“આચાર્ય અભિરૂચિ કસોટી (HMAT)-૨૦૨૧જાહેરનામું” "Head Masters Aptitude Test (HMAT)-2021 Notification"
શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા:૨૫/૦૭/૨૦૧૭ ના જાહેરનામાં ક્રમાંક:GH/SH/77/BMS/1115/1295/6 થી રજિસ્ટર થયેલી ખાનગી(ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એડ) માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય પસંદગી માટેના "Principal in the Registered Private Secondary and higher Secondary Schools (Procedure For Selectlon) Rules 2017" બનાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.
શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગરના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક; બમશ-૧૧૧૭૮૨૪૨૫-ગ, તા:૦૯/૦૮/૨૦૧૭ થી રજિસ્ટર થયેલી ખાનગી(ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એડ) માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય તરીકે નિમણૂંક મેળવવા માટેની જરૂરી લાયકાત મેળવવા આવશ્યક આચાર્ય અભિરૂચિ કસોટી યોજવા માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગરને અધિકૃત કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
રજિસ્ટર થયેલી ખાનગી(ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એડ) માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય તરીકે નિમણૂંક મેળવવા માટેની નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો માટે આચાર્ય અભિરૂચિ કસોટી-૨૦૨૧ (Head Masters Aptitude Test- (HMAT)-2021 રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા યોજવા આથી જાહેરનામું બહાર પાડવામાં છે. સદર કસોટી/પરીક્ષાનું આયોજન રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડના સંચાલન હેઠળ નક્કી કરેલ કેન્દ્રો ખાતે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓ મારફતે કરવામાં આવશે.

ઉમેદવારો માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવાનો સમયગાળો 23-06-2021 થી
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને અનુભવની વિગતો:
રજિસ્ટર થયેલી ખાનગી(ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એડ) માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય તરીકે નિમણૂંક મેળવવા માટેની નિયત કરેલ અને તેમાં વખતોવખત થતા સુધારા-વધારા મુજબની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ અને અન્ય જોગવાઇ/શરતો પરિપૂર્ણ કરતા ઉમેદવારો જ આ કસોટીમાં ઉપસ્થિત થઇ શકશે.
કોઇ વ્યક્તિ નોંધાયેલી માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ભણાવવામાં આવતા વિષયો પૈકી કોઇ વિષયમાં અનુસ્નાતક સાથે બી.એડ અથવા માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ભણાવવામાં આવતા વિષયો પૈકી કોઇ વિષયમાં સ્નાતક સાથે એમ.એડ. અથવા રાજ્ય સરકારે જાહેર કર્યા પ્રમાણે તેને સમકક્ષ પદવી ધરાવતો હોય અને નોંધાયેલ ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એઇડ/સરકારી માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં નિયમાનુસાર નિમણૂક મેળવ્યા બાદનો શીખવવાનો/નિરીક્ષણનો ઓછામાં ઓછો કુલ 7 (સાત) વર્ષનો અનુભવ ધરાવતી હોય. (અથવા) કોઇ વ્યક્તિ નોંધાયેલી માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ભણાવવામાં આવતા વિષયો પૈકી કોઇ વિષયમાં સ્નાતક સાથે બી.એડ. અથવા રાજ્ય સરકારે જાહેર કર્યા પ્રમાણે તેને સમકક્ષ પદવી ધરાવતો હોય અને રજીસ્ટર્ડ ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એઇડ/સરકારી માધ્યમિક/ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં નિયમાનુસાર નિમણૂક મેળવ્યા બાદનો શીખવવાનો નિરીક્ષણનો ઓછામાં ઓછો કુલ ૧૦ (દસ) વર્ષનો અનુભવ ધરાવતી હોય.
* કસોટીનું માળખુ:
આ કસોટી બહુવિકલ્પ સ્વરૂપની અને વિવિધ હેતુલક્ષી પ્રશ્નો સ્વરૂપની (Multiple Choice Question Basec-MCQS) OMR આધારીત રહેશે.
આ કસોટી બે વિભાગમાં રહેશે. વિભાગ-૧ માં ૧૦૦ પ્રશ્નો રહેશે તથા વિભાગ-ર માં ૧૦૦ પ્રશ્નો રહેશે.
