Courtesy to inform on the above subject and reference that the online school registration and online nomination for the year 2022-23 under INSPIRE Award Scheme - MANAK will start from 1st July 2022. and dt. Will close on 30/09/2022.
According to this, 3 by the school having standard 6 to 8 standard and 3 by the school having standard 9 to 10 best original idens/innovations through E-Management of INSPIRE Award Scheme (E-M|AS) on 2 web portal (www.inspireawvards-dst.gov.in) To be uploaded.
Accordingly, the Diet is hereby directed to write to all the SVS Convenors/ TPEOs/ BRC/ CRCs and all schools with the joint signature of the Principal, DEOShri, DPEOShri to inform about the maximum number of nominations within the time limit. Letter from DST, New Delhi is enclosed herewith. All diets have guidelines in this regard which are also asked to be given to all SVS conveners/TPEOs/BRC/CRCs and all schools. All DIET Taluk Liaison are also requested to coordinate with all SVS Convenors/ TPEOs/ BRC CRCs to make efforts for maximum nominations. Thanks co.

As you are aware that INSPIRE Award MANAK Scheme is a flagship program implemented by this Department with a basic objective to instil creative/innovative thinking among school students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in class 6-10.

2. The MANAK Scheme envisages to target one million original/innovative ideas from students studying in more than five lakh middle and high schools across the country and selecting the best ideas having potential to cater to societal needs and applications, for an INSPIRE Award, thereby motivating these students to take these ideas forward for prototype and product development.
3. It may kindly be noted that the registered schools under the INSPIRE Award MANAK Scheme, in each financial year, can nominate 2-3 best ideas from their schools, through online mode, in E Management of INSPIRE Award Scheme (E-MIAS) web portal of the Department using the link: www.inspire wards-Ist.go in.
4. The online nominations for 2022-23, will resume from 01 July, 2022. The schools will be able to submit their online nominations till 30th September, 2022.
5. I request you to please direct all the concemed State and District functionaries, to apprise all the schools under their purview, about opening of online nominations under the MANAK scheme for 2022 23 and the given deadline. The schools may be suitably informed to submit their nominations well before the given deadline in order to avoid last minute inconveniences encountered due to heavy load in the E-MIAS web portal.
6. I also look forward to your kind cooperation in further expanding the outreach of this unique scheme, by expediting the registration of schools yet to be covered under this scheme, from your State/UT, so that, young students with an appetite for creativity and innovation can be provided with ripheral platform to showcase their talent.
