- શાળાકક્ષાએ પ્રવેશોત્સવના આયોજન અંગે મુખ્યત્વે નીચેના પાસાઓ કેન્દ્રમાં રાખી કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે.
(૧) પ્રવેશ માટેની પાત્રતા ધરાવતા નીચે પ્રમાણેના બાળકોને પ્રવેશ આપી શિક્ષણ કાર્ય શરૂ કરવું;
- પાત્રતા ધરાવતા તમામ બાળકોને આંગણવાડીમાં નામાંકન
- પાત્રતા ધરાવતા તમામ ૧૦૦% બાળકોને બાલવાટિકામાં નામાંકન
- પાત્રતા ધરાવતા તમામ ૧૦૦% બાળકોનું ધોરણ-૧માં નામાંકન પ્રવેશ આપેલ તમામ બાળકોની શક્ય હોય ત્યાં સુધી જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્રના આધારે ત્રણ દિવસમાં CTS(ચાઇલ્ડ ટ્રેકિંગ સિસ્ટમ) ડેટાબેઝમાં એન્ટ્રી કરવી. પ્રવેશોત્સવમાં પ્રવેશ ન મેળવેલ બાળકોનું CRS (સિવિલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સિસ્ટમ)ના જન્મ રજિસ્ટર ડેટાબેઝમાંથી ટ્રેકિંગ કરી તેઓની નામાંકન પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરવી.
• ધોરણ-૧માં પ્રવેશ પામતા વિદ્યાર્થી માટે વિદ્યા પ્રવેશ (Schools Readiness Programe) કાર્યક્રમનો શુભારંભ.
• જે ફળીયા/વિસ્તારમાં ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિકના વર્ગો ના હોય તો તેના નજીકના વિસ્તારમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં બાળકોને પ્રવેશ,
(ર) બી.આર.સી તથા સી.આર.સી. એ તેમના તાલુકા ક્લસ્ટરમાં આવતી શાળાઓમાં થયેલ નામાંકનની કામગીરીની સમીક્ષા કરી ૧૦૦% નામાંકન થાય તેવા પ્રયત્નો હાથ ધરવા.
(3) વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પાઠ્ય પુસ્તકો સમયસર મળી જાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવી,
(4) નવા સત્રથી નિયમિત રીતે બાળકો તથા શિક્ષકોની ઓનલાઇન હાજરી ભરાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું,
- પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ દરમ્યાન શાળા કક્ષાએ કરવાની થતી કાર્યવાહી:-
(1) એક વિદ્યાર્થીની અને એક વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન થાય તેવું આયોજન કરવું.
(2) દરેક શાળામાં પ્રવેશોત્સવની ઉજવણી માટે નીચે પ્રમાણેની કાર્યક્રમ સૂચિને અનુસરવી
* પદાધિકારીશ્રી/ અધિકારીશ્રીઓનું આગમન -

મહાનુભાવોનું સ્વાગત- 5 મિનિટ
પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ- 15 મિનિટ