આ કસોટીમાં વિવિધ હેતુલક્ષી ૨૦૦ પ્રશ્નો રહેશે અને પ્રશ્નપત્રનો સળંગ સમય ૧૮૦ મિનીટનો રહેશે.
આ કસોટીના બંન્ને વિભાગ અને તમામ પ્રશ્નો ફરજીયાત રહેશે. આ કસોટીના બંન્ને વિભાગનું સળંગ એક જ પ્રશ્નપત્ર રહેશે.
દરેક પ્રશ્નનો એક ગુણ રહેશે. દરેક પ્રશ્નના ઉત્તરમાં ચાર વિકલ્પ આપેલા હશે, તેમાંથી સાચો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.
આ કસોટીના મુલ્યાંકનમાં કોઇ નકારાત્મક મુલ્યાંકન રહેશે નહીં.
પ્રશ્નપત્રનો અભ્યાસક્રમ શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવક્રમાંક: બમશ/૧૧૧૭/૨૪૨૫/ગ, તા:૦૯/૦૮/૨૦૧૭ માં જણાવ્યા અનુસાર રહેશે. (ઠરાવની નકલ આ સાથે સામેલ છે.)

પરીક્ષા ફી :
SC, ST, SEBC, PH કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટે પરીક્ષા ફી 250/- (બસો પચાસ પુરા) જયારે સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટેની પરીક્ષા ફી 350/- (ત્રણસો પચાસ પુરા) ભરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત સર્વિસ ચાર્જ અલગથી રહેશે. કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં ભરેલ ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.
ફી ભરવાની પધ્ધતિ
ઉમેદવાર ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે દ્વારા ATM CARD/NET BANKING થી પરીક્ષા ફી ભરી શકશે. ઓનલાઇન ફી જમા કરાવવા માટે Print Application/Pay Fees" ઉપર ક્લીક કરવું અને વિગતો ભરવી. ત્યાર બાદ Online Payment” ઉપર ક્લીક કરવું. ત્યારબાદ આપેલ વિકલ્પોમાં Net Banking of fee" અથવા (ther Payment Mode" ના વિકલ્પોમાંથી યોગ્ય વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવો અને આગળની વિગતો ભરવી. ફી જમા થયા બાદ આપને આપની ફી જમા થઇ ગઇ છે તેવું screen પર લખાયેલું આવશે. અને e-receipt મળશે જેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી લેવી. જો પ્રક્રિયામાં કોઇ ખામી હશે તો screen પર આપની ફી ભરાયેલ નથી તેમ જોવા મળશે.
ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરનાર ઉમેદવારે જો તેના બેંક ખાતામાંથી ફીની રકમ કપાયા બાદ ફીની i-receipt જનરેટ ન થઇ હોય તો તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ તાત્કાલિક રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડનો ઇ-મેલ gseh21@gmail.com )થી સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે,
* લેટ ફ્રી: જે ઉમેદવારોને નિયત સમયગાળામાં ફી ભરવાની રહી ગઇ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો તા:૦૫/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ થી તા:૦૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ દરમ્યાન રૂ! ૨૦૦/- લેટ ફી સહિત નિયત ફી રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, સેક્ટર-૨૧, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે રૂબરૂ ભરી શકશે.
કસોટી/પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર:
કસોર્ટી પરીક્ષા માટે નોંધાયેલ ઉમેદવારોની સંખ્યા તથા પરીક્ષાલક્ષી વહીવટી અનુકૂળતા અનુસાર રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા કસોટી પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રો નક્કી કરવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારે બોર્ડ દ્વારા ફાળવવામાં આવેલ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર સ્વખર્ચે પરીક્ષા આપવાની રહેશે.
પ્રશ્નપત્રનું માધ્યમ:
આ કસોટી ગુજરાતી માધ્યમમાં યોજવામાં આવશે.
• અગત્યની સુચનાઓ:
1. ફોર્મ ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ પછીથી વેબસાઈટ નિયમિત જોતા રહેવું આવશ્યક છે.
