Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board Panchayat Service Staff Nurse (Class-II) cadre



1. Gujarat Panchayat Seva Selection Board, Gandhinagar (hereinafter referred to as "Mandal") invites online application forms for selection of candidates for the most vacant posts of Panchayat Service Staff Nurse (Class-II) cadre. Online application should be made on the website: //ojas.gujarat.gov.in between 11-1-208 (12-00 noon) to 5-1-208 (time up to 4-5 hours at night). General Category General Category Candidates will have to pay the examination fee of Rs.100 / - - service charge through SBI E Pay. The last date for this will be 5-1-207. (But for that it is necessary to delete the print of post office currency by 5-1-203.) Further details for paying the examination fee are given in paragraph-12 which must be read The candidate has to prepare the latest Photograph (15 kb) and Signature (15 kb) in Jpg format in the computer in such a way that it does not exceed the size, which has to be uploaded in the online application. The applicant will have to keep all the educational, age and caste as well as other qualification certificates as mentioned in the online application and after informing the candidates about this, they will have to submit it in person for verification, which everyone should take accurate note of.




Detailed instructions for applying are outlined in the following paragraphs in this advertisement. The candidate is required to read the entire advertisement carefully before applying online along with the instructions.




While applying online, the candidate does not have to attach (upload) any certificates, but when applying online, the applicant has to fill in all the details in the online application as per the details in the certificates. Based on such certificates in the online application along with the original certificates of physical disability (disability (if any), ex-serviceman (if applicable), recognized sports (if applicable), widow (if any) and other qualifications. Details have to be filled, otherwise if the details in the application are found to be incorrect or inconsistent at the time of verification of certificates by the Board Appointing Authority then the candidate's application and candidature selection / appointment will be canceled. Certificates of the candidates included will be subject to verification. Written Competitive Examination Method and Selection Process This competition will be a written competitive examination of Optical Marks Reading (OMR) system with objective questions as shown in the next paragraph. Following the competitive examination, the Provisional Result will be administered by the Board according to which the candidates who will be included in the Provisional Merit List will be given certificate verification instructions and other instructions on their emails. The selection of male as well as female candidates for these posts can be considered on the basis of merit determined for the male. 2.2 Reserved seats for women while preparing final selection list for the respective category


If a qualified female candidate is not available for the post, the category related to that place (GENERAL,EWS, SC, ST, SEBC) will be filled by the male candidate.

 Class (SEBC) / Economically Weak (EWS) candidates will get five years exemption in the upper age limit.




 (Ii) All women candidates will get five years exemption in the upper age limit.  (Women candidates in the reserved category will get a total exemption of 10 years in the upper age limit)




 (3) Exemption for ex-servicemen in respect of service rendered to ex-servicemen shall not be less than six months in a row.  Exceeding the limit by more than three years Should not.




 (G.R. Seva (Reserved for Ex-Servicemen) Rules-18 and Revised Rules-13 and Resolution No .: GS / 2018- (2) -RES-1085 3433-G2 of the General Administration Department dated R / 01/2018).




 (2) Resolution No. CRR 103-40-G-2 of the General Administration Department of the Government dated 8/06/180, Resolution No. CRR-114-3-G-4 dated 01/09/180 and Dt. 08/12  As per the provision of Resolution No. CRR / 103006 CM-12 / G, 2009, the eligible sportspersons will get five years relaxation in the upper age limit.




 (3) After all the above exemptions, the age of the candidate (except ex-serviceman) is 4 (forty four).


 Should not be more than a year.



 (2) Computer knowledge:

 Candidate should have basic knowledge about computer as per the syllabus prescribed by the same resolution number CRR-10-2009-12050-GP dated 19/08/2009 and dated 19/08/2017 of the General Administration Department of the State Government.  Or certificates of having done any diploma / degree or certificate course in computer knowledge in the institute or certificates of computer as a subject in degree or diploma course or having passed Std-10 or Std-12 examination with computer subject.




 (3) All candidates should have required knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both languages ​​as per recruitment rules.  Candidates will have to fulfill the provisions of Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules-12 regarding citizenship, physical fitness and good character.




 (2) Non Creamy Layer as stated by the Resolution No. Sashap / 19013/4 / A of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of the Government, Gandhinagar dated 3.09.2017 for the candidates of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes to avail the benefits of that caste.  The validity of the certificate will be up to three financial years including the financial year in which the certificate was obtained but such certificate has to be applied online.

 Written examination of 100 objective questions will be taken for recruitment of all the posts.  In which one mark of each question will be written and the total marks will be 100, which will be the time of examination for two hours.  This question paper covers general knowledge, current trends, computer knowledge, psychology, history, geography, sociology, mental capacity, science as well as basic principles of the Constitution of India, Indian Criminal Act-190, Criminal Procedure Act-13, and Indian Evidence Act-1.  Primary types of questions will be covered.  This written test will be taken in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) and OMR (Optical Mark Reader) method.  All questions must be answered.  Each question will also have a "Not Attempted" option. If a candidate does not want to answer a question, the "Not Attempted" option must be selected. If the "Not Attempted" option is selected, there will be no negative marking. For each correct answer  One mark will be given and for each wrong answer the negative mark will be 0.4. If the candidate has not chosen any option then 0.28 marks will be considered as negative.If more than one option is selected then 0.28 marks will be considered as negative in OMR sheet.  The use of White Ink is prohibited. If any candidate uses White Ink in the answer to any question, the answer will be considered wrong and negative marks will be given. - The medium of written examination will be Gujarati.


