Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav is being celebrated all over the country to mark the 75th anniversary of India's independence
Introduction:
"Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" is being celebrated all over the country to mark the 7th anniversary of India's independence, as part of which 'Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra' will be organized by the state government in all districts of the state Is. During this development yatra, a 15-day program has been scheduled to launch development works in collaboration with 12 different departments, announcement of newly approved works, distribution of aid under various welfare schemes, publicity of schemes, film screenings, success stories. The Department of Health and Family Welfare has been appointed as the nodal department for the management and implementation of this program. The following are the resolutions for the implementation of this Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra.
Resolution -
Adult thinking is finally defeated by organizing "Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra" under the celebration of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" on the occasion of 7 years of independence.
1) Objectives of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra Program:
i) Symbolic celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav program ii) Socialization of the people of the state through proper publicity of various schemes
And highlighting economic progress ii) Distribution of aid under welfare schemes, inauguration of development works and announcement of new works.
2) Program details
i) Duration of the program: Launch of "Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra" on 04/07/2022 It will be done on a daily basis and it will end on 18/07/2022. Thus, the total duration of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra will be 15 (fifteen) days.
Affidavit to be declared by the parents / guardian of the child as proof of age for the purpose of admission to the student under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2009 and Rule-2 of the Rules-2018.

Right to Free and Compulsory Education to Children Act - 2009 and Rules
Under Rule-3 (1) and Rule-3 (2) of Chapter-3 of 2013, if there is no other proof as a basis of age for the purpose of admission of the student in the school, then the parents / guardians of the child have to take an affidavit as proof of age. Internally I am the parent / guardian of the signer below. According to my information, I have not registered the birth of my child and as there is no other evidence of birth as I have to give admission in my primary school in Std. I declare by affidavit that the date of birth of my child is .... place of birth (in words ..) and. Behavior ... Religion ......... Caste Sub-caste My child has not been admitted to any other school before. I declare this affidavit as proof of my child's birth. I will not claim to correct the above disclosed details in the future. We know that making a false affidavit is a crime.

!) For Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra, a total of 32 chariots will be allotted in the entire state along with the details of the accompanying form. While 1 (one) chariot will be allotted for each of the eight Municipal Corporations of the State.
ii) For the smooth implementation of Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra program at the district level, the committees formed at the district level, taluka level and village level as mentioned in Mercury No. 4 of this resolution should take adequate care.
iv) For each chariot allotted in that district during the period mentioned above, the program is held daily at two villages in a cluster of one District Panchayat seat.
The route will have to be made, the program time will be from 09:30 to 11:30 in the morning and from 06:30 to 06:30 in the evening.
v) The program of the inaugural day of this development yatra i.e. the program to be held on 08/02/207 at 09:30 in the morning will have to be planned in a special way. Additional instructions will be given separately.
vi) Route planning in rural and municipal areas: At the district level, the program will have to be organized in two (2) villages per rural district panchayat seat. Also, each allotted development chariot will have to hold a program in two villages every day. While the municipality will have to organize at least one and at most three programs according to the geographical area of the municipality. But considering the number of development chariots allotted, the total number of days of the program and the number of villages and municipalities in the district, the number of programs to be done per day has to be fixed. Planning for the municipal area will have to be done under the coordination of the Regional Commissioner.
vi) Route planning for Municipal Corporations: A separate chariot will be allotted for development journey in the municipal area. The route for the chariot will have to be planned keeping in view the geographical area of the corporation.
vi) Details as per above by the District Implementation Committee constituted as per Mercury.