2. ઓનલાઇન અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ અનુભવ/લાયકાત ની વિગતોનું ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન સબંધિત જિલ્લાના જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા તા:૦૭/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ થી તા:૧૫/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ દરમ્યાન થનાર હોય ઉમેદવારોએ ઓનલાઇન દર્શાવેલ અનુભવ/લાયકાત અંગેના અસલ દસ્તાવેજો સાથે તેઓ જે જિલ્લામાં શિક્ષક હોય તે જિલ્લાના જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી ખાતે ઉપસ્થિત રહેવાનું રહેશે,
૩. જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન ના અંતે ઓનલાઇન એપ્રૂવ થયેલ ઉમેદવારો જ રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાનાર આ પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થઈ શકશે.
4. ઉમેદવારે પોતાની વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગત કાળજી પૂર્વક ભરવી. જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન દરમ્યાન ખોટી/અપૂરતી વિગતોને કારણે ઉમેદવાર એપ્રુવ ન થાય અથવા નિયત સમયમાં વેરિફિકેશન માટે ઉપસ્થિત ન રહે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારોની ઉમેદવારી રદ કરવામાં આવશે તથા ઉમેદવારે ભરેલ ફી પરત મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહીં જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.
5. આ કસોટી માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા આવેદનપત્ર ઓનલાઇન ભરાવવામાં આવે છે અને તેમાં જે માહિતી માંગેલ હોય તે માહિતીની વિગતો ઉમેદવાર દ્વારા છુપાવવામાં આવી હોય અથવા ખોટી માહિતી આપવાનું બોર્ડને કોઇ પણ તબક્કે માલુમ પડશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારના પરિણામ રદ કરવાનો નિર્ણય અધ્યક્ષશ્રી,રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ લેશે
6. ઉમેદવારે પોતે ભરેલ ફોર્મની વિગત સાચી છે તેવું પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓનલાઈન આપવાનું રહેતુ હોઈ જો કોઈ ખોટી વિગત રજુ કરશે તો તેનુ ફોર્મ રદ થવા પાત્ર બનશે તથા તેની સામે ફોજદારી ગુનો બનશે.
7. ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા વખતે સફળ ઉમેદવારોની વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગતોની ચકાસણી ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિનો નિર્ણય જ અંતિમ રહેશે.
8. અનુસૂચિત જાતિના તેમજ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના કિસ્સામાં સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જરૂરી છે.
9. સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે રાજય સરકારે નકકી કરેલા સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાતવર્ગનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાતવર્ગ માટે સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારિતા વિભાગના તા:૨૬/૦૪/૨૦૧૬ ના ઠરાવ ક્ર્માંક:સશપ/૧૨૨૦૧૫/ ૪૫૫૨૪૬/અ અને આ અંગે વખતોવખતના ઠરાવ મુજબનું સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ઉન્નતવર્ગમાં સમાવેશ થતો ન હોવાનું (નોન ક્રિમીલીયર સર્ટી) પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવેલ હોવું જોઈએ.
10. શારિરીક અપંગતા( Physically Handicap) ના કિસ્સામાં રાજય સરકારે નકકી કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જરૂરી છે.
11. ઉમેદવારે વેબસાઈટ પર ઓનલાઇન ભરેલ ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી તે ફોર્મમાં સહી કરીને જરૂરી આધારો
જેવા કે, પરીક્ષા ફી ભર્યાની પે સ્લીપ નકલ, જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર, ઉન્નતવર્ગમાં સમાવેશ થતો ન હોવાનું (નોન ક્રિમીલીયર સર્ટી) પ્રમાણપત્ર અને શારિરીક અપંગતા (Physically Handicap) અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર પૈકી ઉમેદવારને લાગુ પડતા હોય તેવા આધારો પોતાની પાસે રાખવાના રહેશે. જ્યારે કોઈ જરૂરિયાત ઉપસ્થિત થાય ત્યારે ઉમેદવારે તે રજુ કરવાના રહેશે.
12. જે ઉમેદવારે નિયત પરીક્ષા ફી ભરેલ હશે તે જ ઉમેદવાર પોતાની કમ્પ્યુટરાઈઝ હોલટિકિટ આ જ વેબસાઈટ પરથી જાહેરનામામાં દર્શાવેલ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન પોતાની કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે.
13. આ કસોટીમાં પાસ થવા માટે તમામ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોએ કુલ ગુણના ૫૦% ગુણ એટલે કે કુલ ગુણ ૨૦૦ માંથી બંન્ને વિભાગના મળીને ૧૦૦ ગુણ મેળવવાના રહેશે.
