જૂનાગઢના સક્કરબાગ પ્રાણીસંગ્રહાલયમાં 2 થી 9 ઓકટોબર ફ્રિમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકાશે. આ અંગે સક્કરબાગના આરએફઓ નિરવ મકવાણાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, પ્રતિવર્ષ 2 થી 9 ઓકટોબર દરમિયાન વન્યપ્રાણી સપ્તાહની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવે છે જેમાં પ્રવાસીઓને સક્કરબાગમાં ફ્રિમાં પ્રવેશ અપાય છે.




તમામ લોકો વન્યજીવ સૃષ્ટિ વિશે માહિતગાર થાય તે માટે આ કાર્યક્રમ કરવામાં આવે છે. ત્યારે આ વર્ષે 68માં વન્યપ્રાણી સપ્તાહની ઉજવણીને લઇ 2 થી 9 ઓકટોબર દરમિયાન સક્કરબાગમાં તમામ લોકો ટિકીટ લીધા વિના પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકશે અને પ્રાણીઓને નિહાળી શકશે.

                  ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ પરત્વે જય ભારત સહ જણાવવાનુ કે, રાજ્ય સરકારશ્રીના શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા.૨૪/૦૩/૨૦૨૦ ના સંદર્ભ-૧ના ઠરાવથી PM POSHAN યોજના(મ.ભો.યો) અંતર્ગત સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં એકસમાન વાનગી મેનુ અમલમાં મુકેલ છે. જેની અમલવારી શાળાઓમાં ભોજન આપવાનુ શરૂ થતાં જ કરવાની રહેશે તથા શાળાના જાહેર બોર્ડ ઉપર પણ તેની પુરતી પ્રસિધ્ધિ આપવાની રહેશે.


                   નજીકના સમયમાં રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ધોરણ ૧ થી ૮ની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં મધ્યાહન ભોજન શરૂ કરવા માટે નિર્ણય થનાર છે. જે સબંધી અત્રેથી તા.૧૯/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ના પત્રથી પૂર્વ તૈયારી માટે મુદ્દાવાર જાણ પણ કરેલ છે તથા તા.૨૧/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ તથા તા.૨૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ના રોજ નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી (મ.ભો.યો)ને વર્ચુયલ બેઠક દ્વારા પણ જરૂરી સુચનાઓ આપેલ છે.



                  શાળાઓમાં તાત્કાલીક મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના શરૂ કરવા માટે સંચાલકોને અનાજ (ઘઉં અને ચોખા), કપાસીયા તેલ, દેશી ચણા તથા બાસ્કેટ ઓફ પલ્સીસ માટે એક મહિનાની પરમીટ મામલતદારશ્રી દ્વારા તુર્ત ઇસ્યુ કરવામાં આવે તે જરૂરી છે, જેથી વિલંબ નિવારી શકાય.



               PM POSHAN યોજના(મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના) અંતર્ગત બાસ્કેટ ઓફ પલ્સીસ (તુવરદાળ, ચણાદાળ, મગદાળ પૈકિ), દેશી ચણા તથા કપાસીયા તેલનુ માર્ચ-૨૦૨૨ અને એપ્રિલ-૨૦૨૨નુ ઇન્ડેન્ટ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય નાગરીક પુરવઠા નિગમ લી.ને અત્રેથી જિલ્લાવાર મોકલેલ છે જેની જાણ તમામ જિલ્લાને તા.૧૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ થી કરેલ છે. જે વિગતે ગુજરાત રાજ્ય નાગરીક પુરવઠા નિગમ દ્વારા ટેન્ડર પ્રક્રિયા અનુસરીને વર્ક ઓર્ડર આપેલ છે.



              જે મુજબ ટુંક સમયમાં નિગમ દ્વારા જથ્થો તાલુકા ગોડાઉન ઉપર ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. જેથી પરમીટ આપવાની કામગીરી પણ સમયમર્યાદામાં શરૂ થાય તે જોવા મામલતદારશ્રીઓને જરૂરી સુચના આપવા તથા નાયબ કલેક્ટરશ્રી(મ.ભો.યો)ને જરૂરી મોનીટરીંગ/સુપરવિઝન રાખવા જણાવવા વિનંતી છે.



