                ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે COVID-19 સમય દરમિયાન હોમલર્નીંગની સાથે મૂલ્યાંકન હેતુસર ઓગસ્ટ માસમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં દરેક માધ્યમમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી ૫ માં પર્યાવરણ અને ગણિત તથા ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮માં વિજ્ઞાન વિષયની સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ યોજાઈ ગયેલ




સપ્ટેમ્બર -૨૦૨૧માં રાબેતા મુજબ લેવાનાર કસોટી અંગે નીચેની બાબતોને ધ્યાને લઈ આપની




કક્ષાએથી આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે. સપ્ટેમ્બર માસમાં ધોરણ ૩ અને ૪માં પર્યાવરણ અને ગુજરાતી, ધોરણ ૫માં હિન્દી અને ગુજરાતી તથા ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮માં ગુજરાતી, ગણિત તથા હિન્દી વિષયની કસોટીઓ યોજવામાં આવનાર છે. ઉપરોક્ત સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ તા. ૨૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ થી તા.૨૨/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ દરમિયાન યોજવામાં આવનાર છે.




તા.૧૯/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી ૫ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સુધી કસોટીઓ હાર્ડકોપી અથવા સોફ્ટકોપીમાં પહોંચતી કરવાની રહેશે.




ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮ની કસોટીઓ ઉપરોક્ત તારીખ દરમિયાન જે દિવસે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ શાળામાં આવે તે દિવસે લેવાની રહેશે, જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બિલકુલ શાળામાં ન આવતા હોય તેમને ઘરે કસોટીઓ પહોંચતી કરવાની રહેશે.




તા.૨૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ના રોજ જીસીઈઆરટીની વેબસાઈટ (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in)પર પણ તમામ માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ જે તે વિષયના પાઠ્યપુસ્તકની અનુક્રમણિકા (index) પરના QR Code પરથી પણ મેળવી શકાશે. 




• ધોરણ ૩ થી પની કસોટીઓ વાલી અને વિદ્યાર્થીની અનુકૂળતાએ વિદ્યાર્થી વાલીની દેખરેખ હેઠળ ધરેથી લખે તે અપેક્ષિત છે.






  • કસોટી લેવાનો આશય વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રગતિ જાણવાનો હોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કસોટી ભયમુક્ત અને તણાવમુક્ત વાતાવરણમાં આપે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.




શાળામાં ન આવતા ધોરણ ૩ થી ૮ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની કસોટીની ઉત્તરવહીઓ તા. ૦૧/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં વાલી મારફત શાળા સુધી પહોંચાડવામાં આવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.

લર્નિંગ આઉટકમને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ કસોટીઓ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.

            Periodic assessment tests on environment and mathematics in Std. 3 to 8 in every medium in primary schools and science subjects in Std. 6 to 8 were conducted in the month of August in primary schools for the purpose of assessment along with home learning during COVID-19 period as per the above subject and context.




 Considering the following matters regarding the routine test to be taken in September 2021,




 Further action is requested from the level.  In the month of September, tests in environment and Gujarati in Std. 6 and 8, Hindi and Gujarati in Std. 6 and Gujarati, Mathematics and Hindi in Std. 6 to 8 will be conducted.  The above periodic evaluation tests dt.  It will be held from 30/06/2071 to 9/06/2021.




 Tests for Std. 6 to 8 students in hardcopy or softcopy till 12/09/2021




 Must be reached.




 Std. 6 to 8 tests during the above date on the day students come to school




 Students who do not come to school at all will have to take the test at home.




 Tests of all mediums will also be made available on GCERT website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) on 30/08/2021.  Apart from this Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR Code on the textbook index of that subject.



 It is expected that the students will write from 5th standard under the supervision of the guardian for the convenience of the guardian and the student.






 It is desirable that students take the test in a fear-free and stress-free environment as the purpose of the test is to know the student's progress.




 Test answer books of students of Std. 6 to 8 who do not come to school.  It is desirable that it be delivered to the school through parents by 01/10/2071.

 Tests will be prepared keeping in view the learning outcome.