 - The minimum qualification for passing the written test will be 50%.


 Candidates who wish to recheck the OMR Sheet of their written examination will be given 15 (fifteen) days from the second day of declaration of marks for rechecking as indicated in the examination rules for the rechecking and will have to pay whatever is decided free by the board for rechecking.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, ગુજરાત રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં COVID-19 ની પરિસ્થિતિને કારણે શાળાઓમાં પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણકાર્ય લાંબા સમય સુધી બંધ રહેવાને કારણે બાળકોના શૈક્ષણિક સિધ્ધિ સ્તરમાં ઘટાડો થયો હોવાની સંભાવના છે. જેની ક્ષતિપૂર્તિ માટે વિશેષ પ્રયત્નો કરવા માટેની જરૂરીયાત પ્રસ્થાપિત થાય છે. જે અંગે સક્રિય વિચારણા હાથ ધરી લર્નીંગ લોસ ઘટાડવા માટે શિક્ષકો દ્વારા સવિશેષ સ્વૈચ્છિક સમયદાન આપીને શિક્ષણકાર્ય થાય તે માટે તમામ સંગઠનો સાથે માન.રા.ક.મંત્રીશ્રી (શિક્ષણ) તથા માન.મંત્રીશ્રી (શિક્ષણ)ની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં ચર્ચા કરી સર્વાનુમતે નીચે મુજબનું આયોજન વિચારવામાં આવેલ છે. જેનો અમલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શૈક્ષણિક હિતમાં સાનુકૂળ થાય તે જોવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે.




1. રાજ્યની તમામ સરકારી/ ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એઇડ પ્રાથમિક, માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં કામ કરતા શિક્ષકોને ઉપરોક્ત પરિસ્થિતિ અન્વયે સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે સમયદાન આપવા માટે અપીલ કરવામાં આવે છે. 




2. દરેક શિક્ષક શાળા સમય ઉપરાંત વધારાના સમયમાં ૧૦૦ કલાક શૈક્ષણિક કાર્ય કરી સમયદાન આપે.




૩. ૧૫મી ડિસેમ્બર(૨૦૨૧)થી ૧૫મી એપ્રિલ (૨૦૨૨) સુધીમાં શાળા સમય ઉપરાંત વધારાનું શિક્ષણકાર્ય કરી ૧૦૦ કલાકનું સમયદાન કરવા માટે જરૂરી આયોજન કરવા અપીલ કરવામાં આવે છે.




4. સમયદાન માટે શાળા પોતાની રીતે આગવુ આયોજન કરી શકે છે. શાળા સમય પહેલા ૧ કલાક અથવા શાળા સમય પહેલા અડધો કલાક તેમજ શાળા સમય બાદ અડધો કલાક મુજબ પોતાની શાળામાં સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ અને જરૂરીયાત મુજબ આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે, જે શાળાઓમાં પાળી પધ્ધતિથી શિક્ષણ કાર્ય ચાલતુ હોય તેવી શાળાઓએ શનિવાર તેમજ શાળા સમયમાં જરૂરી ફેરફાર કરી યોગ્ય રીતે આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.




5. શાળાઓ અને શિક્ષકો ઈચ્છે તો રવિવાર અને અન્ય જાહેર રજાના દિવસે અનુકૂળતા મુજબ શિક્ષણકાર્ય કરાવી શકાશે.




6. કોરોનાની પરિસ્થિતિને કારણે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધોરણ- ૧ અને ૨ નો અભ્યાસ કર્યા વગર સીધા ધોરણ-૩ માં પ્રવેશ કરેલ છે, તેમનું પાયાનું શિક્ષણ ખુબ જ નબળુ રહ્યું છે. આવા બાળકોને સવિશેષ સમયદાન આપી તેમની પાયાની કચાશ દૂર કરવી જોઈએ, આ માટે સમયદાન દરમિયાન વાંચન, લેખન અને ગણનને કેન્દ્રમાં રાખી શિક્ષણકાર્યમાં અગ્રતા આપવી જરૂરી છે. 




7. ધોરણ- ૬, ૭ અને ૮ માં વિષયવાર આયોજન માટે શાળાના આચાર્ય તેમજ શિક્ષકો દ્વારા લર્નીંગ લોસ અંતર્ગત જરૂરી મહત્વના કઠિનબિંદુઓની તારવણી કરી શાળાએ પોતાની સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ જરૂરીયાત મુજબ વિશેષ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય માટે શાળા કક્ષાએ વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની રહેશે,






8. સમયદાન દરમિયાન બાળકોને અભ્યાસના કઠિનબિંદુઓ તેમજ જે સંકલ્પનાઓ સ્પષ્ટ ન હોય તેવી બાબતો તેમજ પાઠ્યપુસ્તકોના અગત્યના પ્રકરણો ઉપર સવિશેષ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય હાથ ધરવાનું રહેશે.




