                     With the aim of making the students of the state bright, talented and knowledge rich, the students studying in Std. 9 to 12 by the Gujarat State Government as well as all the students studying in all the government, grant aided and self-reliant colleges of Gujarat and all the public and private universities of the state and the people of the state.  For Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav




              "Gujarat Gyan Guru Quiz (G3Q) will be organized by the state government.  The purpose of this quiz is to encourage and empower the students and the people of the state through a healthy cognitive competition among them.  This quiz will include information on various community oriented initiatives of the Central and State Governments, development stories, pride stories and public welfare schemes as well as general knowledge and notable matters.



1.The structure of the quiz,


  Students studying in Std-9 to 12 as well as higher and technical of Gujarat state



         Participate in all government-funded and self-supporting colleges of education and all students studying in state government and private universities and state worship Will be able to.


 • In the first phase online quiz will be held at taluka (municipality included) / ward level


     

              Online quiz will be organized at district level and municipal level after completion of taluka (municipality included) level competition in the second phase.  In the third and final phase, district and municipal level online quizzes were completed Later, a grand finale mega quiz will be organized at the state level.  


Participation in this quiz can be done by registering on WWW.G3Q.CO.IN domain.  Contest rules and number of winners and other required details www.d3Q.CO.IN Will be made available on the domain.


 On July 08, 2022 at Science City Bamdavad with the blessings of Hon'ble Chief Minister.


 And launch of Gujarat Nan Guru Quiz (03) in the persuasive presence of Hon'ble Ministers will be done.


The quiz will start every Sunday during the week and end every Friday and the winners will be announced on Saturday.  Thus this quiz will be held for 3 consecutive days,


 • Every week in taluka (municipality included) ward level school and college-university department, the duration of weight per candidate will be 30 minutes and this 20 quiz will be 40 in general.  Will be in multiple choice and audio-video format. 



Digital booklet of 50 quizzes per day will be available online as a guide to the contestants.

• ક્વિઝની અન્ય કક્ષાના આ ૭૫ વિજેતાઓ ૦૨ દિવસની પરિવારના કુલ ૦૪ સદસ્યો સાથેની ટુર (પતિ-પતની - ૨ બાળકો એમ કુલ ૦૪ અથવા તો કુટુંબના કોઈપણ ૦૪ સભ્યો) ઈનામ સ્વરૂપે પ્રાપ્ત થશે.

[1] Central government extends deadline for eKYC



            EKYC is required to avail the benefits of the scheme. The government has extended the deadline to update eKYC. Information about this is given on PM Kisan Portal pmkisan.gov.in. According to the flash on the website, 'eKYC has been extended till 31st July 2022 for all PMKISAN beneficiaries'. Earlier its deadline was set for 31 May 2022. The government has made this announcement in the interest of farmers so that more and more farmers can avail the benefits of this scheme.


[2] Changes to the rules bank :



                 The RBI has given three months to implement some of the new rules for credit, debit and co-branded cards from June 30. I.e. an extension has been granted. The deadline for implementation of the provisions will now come into effect from 30 September 2022. According to the RBI, it was decided that some of the rules relating to credit, debit and co-branded cards, which are going to come into force after June 30, will now come into force from October 1, 2022.

The new Labor Code will take effect next month


The central government is preparing to implement 4 new labor codes from July 1. The implementation of the new Labor Code will see major changes in every industry and office in the country. [3] Driving license rules change



               If you are also thinking of creating or renewing your driving license, this news is for you. The Central Government has made changes in the rules for making driving licenses. According to the revised rules for making a driving license, you will no longer need to go to the RTO and take any kind of driving test. The new rules will be implemented by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways from July 1, 2022. Millions of people waiting on the waiting list to get a driver's license will be relieved after the new rules come into force.

             If you have not yet linked your Aadhaar card with PAN card, in any case, do this before 30 June 2022. Because after June 30 you will have to pay a double penalty. From 1st April 2022, Aadhaar will have to pay a penalty of Rs.500 for linking with page number. But if you do not link by June 30, 2022, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 1,000 from July 1. The CBDT said that in order not to inconvenience the taxpayers, they are being given the facility that they can link Aadhaar with PAN till March 31, 2023. However, fines will have to be paid.







EMI will be expensive:



             From July 1, 2022, EMIs will become more expensive for those home loan customers whose home loan reset date is July 1, 2022. EMI for home customers will go up from July. All banks and housing finance companies have hiked home loans following the RBI's decision to raise repo rates. And those whose home loan reset date is July 1 will have to pay more EMI than this month. Suppose you have previously paid Rs. If you have taken a home loan of Rs 20 lakh, you need Rs. An EMI of Rs 15,808 has to be paid. Now after raising the interest rate on home loans by half a per cent, you will have to pay an EMI of Rs 16,419 at 7.75 per cent. This means an additional burden of Rs 611 per month and an additional burden of Rs 7332 throughout the year.



