Proposals for approval of Class 11 First (Consecutive Unit), Class 12 First (Sequential Class) and Class 11/12 Extension of State Government/RMSA Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools with effect from June-2023 Dated 30 All the District Education Officers are informed to send to the Commissioner, Schools Office by 06/2023. The following instructions are to be strictly followed while sending the proposals.
> Proposals to be made by schools for new gradual addition of classes and prescribed samples of site inspection report of District Education Officer are enclosed herewith. The proposal of the school and the report of the District Education Officer shall be compulsorily sent in this prescribed form, all the details mentioned in the proposal/report of the prescribed nomination shall be compulsorily filled, and the District Education Officer shall in his site inspection report clearly state his opinion regarding the approval/rejection of the class along with the reason.

> The school has to apply separately for each class for new/successive class addition. > Government schools do not have to pay any kind of fee for class addition proposal. > The concerned schools of your districts have to be informed by circular from your level about presenting the proposal of class increase.
> Proposals sent after the prescribed deadline will not be accepted and if any question arises due to this, the concerned District Education Officer will be personally responsible for the same.
> Proposals for upgradation of higher secondary schools in yellow color for the purpose of maintaining uniformity
It has to be sent in the box file itself. Higher Secondary Division Proposals at the Office of the Commissioner of Schools Hon. Shreyan related to 10+2 branch has to be deposited in person to Superintendent Alpesh Patel/Clerk Alpaben Patel, proposals given by any district in head office registry will not be considered. (Proposal through concerned table clerk)
> All the districts have to submit the summary sheet of the total proposals for class addition of their district along with the proposal file in hard copy (A/4 size paper) and soft copy (Shruti font and excel seat) in the prescribed format below.
Special Note : Class addition proposals of government schools are to be done completely offline. So according to this no online application will have to be done.