 9. શિક્ષકે પોતે સમયદાન શરૂ કરતી વખતે અને સમયદાન પૂર્ણ કર્યા બાદ સિધ્ધિ કસોટી દ્વારા પોતાની કામગીરીનું સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનું રહેશે.




10. ધોરણ- ૯ થી ૧૨ ના માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક કક્ષાના વિષયો માટે વિષયના ભારણ પ્રમાણે આચાર્યશ્રી તેમજ શિક્ષકો દ્વારા લર્નીંગ લૌસ અંતર્ગત જરૂરી મહત્વના કઠિનબિંદુઓની તારવણી કરી શાળાએ પોતાની સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ અને જરૂરીયાત મુજબ વિશેષ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય માટે શાળા કક્ષાએ વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની રહેશે.




11. ધોરણ- ૧૧ અને ૧૨ વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહના મુખ્ય વિષયો જેવા કે, ભૌતિકશાસ્ત્ર, રસાયણશાસ્ત્ર, ગણિત, જીવ-વિજ્ઞાન જેવા વિષયોમાં સંકલ્પના સ્પષ્ટ કરવાના હેતુસર તથા લિંકીંગ ચેપ્ટર અન્વયે વિશેષ માર્ગદર્શન આપવાનું રહેશે.




12. ધોરણ- ૧૦ અને ૧૨ ની બોર્ડની જાહેર પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓનલાઈન શિક્ષણકાર્ય દરમ્યાન કચાશ રહી ગયેલ પ્રકરણો/મુદ્દાઓની તારવણી કરીને લર્નીંગ લોસ અન્વયે વિષય શિક્ષકો દ્વારા વિશેષ માર્ગદર્શન આપવાનું રહેશે. 




13. સમયદાનની આ કામગીરીમાં સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે નિવૃત્ત શિક્ષકો, સ્થાનિક તાલીમી સ્નાતક તેમજ અન્ય સ્વૈચ્છિક સંસ્થાઓને જોડી શકાશે,




14. સમયદાન માટે જરૂરી બ્રીજકોર્ષ અને ઉપચારાત્મક સાહિત્ય માટે પાઠ્યપુસ્તક ઉપરાંત જ્ઞાનસેતુમાં દર્શાવેલ સામગ્રીનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે.




વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શિક્ષણના હિતમાં તેમજ ભાવિ પેઢીનું શિક્ષણ ગુણવત્તાસભર બને તે માટે આયોજીત સમયદાન યજ્ઞમાં સ્વેચ્છાએ જોડાઈએ.

રાજ્યના બે લાખથી વધુ શિક્ષકો શાળા સમય ઉપરાંત વધારાનુ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરી ૧૦૦ કલાક સમયદાન આપશે. આ સમયદાન યજ્ઞ ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૨૧ થી ૧૫ એપ્રીલ-૨૦૨૨ સુધી આયોજીત કરવામાં આવેલ છે.




શાળાઓ પોતાની રીતે આયોજન કરી શાળા સમય પહેલા અથવા શાળા સમય બાદ સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિ અને જરૂરીયાત મુજબ વધારાના શિક્ષણ કાર્યનું સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે આયોજન કરશે.



• આ માટે શાળાઓ ઇચ્છે તો રવિવાર અને અન્ય જાહેર રજાના દિવસે અનુકુળતા મુજબ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરી શકશે.



* ધોરણ ૧ થી ૫ માં વાંચન, ગણન અને લેખનને કેંદ્રમાં રાખી શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરવામાં આવશે.



• ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮માં કઠિન બિંદુઓની તારવણી કરી તે મુજબ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરવામાં આવશે.



• ધોરણ ૯ થી ૧૨ માં વિષયના ભારણ પ્રમાણે તેમજ લિકિંગ ચેપ્ટર મુજબ વિશેષ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય હાથ ધરાશે.



ધોરણ ૧૦ અને ૧૨ની જાહેર પરીક્ષા આપતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને કચાશ રહી ગયેલા પ્રકરણો અને મુદ્દાઓની તારવણી કરી વિશેષ માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવશે.




* સમયદાનની આ કામગીરીમાં સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે નિવૃત શિક્ષકો, સ્થાનિક તાલિમી સ્નાતકો તેમજ અન્ય સ્વૈચ્છિક સંસ્થાઓને જોડાવા માટે પણ અપીલ કરવામાં આવે છે.

• આ નિર્ણયથી રાજ્યની ધોરણ ૧ થી ૮ ની પ્રાથમિક સરકારી/ગ્રાંટેડ/ખાનગી મળી કુલ ૪૩,૫૪૦ શાળાઓ અને ધોરણ ૯ થી ૧૨ ની માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક વિભાગની સરકારી/ગ્રાંટેડ/ખાનગી/અન્ય મળી કુલ ૧૨,૪૪૫ શાળાઓના જરુરિયાત વાળા વિધ્યાર્થીઓને આનો લાભ મળશે.