              વધુમાં ગુજરાત રાજ્ય નાગરીક પુરવઠા નિગમ લી. દ્વારા ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવાયેલ તમામ જથ્થો ધારાધોરણો મુજબ ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત હોય તેની ખાતરી અવશ્ય થાય તે જોવા વિનંતી. ઉપર વિગતે જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી થવા વિનંતી છે.

                       Instructions have been circulated regarding the courtesy of the pensioners.  Although various representations of pensioners have been made at the government level, it seems that questions have been raised about the functioning and reputation of the department.  So that such cases do not escalate and the following instructions are generally circulated in accordance with the last paragraph “General” of Appendix-12 of Gujarat Treasury Rules-2000 regarding the courtesy of the pensioners.


 


               • It has come to the notice of the Government as well as the office here regarding the difficulties faced by the pensioners in getting the pension easily in the District Treasury / Pension Payment Office and the timely and appropriate action being taken by some of the treasury offices on their queries.  Courtesy / discretion is not shown by the employees of some treasury / pension payment offices while receiving pension to retired officers / employees.  Thus the instructions of the head office are not implemented by some treasury employees.  Which is not appropriate.  * The speedy payment of pensioners' claims and disposal of grievances is just as important as treating them humanely.  So it is necessary to show respectful, courteous and prudent attitude towards the pensioners.  When the pensioners come to work in the treasury sub-treasury office, they are approached by the esteemed elder.


 Such as providing proper seating facilities.  As well as making necessary arrangements for drinking water


                 To publish the summary of orders / instructions of the Government regarding pensioners etc. on the notice board of District Treasury Sub-Treasury Offices.  E.g.  Special case medical treatment bills to be submitted to the pensioner's retirement office, application to the pensioner's pension sanctioning office for 50% 50% pension, list of proofs submitted by the government for age proof for age based pension, facility available on cyber treasury portal and  Showing its website address, validity period of annual survival in the bank, as well as contacting the Superintendent of Pension Branch to introduce the pensioners, placing clear instructions that courtesy / prudent treatment of the pensioner is expected with the office staff.


                    • Introduced by some pensioners in a fierce manner from the very beginning with the staff and officers in the above offices.  The pensioner himself has retired from the honorary post of government.  Pensioners are also expected to show courtesy / discretion to the staff while visiting the office so that the staff working in these offices do not feel humiliated and their morale does not go down.  Putting that wise instruction.  When the pensioners visit the District Treasury Pension Payment Office face to face regarding their pension related issues, their representations should be heard and efforts should be made to expedite the disposal as per the rules in all possible cases.  Also to obtain written application from the pensioner in case of need, to inward the application to the registry branch and to give access to the pensioner, to study the application of the concerned employee / superintendent pensioner and to dispose of it as per rules.


                     To hear the face-to-face representation of the pensioners and to give proper response / response, to declare all the superintendents of the pension branch as nodal officers in the district treasury / pension payment offices and to make an additional visit to the superintendent when the superintendent deems necessary in respect of the pensioner's representation.


               • In case of non-submission of pensioner, in case of rejection, the provisions of rules / circulars are clearly stated and due diligence is required to respond to the pensioner with detailed reasons.

 Introduction


 Resolution dated 3-9-2011 against reference (1) and (2) of General Administration Department and dt.  With the resolution dated 19-10-2017, a plan is being implemented to provide higher financial assistance to the dependent family of class-3 and class-3 employees who die in the line of duty.  Accordingly, higher financial assistance is paid according to the remaining period of service of the deceased employees.  The Government was actively considering increasing the amount of higher financial assistance to be paid under the Compassionate Scheme in view of the representations made by the recognized employees of the State Government regarding the increase in the amount of higher financial aid payments on humanitarian grounds to alleviate the rising cost of living.  At the end of the adult deliberation the government decides as follows.


 Resolution:


 (1)


 Ta.  The amount of higher financial assistance of Rs.  It is thus decided to pay 8 (eight) lakhs.


