The Revenue Department's Resolution No. 1 lays down the norms for payment of daily cash assistance (CashDolls) to those affected by natural calamities. After the resolution of Introduction-2, the instructions to pay all types of assistance given under SDRF/NDRF to the affected beneficiary through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) or PFMS (Public Fund Management System) in the bank account are in effect. But, in the current circumstances, banking transactions will become difficult in the affected areas. In these circumstances, it becomes very difficult to deposit and withdraw the amount of CashDolls in the account of the affected Ismo. Thus, the issue of cash assistance was under consideration to provide immediate relief to the affected citizens. Therefore, considering the matter in the BIPORJOY cyclone affected districts, the Government decides as follows.


Cashdolls:


The administration has evacuated the residents of BIPORJOY cyclone affected areas to safer places as a precautionary measure. The administration is required to pay cash assistance to the persons of such displaced affected areas to overcome the difficulty of obtaining daily necessities of life, as per the decision of the Revenue Department dated 18/03/2021.


It is hereby decided to pay a cash assistance of Rs.100/-per day per adult and Rs.60/-per day per child for a maximum of 5 (five) days to persons displaced during Cyclone Biporjoy. 2. All other terms of the Resolution of Preamble-1 shall remain unchanged.

Subject:- Matter of providing "Tithi Bhojan" to Government Primary School children under P.M.POSHAN (MDM) Scheme during Girls Education Rath Yatra and School Pravesh Festival-2023.


sir,


            hello everyone and the above subject matter to be informed that on 12th, 13th, 14th June 2023 Girls Education Rath Yatra and School Entrance Festival-2023 has been organized by the state government. In this programme, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Ministers, high officials and high officials will also visit the government primary schools during these three days and provide encouragement to the government primary school children. With the implementation of the new Education Policy-2020, a large number of children will be admitted to Balwatika. Under the P.M.POSHAN (MDM) scheme, the children admitted to Balwatika are also to be given mid-day meal like the students of class 1 to 5 in the school. It is welcome that the upcoming Kanya Kelavani Rath Yatra and school entrance festival will be enthusiastically organized by donors to provide "Tithi Bhoon" to encourage the children.


It has been a tradition in the state of Gujarat to give "tithi food" to school children on the occasion of various festivals, birthday celebrations and national festivals by village donors/shreshtis and village leaders.


Next date On 12, 13, 14 June 2023, on the occasion of Kanya Kelavani Rath Yatra and School Entrance Festival-2023, local office bearers / office bearers / village leaders / Shresthi / nominated doctors / nominated lawyers / local industrialists / local village traders and local organizations in all government primary schools of the state. Encouraging the Trustees, they are requested to make intensive efforts to provide "Tithi Bhoon" voluntarily to the school children during these three days.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any information about a government scheme called "PM Poshan Yojana" in my training data. It's possible that this scheme was introduced after my knowledge cutoff in September 2021 or it may not be a widely known or recognized program.

(f) No officer/employee including Government officers/employees and officers/employees of Board Corporations shall be able to propose for the Padma Award. But doctors and scientists can propose for the Padma Award.




4. Here are the things to consider while submitting the proposal:




> Proposals for Padma Award are sent online to Government of India from here. Hence, the proposals sent by you here in English and Gujarati (including resume and write-up) should be sent in soft copy (in Word and PDF format) along with CD and hard copy in duplicate.




Citation details should be limited to a maximum of two pages (not exceeding 800 words) and should be prepared and sent.




> In English and Gujarati as per prescribed format enclosed herewith (Biodata and Right including up) soft copy (in Word and PDF format) subject wise proposal has to be submitted.




> Proposals submitted apart from the prescribed format will not be considered.




Even if there is zero information, it is requested to report it in due time.

1. The term of this Agreement will be initially for two years subject to the condition that Government of Gujarat will review the quality of mobile phone service and tariff rates after six months and if service or the tariff rates, as the case may be, are not found satisfactory, agreement can be terminated by the Government of Gujarat after giving one month's notice to Bidder.


2. The rates and agency will be finalized based on evaluation criteria defined in the bid. GAD will do the rate contract with a finalized agency with finalized rate.


3. The Tariff plan can be changed and the rates can be revised with mutual consent.


4. Whenever 5G Technology is rolled out/implemented, the bidder has to provide the 5G Services immediately.


5. In case of termination, the M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. shall continue to


provide services till the alternate arrangements are made. 6. The period of rate contract with Government will be for a period of two Years. By mutual consent, the period of contract can be extended for further period of one-year at a time.


7. Airtime rates quoted by the M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. should be in accordance with the TRAI Regulations. It is expected that a favorable special package will be offered. 8. In case of downward revision of rates by the Company for the public at large,appropriate downward revision in the special package shall be made. 9. No upward revision in prices shall be allowed except Government taxes & levies applied and circulated by TRAI during the course of validity of contract. 10. 16.Customer Care and Helpline: M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will nominate a Dedicated Service Manager for customer care and Helpline facilities, which would be available 24 hours during the entire agreement period.

17.Quality of Coverage:


1. M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will install additional Base Transceiver Station (BTS) wherever required for overall coverage improvement in the State.


2. M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Will daily monitor the congestion on each Base Transceiver Station (BTS). If any BTS is found overloaded, additional outdoor BTS will be installed within 15 days as per requirement.


18. M/S. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will install at least two PRI line/ SIP trunk if required by Government with facility for minimum 30 simultaneous connections for Sachivalaya Integrated Communication Network (SICN) at his own cost, if he doesn't already have one. So that all outgoing traffic through SICN should not cause added cost burden in form of inter connecting or carrier charges.

The following instructions are to be strictly followed while sending the proposals.

> The school has to apply separately for each class for new/successive class addition. > Government schools do not have to pay any kind of fee for class addition proposal. > The concerned schools of your districts have to be informed by circular from your level about presenting the proposal of class increase.


> Proposals sent after the prescribed deadline will not be accepted and if any question arises due to this, the concerned District Education Officer will be personally responsible for the same.


> Proposals for upgradation of higher secondary schools in yellow color for the purpose of maintaining uniformity


It has to be sent in the box file itself. Higher Secondary Division Proposals at the Office of the Commissioner of Schools Hon. Shreyan related to 10+2 branch has to be deposited in person to Superintendent Alpesh Patel/Clerk Alpaben Patel, proposals given by any district in head office registry will not be considered. > All the districts have to submit the summary sheet of the total proposals for class addition of their district along with the proposal file in hard copy (A/4 size paper) and soft copy (Shruti font and excel seat) in the prescribed format below.


Special Note : Class addition proposals of government schools are to be done completely offline. So according to this no online application will have to be done.