14. આ કસોટીમાં માત્ર ઉત્તીર્ણ ઉમેદવારોને જ ગુણાંકન સાથેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર બોર્ડ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે,
15. આ કસોટીના પ્રમાણપત્રની અવધિ પરીણામની તારીખથી પાંચ વર્ષ સુધીની રહેશે.
16. પરંતુ એક વાર આ કસોટી આપી દીધા પછી કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર પોતાના ગુણાત્મક સુધારા અને સારા મેરીટ માટે એક કરતા વધુ વખત પરીક્ષા આપી શકશે અને તેવી સ્થિતિમાં ઉમેદવાર ભરતી વખતે જે કસોટીનું જે પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરશે તે ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે.
17. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાઈ રહેલ આ કસોટી બાબતે ઉમેદવારોને લાલચ કે છેતરપીંડી આચરે તેવા અસામાજિક તત્વોથી સાવધ રહેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. કોઈપણ જાતની લાગવગ લાવનાર ઉમેદવારને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવીને શિક્ષાત્મક કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
18. ઉકત જાહેરાત અન્વયે વધુ માહિતીની જરૂર જણાય તો કચેરીના ચાલુ કામકાજના દિવસે કચેરી સમય દરમિયાન બોર્ડની કચેરીના ટોલ ફ્રી હેલ્પલાઈન નંબર 1800 233 7963 ઉપર સંપર્ક કરી શકાશે,
19. આ કસોટી રજિસ્ટર થયેલી ખાનગી(ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એડ) માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય તરીકેની ઉમેદવારી કરવા માટે જરૂરી લાયકાત મેળવવા માટેની છે, આ કસોટી પાસ કરવાથી આચાર્યંતરીકેની પસંદગીનો હક પ્રસ્થાપિત થતો નથી.

* ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રીત :
આ જાહેરાતના સંદર્ભમાં રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા તા:૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૧ (બપોર ૧૪,૦૦ કલાક) થી તા:૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ (રાત્રે ૨૩.૫૯ કલાક)–રમિયાન http://ojas.gujarat.gov.in પર ઓનલાઈન જ અરજીપત્રક સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારે નિયત કરેલ ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવા માટેની સૂચનાઓ નીચે મુજબની છે. ઉમેદવારે અરજી કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબના સ્ટેપ્સ અનુસરવાના રહેશે.
અરજી ફોર્મ ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક online ભરવાનું રહેશે. નામ, અટક, જન્મ તારીખ, જાતિ (કેટેગરી) કે અન્ય કોઈ બાબતે પાછળથી બોર્ડ દ્વારા સુધારો કરવામાં આવશે નહી. જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.

"Apply Online" પર Click કરવું. * Apply Now પર Click કરવાથી Application Format દેખાશે. Application Format માં સૌ પ્રથમ Personal Details ઉમેદવારે ભરવી. (અહીં લાલ(*) કુંદડીની નિશાની જયાં હોય તેની વિગતો ફરજિયાત ભરવાની રહેશે.)
Educational Details અને Experience Details ઉપર click કરીને તેની વિગતો પૂરેપૂરી ભરવી.
સમગ્ર ફોર્મ અંગ્રેજીમાં ભરવાનું રહેશે.
સૌ પ્રથમ http://ojas.gujarint.gov.In પર જવું,
• "Apply Online" પર Click કરવું.
* Apply Now પર Click કરવાથી Application Format દેખાશે. Application Format માં સૌ પ્રથમ Personal Details ઉમેદવારે ભરવી. (અહીં લાલા") કુંદડીની નિશાની જયાં હોય તેની વિગતો કરજિયાત ભરવાની રહેશે.)
Educational Details અને Experience Details ઉપર Click કરીને તેની વિગતો પૂરેપૂરી ભરવી.