 (2) Dt.  All other provisions / conditions of the resolution dated 12-10-2017 will remain the same.

With reference to the Reference No. (1) and (2) of the Finance Department, a circular has been issued instructing to fix the procedure and set up the mechanism for online verification of pay structure with regard to the implementation of the Sixth and Seventh Pay Commissions.  Reference- As per the provision made in the resolution mentioned in (2) to (3), the work of pay binding verification carried out manually under the present higher pay scale, stepping-up, ACP, Tiku Commission, Hon. Shetty Pay Kishan etc. should be carried out manually.  Is.  This work is done in a fast, accurate manner and maintains consistency in operations, inward / outward work is easy and fast, record keeping and storage is easy and real time status of higher pay scale cases can be known  The matter was under the consideration of the Government.  At the end of the consideration, the following procedure is prescribed under IFMS 2.0 for online verification of salary constraint in all cases like Higher Pay Scale, Stepping-up, ACP, Tiku Commission, Hon. Shetty Pay Commission etc.




            Before sending online the 6th / 7th Pay Commission and Higher Pay Scale Pay Bondage Verification, each higher pay scale case authorization officer (DDO / Pay Fixation Approver) will be given their User ID and Password by the Office of the Director of Accounts and Treasury, Gandhinagar.  Fixation Approver will first have to enter the data of its case.  Without it, they will not be able to give the rights of Creator, Verifier to their office creator, verifier, as well as any other operation, then DDO / Pay Fixation Approver will enter all the details of Creator, Verifier in their office in Employee creation Master.  Their Employee Number will be generated.  That Ernployee Number will be the ID of the Creator and Verifier.  Also lfis @ 123 will be the password, which the user will have to change immediately, then in the same way only the personal and account details of all the officers / employees of his office will have to be filled in to go to the Employee Creation menu of IFMS 2.0.  If the DDO / Pay Fixation Approver shows the details of the case of the officer / employee other than his own office, he should not add any correction, but should contact the helpdesk.  Only if the DDO / Pay Fixation Approver updates the personal and departmental details of all the officers / employees of his / her office in New IFMS & # 39; s Employee Creatior menu, the Employee Number of that officer / employee will be generated.  Only after the Employee Number is generated, any event of the officer / employee can be generated in the system.  For this there will be Creator, Verifier & Approver wise workflow in IFMS 2.0 at DDO / PF approver office.  If there is any problem in IFMS 2.0, report it to IFMS Helpdesk Email: ifrms2-helpdesk@gujarat.gov.in, Number: 07-9-20 and


 

            (Ii) On an experimental basis, all the offices of Jamnagar, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Banaskantha M-3 district (including primary teachers) on higher pay scale, stepping-up, ACP, Tiku Kishan, Mann, Shetty Pay Commission etc.  Salary binding verification cases should be submitted through online IFMS 2.0 system from 15-09-2021.  Pay verification unit (Pay verification_Unit), Gandhinagar should be sent online as well as service book for verification along with it by post or in person.  Apart from this, instructions will be given later for other district offices to submit online cases.


 


               (3) After 15-09-2021, before sending the salary verification unit at the pay verification unit, Gandhinagar, check the event in IFM52.0 and check its complete authenticity, upload the attachment and approve the DDO / PF approver to the online PV office.  Forward, after forwarding the case online at the pay verification unit and after the case is accepted by the pay verification unit, no change can be made in it nor can the case be pool bank.  So check all the details before forwarding the case online.  Online case not forwarded from service book in any situation at Pay Verification Unit, Gandhinagar from 16-09-2021 Will not be accepted. 




               Salary Formation Cases After forwarding the case online at the Salary Verification Unit, the service book should be sent by post or in person to the Salary Verification Unit.  (2) The DDO / PF approver of that office will be able to know the status of any employee's sixth-seventh pay commission and higher pay scale pay bond verification cases online from his own log-in from his office.  Salary Verification Unit, Gandhinagar will provide the 6th, 7th Pay Commission and higher pay scale authorized cases to the concerned office through service book and sticker post.  Employee's service book or sticker will not be given in person.  No employee / officer should be sent to the office of the Director of Accounts and Treasury for any kind of investigation or to get the service book or sticker in person.


