on or after 01/04/2020 by the Competent Authority. Certificates should indicate Caste, Date of Issue etc. and bear the Seal of the Issuing Authority. They are also required to invariably fill and upload the Self-declaration form regarding current status of Non-Creamy Layer as per Annexure "D"

However, they are advised to apply for latest OBC certificate with Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid for the current year 2021-2022 so that it can be available for submission at the time of Document Verification.

Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)

Candidates who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL and whose family has gross annual income below Rs. 8.00 Lakh (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) are to be identified as EWS for benefit of reservation for EWS. The income shall also include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession etc for the financial year prior to the year of Application. The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority. The Income Asset Certificate issued by any one of the following authorities in the prescribed format as given in Annexure - "G" shall only be accepted

as candidate's claim as belonging to EWS. a) District Magistrate / Addl. District Magistrate Collector Deputy Commissioner / Addl. Deputy Commissioner / 1st class Stipendiary magistrate / Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant commissioner.

b) Chief Presidency Magistrate / Addl. Chief Presidency Magistrate/Presidency Magistrate.

c) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.

d) Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family normally reside



The candidates applying against the vacancies reserved for EWS must possess Income and Asset Certificate as on closing date of Registration of application for this Notification.

4.2 No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/ Women Applicants.

4.3. Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway as part of online application

Considering the plight of corona covid19 in different parts of the state, it was under the consideration of Abatmarkar Shri to decide the modalities on how to start educational activities for the academic year 21-7 without endangering the public health interest.




Earnings At the end of the above-mentioned deliberations, the state government, non-government (grant-in-aid) and private (non-subsidiary) academic, secondary and higher secondary schools in the state to start new academic activities in the new academic year 2021-26 as per the current schedule. Suggestions are provided.



 In all the primary and secondary schools of the state, the work of giving admission in Std. 1 and Std. 9 has to be started from 308/207 and the work of data entry in the dias of the admitted students has to be completed. According to the instruction to keep the attendance of employees at 90%, the attendance of academic as well as non-academic staff of all schools in the state should be 100%. Considering the number of students in the school concerned and the work to be done, the headmaster will have to perform the duties of the principal. The attendance of the staff should be ensured in the school keeping in view the periodic instructions of the Home Department or General Administration Department.




(A) Students who are provided free text books by the State Government. Arrangements will have to be made by each school for such students to get the books from 08/04/2071 to 15/04/207. For this, Social Distancing does not have to be a complete collection of students, as long as it is possible for the graduates to get the books at home.

Taking a decision in the core committee, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Friday announced that from Monday, June 9, all government-run offices across the state would be held, in which the offices of the 21st semi-government-board-corporations as well as private offices would be able to function with 100 per cent staff.  It has also been decided that all government offices will continue as before on the first and third Saturday of every month from Saturday, June 5.

In view of the Corona's transition, decisions were made to work with less staff in government and private offices for the last one and a half years.  After May 30, it was decided to work with 50 per cent staff from June 30 and 100 per cent staff in non-containment areas.  However, in the second round of the Corona, from April 15 to May 4, the rule of 50 per cent staff was imposed again.