હવે Save પર Click કરવાથી તમારો Data Save થશે. અહીં ઉમેદવારનો Application Number Generate થશે. જે ઉમેદવારે સાચવીને રાખવાનો રહેશે. હવે પેજના ઉપરના ભાગમાં Upload Photo પર click કરો. અહીં તમારો Application Number Type કરો અને તમારી Birth Date Type કરો. ત્યારબાદ Ok પર Click કરો. અહીં Photo અને Signature upload કરવાના છે.(ફોટાનું માપ 5 સે.મી. ઉંચાઈ અને 3.6 સે.મી. પહોળાઈ અને Signature નું માપ 2.5 સે.મી. ઉંચાઈ અને 7.5 સે.મી. પહોળાઈ રાખવી.)
Photo અને Signature upload કરવા સૌ પ્રથમ તમારો Photo અને Signature JPG format માં (10kb) સાઈઝથી વધારે નહીં તે રીતે સોફ્ટકોપીમાં હોવા જોઈએ. Browse Button પર Click કરો, હવે Choose File ના સ્ક્રીનમાંથી જે ફાઈલમાં JPG formatમાં તમારો Photo store થયેલ છે તે ફાઈલને 5elect કરો અને Open Button ને Click કરો. હવે Browse Button ની બાજુમાં Upload Button પર Click કરો, હવે બાજુમાં તમારો Photo દેખાશે. હવે આ જ રીતે Signature પણ Uplod કરવાની રહેશે,

"Principal in the Registered Private Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools (Procedure for Selectlon) Rules 2017" has been made for the selection of principals in the registered private (grant-in-aid) secondary and higher secondary schools.
Resolution No. of Education Department, Secretariat, Gandhinagar; To authorize the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar to conduct the aptitude test required for obtaining the required qualification for appointment as Principal in private (Grant-in-Aid) Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools registered from BAMSH-1113-G, dated 07/06/2018. came.
By Principal Masters Aptitude Test- (HMAT) -2021 by State Examination Board, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar for the candidates who are eligible for appointment as Principal in the registered private (Grant-in-Aid) Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools. * Details of educational qualification and experience:
Only candidates who have been appointed for the post of Principal in the registered private (grant-in-aid) secondary and higher secondary schools and fulfill the educational qualifications, experience and other provisions / conditions as prescribed from time to time may appear in this test.
Any one of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school
Teaching in B.Ed or Secondary / Higher Secondary School with Post Graduate in the subject
M.Ed with a bachelor's degree in any of the upcoming subjects. Or have equivalent degree as declared by the State Government and have at least 7 (seven) years of experience in teaching / supervising after being appointed as per rules in a registered grant-in-aid / government secondary / higher secondary school. (Or) B.Ed. with a bachelor's degree in any of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school. Or have equivalent degree as declared by the State Government and have at least 10 (ten) years of experience in teaching after being appointed as per rules in a registered grant-in-aid / government secondary / higher secondary school.
* Test structure:
The test will be based on OMR in Multiple Choice Question Basec-MCQS.
. The test will be in two sections. Section-1 will have 100 questions and Section-2 will have 100 questions.
This test will have 200 questions for various purposes and the time of question paper will be 150 minutes in a row.
Both sections and all questions of this test will be mandatory. Both the sections of this test will have the same question paper in a row.
Each question will have one mark. The answer to each question will be given four options, out of which the correct option will have to be chosen.
There will be no negative assessment in the assessment of this test.
The syllabus of the question paper will be as stated in the resolution number of the education department: Bamash / 1112/4 / G, dated: 09/06/2018. (A copy of the resolution is attached herewith.)
Exam Fee:
Examination fee for SC, ST, SEBC, PH category candidates will have to pay 250 / - (two hundred and fifty full) while for general category candidates will have to pay 350 / - (three hundred and fifty full). In addition the service charge will be separate. Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Fee payment system
Candidate will be able to pay the examination fee through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway. Click on Print Application / Pay Fees to fill up the online fee and fill in the details. Then click on Online Payment. Then in the given options select the appropriate option from the options of Net Banking of fee "or (Ther Payment Mode" and further details. Fill in. After depositing the fee, it will be written on the screen that your fee has been credited, and you will get an e-receipt to be printed out.
Candidates paying online fees, if no fee i-receipt has been generated after deducting the fee amount from their bank account, they should immediately contact the State Examination Board by e-mail (gseh21@gmail.com).
* Late Free: Candidates who have to pay the fee within the stipulated period from 09/05/2071 to 05/04/2071 Rs. 200 / - Fixed fee including late fee can be paid in person at State Examination Board, Sector-21, Gandhinagar.