[6] Demat account KYC:


            If you have not KYC your demat trading account, you now have until June 30, 2022. You can apply for KYC for demat trading account till 30th June. According to stock market regulator SEBI, KYC of existing demat account and trading account can be done till June 30, 2022. This is a one time extension and demat account holders who have not been able to KYC their demat account so far during this period will have to do KYC. Each demat account is required to do KYC with six details. But not all demat accounts have been updated with the six KYC standards yet. The demat, trading account holder needs to update these six KYC features. These include name, address, PAN, mobile number, valid email id, income limit. All 6-KYC facilities have been made mandatory for new demat accounts opened from June 1, 2021.

              The government has completed preparations to ban the use of single use plastics in the country. To this end, the government, in collaboration with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), has enacted strict legislation. The Pollution Board has clarified that strict action will be taken if the sale of single use plastics is seen from July 1.

1) Notification GSR 652 (F) of the Ministry of Roads and Transport, Government of India dated 8/06/2021


Introduction: Section 4 of the Motor Vehicles Act-19 provides for the issuance of fitness certificate tests and certificates for transport vehicles. There is also a provision for periodical inspection in non-transport vehicles at the time of re-registration after completion of 18 years of registration and in some vehicles as per Rule 13-A of Gujarat Motor Vehicle Rules-12, the purpose of which is to maintain the safety of passengers on the road and reduce pollution.


Vehicle fitness checks are done manually in RTO offices. In its place, the Central Government on September 6, 2012 added a sub-regulation to Rule-4 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules-18, recognizing the need to set up a system that would make this operation qualitative, transparent as well as use of technology. Fixed. These include registration process of automated testing station, eligibility of applicants, conflict of interest, structural requirement, manpower requirement, validity of registration certificate, procedure and method of testing, method of re-test, provision of appeal. All the important matters like periodic audits and assessments, powers of the registration authority, provision of fees, standards of rigorous tests at automated testing stations, specification of equipment for automated testing stations are covered in detail.


With this in mind, the government was considering setting up of automated testing stations on PPP basis to issue quality fitness inspections in the state of Gujarat as well as to issue fitness as per the notification of the Central Government.



                After careful consideration, the government has decided to develop an automated testing station in the state of Gujarat on a PPP basis. In order to make the whole process easier and clearer by covering other matters besides the policy of the Central Government, the following additional matters are defeated by the Government.


1) The vehicle transaction commissioner will be the registering authority for approving the automated testing station. While the Secretary, Vehicle Transactions Department will be the appellate officer to hear the appeal against this Registration Authority. Prerequisite for obtaining Preliminary Registration Certificate for setting up of Automated Testing Station 2)


Applicants can apply to the Office of the Commissioner of Transport for Central Motor Vehicles of the Central Government


Sent application along with required form fee and documents as per rule-53 (2) of rule-12 Will have to give.


3)No single applicant can apply for setting up of more than 10 (ten) stations.


            At the time of applying for the Preliminary Registration Certificate, the applicant should have owned the premises where the automated testing station is to be set up as per the policy of the Central Government or leased it for 10 (ten) years. * Preliminary Registration Certificate 'can be issued without 10 (ten) year lease agreement but if 10 (ten) year lease agreement is not submitted within 6 (six) months from the date of application approval, then "Preliminary Registration Certificate" will be issued.

Introduction:




"Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" is being celebrated all over the country to mark the 7th anniversary of India's independence, as part of which 'Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra' will be organized by the state government in all districts of the state Is. During this development yatra, a 15-day program has been scheduled to launch development works in collaboration with 12 different departments, announcement of newly approved works, distribution of aid under various welfare schemes, publicity of schemes, film screenings, success stories. The Department of Health and Family Welfare has been appointed as the nodal department for the management and implementation of this program. The following are the resolutions for the implementation of this Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra.




Resolution -




Adult thinking is finally defeated by organizing "Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra" under the celebration of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" on the occasion of 7 years of independence.




1) Objectives of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra Program:




i) Symbolic celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav program ii) Socialization of the people of the state through proper publicity of various schemes




And highlighting economic progress ii) Distribution of aid under welfare schemes, inauguration of development works and announcement of new works.




2) Program details




i) Duration of the program: Launch of "Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra" on 04/07/2022 It will be done on a daily basis and it will end on 18/07/2022. Thus, the total duration of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra will be 15 (fifteen) days.





               Affidavit to be declared by the parents / guardian of the child as proof of age for the purpose of admission to the student under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2009 and Rule-2 of the Rules-2018.



             !) For Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra, a total of 32 chariots will be allotted in the entire state along with the details of the accompanying form. While 1 (one) chariot will be allotted for each of the eight Municipal Corporations of the State.




ii) For the smooth implementation of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra program at the district level, the committees formed at the district level, taluka level and village level as mentioned in Mercury No. 4 of this resolution should take adequate care.




iv) For each chariot allotted in that district during the period mentioned above, the program is held daily at two villages in a cluster of one District Panchayat seat.




