જય ભારત સાથે ઉપરોકત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે કોવિડ-૧૯ ની પરિસ્થિતિમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના અભ્યાસમાં સાતત્ય જળવાય રહે તે માટે સરકારશ્રીના શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા હોમ લર્નિંગના વિવિધ પ્રયાસો હાથ ધરવામાં આવ્યા છે. વર્ષ 2020-2021 માટે સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા તાજેતરમાં ધોરણ 9 થી 11 માં માસ પ્રમોશન અને ધોરણ-12 ની પરીક્ષા રદ કરી, મુલ્યાંકન પ્રવિધિ અનુસાર ગુણાંકન નિયત કરેલ છે.આવા સંજોગોમાં આગામી ધોરા વિષયવસ્તુ પ્રવેશ પહેલા તેના પાછલા ધોરણના લર્નિંગ લોસ જાણવા માટેની નિદાન કસોટી યોજવાનું શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા નક્કી થયેલ છે. આ નિદાન કસોટી માત્ર અને માત્ર પ્રવર્તમાન સમયનાં અધ્યયન - અધ્યાપન સ્તર જાણવા માટે છે, જેના પરિણામના આધારે લર્નિંગ લોસ વિશેની માહિતી પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આથી વિદ્યાર્થી કોઇ ભ્રામક ભય રહિત અને નિશ્ચિત રીતે તંદુરસ્ત માનસિકતા સાથે કસોટી આપે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે. નિદાન કસોટી બાદ ઉપરોક્ત સંદર્ભ ઠરાવ અન્વયે સમયાંતરે વિવિધ વિષયોની એકમ કસોટી યોજવામાં આવશે.
હાલ જુલાઇ માસમાં નવા સત્રના અભ્યાસક્રમની શરૂઆત પહેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના લર્નીંગ લોસ જાણવા માટેની નિદાન કસોટીનું જે આયોજન કરેલ છે તેનું સમયપત્રક નીચે મુજબ છે.
નિદાન કસોટીનું સમય પત્રક
07 જુલાઈ 2021 બોર્ડ દ્વારા DEO શ્રીને આધિકારીક E-MAIL ADRESS પર પાસવર્ડ પ્રોટેક્ટેડ ફાઇલ વડે પ્રશ્નપત્રો મોકલવામાં આવશે.
07 જુલાઈ 2021 DEOશ્રી SVC કન્વીનરને E-MAIL ADRESS પર પાસવર્ડ પ્રોટેક્ટેડ ફાઇલ વડે પ્રશ્નપત્રો મોકલશે.
08 જુલાઈ 2021 SV કન્વીનર તમામ માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાના આચાર્યને આધિકારીક E-MAIL ADRESS પર પાસવર્ડ પ્રોટેક્ટેડ ફાઇલ વડે પ્રશ્નપત્રો મોકલશે તેમજ www.gseb.org વેબસાઇટ પર પ્રશ્નપત્રો મુકવામાં આવશે.
12 થી 14 જુલાઈ 2021 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કસોટી આપશે જેમાં દરરોજનું એક પેપર લખશે.
13 થી 14 જુલાઈ 2021 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી લખેલી ઉત્તરવહી પરત મેળવીએ.
30 જુલાઇ 2021 સુધીમાં તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વિષયવાર પરિણામ તૈયાર રાખવું.
ઓગસ્ટ માસના પ્રથમ સપ્તાહમાં કમાન્ડ એન્ડ કન્ટ્રોલ સેન્ટર, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે માર્ક અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે. જેની સૂચના અલગથી પરિપત્ર કરવામાં આવશે.
ઉપરોક્ત સમયપત્રક અનુસાર નીચેની સૂચનાઓને ધ્યાને લઇ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ કસોટીનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે
- વર્ષ- 2021-2022 માં લેવાનારી ધોરણ 9, 10 અને 12 ની નિદાન કસોટી અને તમામ એકમ કસોટીના માર્ક્સની એન્ટ્રી શાળા કક્ષાએથી કમાન્ડ એન્ડ કન્ટ્રોલ સેન્ટર, ગાંધીનગરના પોર્ટલ પર કરવાની રહેશે.
આથી તમામ શાળાના DISE CODE અને શાળાના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ચાઇલ્ડ યુનિક ID નંબર હોવા ફરજીયાત છે. તેમજ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રવાહ (વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ /સામાન્ય પ્રવાહ/ અન્ય પ્રવાહ) મુજબ એન્ટ્રી કરેલી હોવી જોઇશે. આ વિગત શાળાએ સત્વરે UPDATE કરાવવાની રહેશે. ઉપરોક્ત સમયપત્રકને ચુસ્તરૂપે વળગી રહીને શાળાએ આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.
ધોરણવાર નિદાન કસોટીના વિષયો અને અભ્યાસક્રમ બિડાણ-૧ માં દર્શાવેલ છે. જે-તે ધોરણની નિદાન કસોટીનો અભ્યાસક્રમ તેના આગળના ધોરણ (PREVIOUS STANDARD) ના અભ્યાસક્રમમાંથી ઉપયોગી પ્રકરણના મુદ્દાનો સમાવેશ કરેલ છે (દા.ત. ધોરણ-9 ની નિદાન કસોટી માટે ધોરણ-8 ના વિષયો આધારીત પ્રશ્નપત્રો તૈયાર કરેલ છે).