* Test / Examination Center:
The test centers will be decided by the State Examination Board according to the number of candidates registered for the test and the administrative convenience of the test. The candidate has to appear for the examination on his own at the examination center allotted by the board.
* Medium of question paper:
This test will be conducted in Gujarati medium.
Important Notice:
1. The website must be viewed regularly after the last date of filling the form.
2. Document verification of the details of experience / qualification mentioned in the online application form will be done by the District Education Officer of the concerned district from 09/06/2071 to 15/04/2071. He should be present at the office of the District Education Officer of the district,
. Only candidates who have been approved online at the end of document verification by the District Education Officer will be able to appear in this examination conducted by the State Examination Board.
4. Candidate should fill in his personal information, educational qualification, experience as well as other details carefully. If the candidate is not approved due to incorrect / insufficient details during the document verification done by the District Education Officer or does not appear for the verification within the stipulated time, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled and the fee paid by the candidate will not be refundable.
5. The application form for this test is filled online by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar and the details of the information sought in it are concealed by the candidate.

The decision to cancel will be taken by the Chairman, State Examination Board. 6. If the candidate has to provide a certificate online that the details of the form filled by him are correct.
If anyone submits false details, his form will be revoked and he will be charged with a criminal offense.
7. During the recruitment process, the personal information, educational qualifications, experience and other details of the successful candidates will be verified by the recruitment selection committee and the decision of the recruitment selection committee in this regard will be final.
8. In case of Scheduled Castes as well as Scheduled Tribes, it is necessary to have the caste certificate of the competent authority.
9. Caste Certificate of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of the competent officer appointed by the State Government for the candidates of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and Resolution No. of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment for the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes dated 7/08/2018. 4 / A and a certificate of non-inclusion of competent officer (Non-Criminal Certificate) as per the resolution from time to time in this regard should be obtained.
10. In case of Physical Handicap, it is necessary to have the certificate of competent officer as determined by the State Government.
11. Candidate prints the form filled online on the website by signing the required basis
Such as, pay slip copy of examination fee payment, caste certificate, non-criminal certificate and physical handicap certificate which are applicable to the candidate. The candidate will have to submit it when a requirement arises.
12. The same candidate who has paid the prescribed examination fee will be able to download his computerized Holtikit from the same website by entering his confirmation number and date of birth during the period indicated in the notification.
13. In order to pass this test, the candidates of all the categories will have to get 50% marks of the total marks i.e. out of the total marks of 200, they will have to get 100 marks in both the sections.
14. Only the candidates who pass this test will be given a certificate with marks by the board,
15. The certificate period of this test shall be up to five years from the date of result.
16. But once this test is given any candidate will be able to take the test more than once for his / her qualitative improvement and good merit and in such case the certificate of the test which the candidate will present while recruiting will be taken into consideration.
17. Candidates are advised to beware of anti-social elements who engage in this test conducted by the State Examination Board. Candidates who bring any kind of lagvag will be disqualified and disciplinary action will be taken.

19. This test is for acquiring the required qualification to be a principal in registered private (grant-in-aid) secondary and higher secondary schools. Passing this test does not establish the right of choice of principal.
* How to apply online:
With reference to this announcement by the State Examination Board from 3/06/2021 (noon 12:00 hours) to 08/06/2071 (9.4 hours at night) - during http://ojas.gujarat.gov.in Online application form will be accepted. The instructions for filling up the prescribed form online are as follows. The candidate has to follow the following steps to apply.
The application form must be filled online accurately. The name, surname, date of birth, caste (category) or any other matter will not be amended later by the board. Of which special note.

To upload a photo and signature, first of all your photo and signature should be in JPG format (10kb) in size, not in softcopy. Click on Browse Button, now 5elect the file in which your photo is stored in JPG format from the screen of Choose File and click on Open Button. Now click on the Upload Button next to the Browse Button, now your Photo will appear next to it. Now you have to upload the signature in the same way,
Now click on Confirm Application at the top of the page and after typing Application Number and Birth Date, clicking on Ok, two (2) buttons 1: Application Preview 2, Confirm Application will appear. Candidates should click on Show Application Preview to view their application. If you want to modify the application, click on Edit Application. Any modification can be made in the application before the application is confirmed, but no amendment can be made in the application after the application is confirmed. Click on Confirm Application only if there is no need to amend the application.