પ્રેરક ઉદબોધન - 15 મિનિટ
આભાર વિધિ - 3 મિનિટ
શાળા પરિસર મુલાકાત તથા SMC સાથે બેઠક - 25 મિનિટ
વૃક્ષારોપણ- 7 મિનિટ
(3) યોગથી નિરોગી, સ્વચ્છતા અભિયાન, બેટી બચાવો, પાણી બચાવો, વૃક્ષારોપણ, જમીન સુધારણા, વ્યસનમુક્તિ, પ્રાકૃતિક ખેતી, વગેરે વિષય પર બાળકોને વક્તવ્ય તૈયાર કરાવવાની જવાબદારી શિક્ષકોની રહેશે. પ્રવેશોત્સવ વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વક્તવ્ય રાખવું.
(૪) પદાધિકારીઓશ્રી/અધિકારીશ્રીઓને ફૂલ, ગુલાબ, પાંદડી, તિલકથી સ્વાગત કરવાની જરૂર નથી. તેમનું સ્વાગત કોઈ બાળક થકી પુસ્તક આપીને કરાવવું.
(પ) પ્રવેશ પામતા બાળકોના ડ્રેસ ઉંપર તેમના નામનું બેઈઝ લગાવી શકાય તેમજ પ્રવેશ પામતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જે પાઠ્ય પુસ્તક આપવામાં આવે તેના ઉપર નામ લખવાનું કે સ્ટીકર લગાવવાનું રહેશે.
(૬) પ્રાથમિક શાળાનો અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરનાર વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી બોન્ડ ધરાવતી કન્યાઓને પાકતી મુદતના બોન્ડની રકમના ચેકનું વિતરણની જવાબદારી જે તે શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષકની રહેશે,
(૭) આંગણવાડીના બાળકોને સુખડી સાથે કેળા, ચીકુ, સફરજન, દ્રાક્ષ જેવા ફળો લોકભાગીદારીથી કે અન્ય રીતે આપી શકાય તે અંગે કાર્યવાહી કરવી,
(૮) છેલ્લા વર્ષમાં શૈક્ષણિક તથા સહશૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃતિઓમાં ઉચ્ચ સિદ્ધિ પ્રાપ્ત કરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું સન્માન કરવું, આ સાથે જે બાળકોની અગાઉના વર્ષમાં ૧૦૦% હાજરી હોય તેવા બાળકો અને તેમના વાલીઓનો સન્માનિત કરવા
(૯) દાન - લોકફાળો આપનાર દાતાઓ, સહકારી સંસ્થા કે સ્વૈચ્છિક સંસ્થાઓનું સન્માન કરવું.
(૧૦) વાલીઓમાં શિક્ષણ અને કન્યા કેળવણી પ્રત્યે જાગૃતતા કેળવાય તે માટે પ્રોત્સાહનરૂપી વક્તવ્ય મહાનુભાવ દ્વારા અપાય તે પ્રકારનું આયોજન કરવું.
(૧૧) કાર્યક્રમમાં વધારેમાં વધારે લોકભાગીદારી ઉપલબ્ધ થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું. (૧૨) કાર્યક્રમની ગુણવત્તા, અસરકારકતા તેમજ સ્થાનિક પરીબળોને ધ્યાને લઈ રાજ્ય કક્ષાએથી આપેલી સૂચનાઓ સિવાય ઉચિત જણાય તેવા ફેરફાર સ્વવિવેકથી કરી શકાશે.
(૧૩) જો શાળામાં સ્માર્ટ ક્લાસ ચાલતો હોય તો તેની અમલવારીની ચકાસણી કરવી તથા બાળકોના સ્વઅધ્યયનમાં થયેલ વધારાની ચકાસણી કરવી,
(૧૪) ગત વર્ષે આળકોની દર સપ્તાહમાં એકમ કસોટીનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ હતું. આ એકમ કસોટી દ્વારા બાળકોનું મુલ્યાંકન હાથ ધરવામાં આવેલ હતું તથા છ માસિક અને વાર્ષિક કસોટી દ્વારા મુલ્યાંકન કરવામાં આવે છે. તેની યુનિટ ટેસ્ટબુક અને જવાબવાહીની ચકાસણી શિક્ષકો દ્વારા વ્યવસ્થિત થયેલ હોય, તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.
(૧૫) G-Shala અને DISHA Portalની ઉપયોગિતાનું મહાનુભાવને નિદર્શન કરાવવું
(૧૬) જે બાળકો લર્નિંગ આઉટકમ સિધ્ધ કરી શક્યા નથી તેવા બાળકોની યાદી મુખ્ય શિક્ષકે તૈયાર કરવી.
(૧૭ ) જે પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમોમાં મહાનુભાવી જાય તે શાળામાં નાસ પધ્ધતિ અને વિષય શિક્ષણ પધ્ધતિના અમલવારીની ચકાસણી કરવી.
(૧૮) ઓનલાઈન હાજરી અંતર્ગત શિક્ષકોની અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની નિયમિત અને ૧૦૦% હાજરી ભરાય, તેની ચોકસાઈ કરવી.
(૧૯) શાળા પરિસર મુલાકાત તથા SMC સાથે બેઠક – (સરકારે નિર્ધારિત કરેલ કાર્યક્રમ, શાળા દ્વારા મેળવેલ સિધ્ધિઓ અને ભવિષ્યના આયોજન અંગેનો અહેવાલ શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષક રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે, જેમાં નીચેના મુદ્દોઓને ધ્યાને લેવા.

1. જે શાળામાં સંબંધિત ક્લસ્ટરનો રિવ્યુ કરવાનો હોય તેમાં ક્લસ્ટરની શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષકશ્રીઓને ઉપસ્થિત રહેવા સુચના આપવી. આવેલ પદાધિકારીશ્રી અધિકારીશ્રીઓ સમક્ષ સંબંધિત બી.આર.સી./સી.આર.સીએ આ સાથે સામેલ ફોર્મેટમાં વિગતો તૈયાર કરી પ્રેઝન્ટેશન તૈયાર કરવાનું રહેશે અને તેની ચર્ચા કરવાની રહેશે.
2 બી.આર.સી. સી.આર.સી. દ્વારા નીચેના મુદ્દાઓ ધ્યાને લઇ પ્રેઝન્ટેશન તૈયાર કરવાનું રહેશે, * બાળકોના નામાંકનની સ્થિતિ

* To review the distribution of textbooks to primary school children. 3. Report of Taluka Cluster Review Meeting and CRC. A copy of the presentation made by the BRC should be submitted to the Directorate of Primary Education through the District Primary Education Officer/ Governing Body within 7 days of the completion of the entrance festival.
Instructions for action to be taken at the school level after the completion of the entrance festival
(1) Continuous follow-up of children deprived of admission after completion of admission festival and periodic follow-up

• If a child eligible for admission as per the survey is deprived of enrollment for any reason
Weekly review CRC for one month from the entrance festival. and to undertake all-out efforts for 100% enrollment by BRC (ii) to strive for 10% attendance of students in school by SMC during the year;
to do After nomination, the schools prepare a list of students who are irregular in attendance and contact the parents of such children with the help of SMC members and village leaders.

The school will organize attendance,