 (2) Simultaneous login will enable operation in the same system from one place.  Cases of pay verification in the pay binding module under the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS 2.0) will be divided into three parts.  [A] The action to be taken by the concerned office of the paymaster.



                Event data of employees whose event data is available in IFMS-1 is migrated to IFMS 2.0.  Event data of such employees will not have to be re-entered in IFMS 2.0.  In case an employee's event data is available in IFMS-1, but has not migrated to IFMS 2.0, contact the Help Desk and check the case number details.  The office will then have to re-enter the data as per the instructions of the Help Desk.  In addition, when the occasion arises, the attached forms- A, B and C should be filled and sent.


 (Ii) to ensure that the administrative department, the head office of the department and the field office below it are properly represented, if necessary, to amend and show the correct administrative structure,


 E.g.  If the employee is an employee of the District Treasury, then the head of the account and

 (2) Pursuant to Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules, 13 dated 1-01-17


 


                  Salary fixing and subsequent salary correction notes as per the existing events (Fvents) should be completed and noted in the service book.  Every time the service book is updated, it has to be certified by the office.  (2) If any change is found in the case of salary fixation done for the first time before updating this data, then the salary fixing shall be done as per the rules.  In this regard, the order was renewed

 (2) It will be the responsibility of the competent authority of the office to see that the cases of court cases / deaths or retired or retiring employees in the next two years are presented online on priority basis.


 [B] Work to be done at Pay Verification Unit.  All the cases of pay constraint forwarded by various State Government Offices will be available online in IFMS 2.0 at the Registry Table of the Pay Verification Unit.

                     The verification unit's registry table will be available online in IFMS 2.0.  The employee in charge of the registry branch of the pay verification unit has to go to his login ID and get the cases for pay verification from various offices.


 According to the instructions given by the head, the first case is disposed of first

 Verification must be verified by the unit officer.  (3) In cases which have been returned by the pay verification unit for damages, the necessary corrections should be sent back to the pay verification unit along with the service book for online verification.

From the circular on order (1) taken from the above reading of the General Administration Department, “Officers / employees who have completed 60 years and from now onwards officers / employees who have completed 50 years will be required to pass the relevant Computer Skills Examination (CCC / CCC +). But such employees / officers should be promoted only if the candidate at the last rank of the selection list is promoted or one year from the date of meeting of the departmental selection committee for promotion, whichever is later, they should be promoted only if they have passed CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills. In this regard, provision has been made in this regard by the department / office in which the concerned employee / officer should be verified that he / she has passed the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills when he / she is actually promoted.




Arthi, taking into account the instructions of the circular on order (1) taken in the said reading, the following amendment is made in the above provision made by the resolutions on order (2) and (3) taken in the said reading.




Resolution:




Employees / Officers who have not passed the CCC / CCC + Examination of Computer Skills but are satisfied with all the other provisions / conditions of promotion, if they are deemed eligible for promotion, their name should be included in the selection list. But such staff officers may be promoted to the last ranked candidate in the selection list or one year from the date of meeting of the departmental selection committee for promotion, whichever is later, by passing the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills or by completing 30 years of computer skills CCC / CCC + They will have to be promoted as per the rules only if they are exempted from passing the examination. In this regard, when the concerned employee / officer is actually promoted by the department / office, they have to verify that they have passed the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills or have been exempted from passing the ccc / ccc + examination of computer skills after completing 30 years.

Of course, other teachers might focus on a combination of these two approaches and develop scientific skills and conceptual understanding from in this combination. This mixed approach could be a balance or, perhaps, a compromise, between a product-centred and a process-centred approach, in which the teacher provides a partial conceptual structure and leaves the remainder for children to construct by inferring, hypothesising, or testing their ideas. It could encourage lessons where children do investigations with some features already identified by the teacher, and with some conceptual knowledge about the subject that enables them to appreciate the purpose of the activity. In contrast, it could encourage lessons without a clear purpose which mixed different types of activity, but did not develop either conceptual or procedure understanding exclusively.