The route will have to be made, the program time will be from 09:30 to 11:30 in the morning and from 06:30 to 06:30 in the evening.




v) The program of the inaugural day of this development yatra i.e. the program to be held on 08/02/207 at 09:30 in the morning will have to be planned in a special way. Additional instructions will be given separately.




vi) Route planning in rural and municipal areas: At the district level, the program will have to be organized in two (2) villages per rural district panchayat seat. Also, each allotted development chariot will have to hold a program in two villages every day. While the municipality will have to organize at least one and at most three programs according to the geographical area of ​​the municipality. But considering the number of development chariots allotted, the total number of days of the program and the number of villages and municipalities in the district, the number of programs to be done per day has to be fixed. Planning for the municipal area will have to be done under the coordination of the Regional Commissioner.




vi) Route planning for Municipal Corporations: A separate chariot will be allotted for development journey in the municipal area. The route for the chariot will have to be planned keeping in view the geographical area of ​​the corporation.

                  You are well aware that under the entire education, every year on 30th September, all the schools in the state having Std. Ministry of Education, Government of India has expanded UDISE online from the year 2016-17.




UDISE + (Extended UDISE). As per the instruction of the Ministry of Education, the current year 2021 is to get information under UDISE +. All levels of District Educational Information Sheet (UDISE + Data Capture Format) for the current year 2021-22 should be done through UDISE + online application (http://udiseplus.gov.in).

                   In this regard, to inform you that in the current year 2021-22, all the schools in your district having Std-1 to Std-12 such as primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools are asked to get information under UDISE +. These schools are instructed to get the mandatory information in the UDISE form of any school such as Government, Ashram School, Private Granted, Private Non-Granted, Central Government, Model School, Jawahar Navodaya or any other school.

                    Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that on next 23,24,25 june 2022 School Entrance Ceremony-2022 will be organized in the entire state. Regarding the program which is well planned, instruction has been given in a circular dated 19/06/2022 from the office here. In which, according to the outline of the program, the children were asked to give a 2 minute speech on the topics mentioned in the instruction dated 20/06/2022. While the Government of India is currently celebrating the 9th year of Independence, in the School Admissions Rao-209 program, instead of the topics mentioned in the previous instruction, a speech by the school students on the topic of "Azadi Da Amrut Mahotsav" is organized at the school level. The level is asked to give the necessary instruction.

                         In the year 2021-22 all the schools are asked to plan in such a way that they provide UDISE information. If a school refuses to provide this information, the BRC of that area Co.O. And C.R.C. Co.O. The primary responsibility for obtaining UDISE information from the school rests with the CRC. Co.O. And B.R.C. However, if the school does not provide the information, the accredited officer is asked to take disciplinary action till the accreditation of such school is canceled immediately. For example, for primary / upper primary school, the district primary education officer and the governing officer as well as for secondary / higher secondary school, the district education officer are asked to take disciplinary action up to immediate de-recognition of such school.




The district level will have to take necessary action keeping in view the following matters regarding the operation of UDISE +. (1). District MIS Username of the district in UDISE + online application by the coordinator




And by logging in with the password, you will have to check the details of the schools by your block. (Ii). District MIS The COA will have to make a list of working schools in the academic year 2021-2 and verify the details of schools as per the list in UDISE + online application, such as school management, school category as well as school status (Operational, Close, Merge and Sanctioned but Not Operational) etc. Only then print out from the online application of Pre-Filled UDISE + DCF of all Government, Ashram School, Model School, Model Day School, RMSA School, Granted (Aided) and Private (Aided) schools from the district level has to be sent to the taluka level. In addition to private school (non-subsidized), Kendriya Vidyalaya,




Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School as well as other Central Government run schools will have to make entry in UDISE + online application from school level. (2). Block MIS COO's own block in UDISE + School Management Module

Create LOGIN ID of Central Government run schools.



(2). C.R.C. The Coordinator has to send UDISE + DCF Form to all Government, Ashram School, Model School, Model Day School, RMSA School, Granted (aided) and Private (Non-Aided) schools under his jurisdiction. While going to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other Central Government run schools, the school will have to verify the details filled by the school in the hard copy of UDISE + DCF Form filled in the online application on the spot. UDISE + DCF Form filled with all types of schools with the signature-coin of the principal obtained B.R.C. Must be sent to




(3) At block level, Block MIS / Data Entry Operator will have to make UDISE + Form data entry in UDISE + online application of all Government, Ashram School, Model School, Model Day School, RMSA School and Granted (Granted) School.



(3), Block MIS / Data Entry Operator at Block Level UDISE + Online Application from UDISE + Form for details of UDISE + Form filled by Private School (Unaided), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School as well as other Central Government run schools. The details of the entry made will have to be verified and verified. If a school does not make an online entry, it will have to get a hard copy of the school's UDISE + Form and make an entry.



(2). C.R.C. Coordinator to verify 100% filled UDISE + DCF form of schools
