Matter of pre-enrollment survey and preparation of list for nomination of eligible students.

District Primary Education Officer, All Governing Officer, All.

Subject: Matter of pre-enrollment survey and preparation of list for nomination of eligible students in the new academic session.

Returning to the above topic, like every year, during the next academic year in the primary schools of the state, all the children between the ages of 5 to 14 who are eligible for admission as per RTE norms and who are deprived of education should be tracked and 100% enrollment and 100% transition should be ensured and the dropout students should be rehabilitated. has to be done. For tracking eligible children, information available on various state government office channels like Birth Registration Database, Anganwadi, Economic Survey, Seekan (Immata / Techo) database, etc. can be used.

To further intensify efforts for 100% enrolment, an experiment conducted by the office last year to collect detailed data from the state level of every child registered in the Health Department's Immunization (Techo) database and eligible for enrollment in the next academic year has yielded very encouraging results. So that the data of applicable children of Immunization (Techo) database for the next year has been obtained by the office here on the Child Tracking System (CTS) portal which has been arranged to be displayed according to the address registered in Immunization (Techo) database of those schools area wise. It is to be noted here that an effort has been made to make this data available along with the contact number of the parents of the children and the contact number of the FHW and Asha worker of that area. In this regard, the following points should be kept in mind during the pre-enrollment survey;

The details of the children given on the Pre-enrollment Survey webpage in the CTS Login of the schools must be verified from the school level and the details of the eligible children from the list have to be updated on the portal.

If a child has shifted from the address registered in the database, the details of his new location have to be obtained from the local level and updated on the portal.

In case the correct village/urban area addresses are not available in the records of the child in the database, such records will be displayed in the CTS portal at the Block MIS level and ensure that the children are enrolled in the applicable school through teamwork from the Block MIS level.

Detailed guidelines in this regard are enclosed here with. Information in the above database may not include all children eligible for nomination. Therefore, in addition to the information sent on the portal by the office here, the pre-enrollment survey by every school should be effective this year (house-to-house and door-to-door) so that no child is deprived of enrollment and admission, please consider the following suggestions.

Preparation of nomination and list of eligible children by obtaining support of Sarpanchshri, village senior leaders, Panchayat members, SMC members, Yuvak Mandal, NGO, Asha worker, ANM/FHW, Anganwadi worker, etc.

With the cooperation of primary school children living in different streets/neighborhoods and aware parents Nomination and preparation of list identifying eligible children.

For tracking of children of migrant workers farmers in whose farm they live and daily Cheap food grains/grocery shops from which to shop for necessities of life Taking such accessible children can be done with the help of owners etc.

The survey to prepare the list of eligible children must be completed before 30/04/2023 and Necessary notice should be given to the concerned from your level regarding this.

All the above instructions are taken into consideration to identify all the children eligible for admission in the next academic year and To ensure that every eligible child is not deprived of enrolment.