નિદાન કસોટીની ઉત્તરવહીનું મુલ્યાંકન કાર્ય વિદ્યાર્થી જે ધોરણમાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે તે ધોરણના વિષય શિક્ષકો દ્વારા કરાવવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી જે-તે આચાર્યની રહેશે.
૩૦ જુલાઇ સુધીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વિષયવાર અને પ્રશ્નવાર પરીણામ તૈયાર કરવાનું રહેશે (દા.ત. માધવી નામની વિદ્યાર્થીના ધોરણ-12 સામાન્ય પ્રવાહની સમાજશાસ્ત્ર વિષયની નિદાન કસોટીના 1 થી 31 તમામ પ્રશ્નોના ગુણ મુજબ પ્રશ્નવાર પરિણામ તૈયાર કરવું.) પરિણામ પત્રકનો નમૂનો બિડાણ-૨ માં સામેલ છે. જે મુજબ EXCEL Sheet માં પરિણામ તૈયાર કરી શાળાનાં રેકર્ડ પર દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે. આ પરિણામના આધારે કમાન્ડ એન્ડ કન્ટ્રોલ સેન્ટર (CCC) ગાંધીનગર ના પોર્ટલ પર માર્ક્સની એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે.
ઓગસ્ટના પ્રથમ સપ્તાહમાં ગાંધીનગર ખાતેના કમાન્ડ એન્ડ કંટ્રોલ સેન્ટર ખાતે દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીના વિષયવાર અને પ્રશ્નવાર માર્કસની એન્ટ્રી SARAL DATA APPLICATION થી કરવાની રહેશે. જેની વિગતવાર સૂચના અલગથી પરિપત્રિત કરવામાં આવશે.
આમ ઉપરોકત સૂચનાઓથી આપના જિલ્લાના તમામ માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાના આચાર્યોને માહિતગાર કરશો. તેમજ જિલ્લાની તમામ માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં આ નિદાન કસોટીના કાર્યક્રમને સમયસર અનુસરવામાં આવે તે અંગે સુચારૂ આયોજન કરશો તેવી વિનંતી.
ધોરણવાર નિદાન કસોટીના વિષયો અને અભ્યાસક્રમ
1. ધોરણ 9 માટેની નિદાન કસોટી
વિષયો- ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન, સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન
જેમાં, ધોરણ-8 ના અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબના પ્રશ્નપત્રો હશે
2. ધોરણ - 10 માટેની નિદાન કસોટી
વિષયો:- ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન, સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન
જેમાં ધોરણ-9 ના અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબના પ્રશ્નપત્રો હશે.
3. ધોરણ - 12 (વિજ્ઞાનપ્રવાહ) માટેની નિદાન કસોટી
વિષયો:- ભૌતિક વિજ્ઞાન, રસાયણ વિજ્ઞાન, ગણિત /જીવ વિજ્ઞાન
જેમાં ધોરણ-11 (વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ) ના અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબના પ્રશ્નપત્રો હશે
4. ધોરણ - 12 (સામાન્ય પ્રવાહ) માટેની નિદાન કસોટી
વિષયો:- નામાના મૂળતત્વો, વાણિજ્ય વ્યવસ્થા, આંકડાશાસ્ત્ર, મનોવિજ્ઞાન,, સમાજશાસ્ત્ર, ભૂગોળ, તત્વજ્ઞાન
જેમાં ધોરણ-11 (સામાન્ય પ્રવાહ) ના અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબના પ્રશ્નપત્રો હશે
નોંધ :------
1) ઉપરોક્ત અભ્યાસક્રમમાં આગળના ધોરણના તેવા પ્રકરણ/મુદ્દાઓનો સમાવેશ કરેલ છે. જે ચાલુ ધોરણના પાઠ્યક્રમના અધ્યપન- અધ્યાપન માટે ઉપયોગી નીવડે.
2) ધોરણ-11 માં હાલ પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રીયા ચાલુ હોવાથી તેમની નિદાન કસોટી હાલ રાખેલ નથી.

According to the above topic and context with Jai Bharat, various home learning efforts have been undertaken by the Education Department of the Government to maintain continuity in the study of students in the situation of Kovid-12. For the year 2020-2021, the Government has recently canceled the Mass Promotion in Std. 9th to 11th and Std-12 examinations and has fixed the marks according to the assessment procedure. Determined by the department. This diagnostic test is to know the current level of study-teaching level, based on the result of which information about learning loss will be obtained. It is therefore desirable for the student to take the test without any misleading fears and with a definite healthy mindset. Following the diagnostic test, unit tests of various subjects will be conducted from time to time as per the above reference resolution.
The following is the schedule of the diagnostic test to determine the learning loss of students before the commencement of the new semester course in the month of July.

07 July 2021 Question papers will be sent to DEO Shri by the Board on the official E-MAIL ADRESS with a password protected file.
07 July 2021 DEO will send question papers to Mr. SVC Convener with password protected file on E-MAIL ADRESS.
08 July 2021 SV Convener will send question papers to all secondary and higher secondary school principals through password protected file on official E-MAIL ADRESS as well as place question papers on www.gseb.org website.
From 12 to 14 July 2021 students will give a test in which they will write a daily paper.
Return written answer books from 13th to 14th July 2021 students.
To prepare the subject wise result of all the students by 30th July 2021.
Mark will have to be uploaded in the first week of August at Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar. Whose instruction will be circulated separately.
According to the above schedule, the test will have to be organized at the district level keeping in view the following instructions
- Diagnosis test of Std. 9, 10 and 12 to be taken in the year 2021-2022 and entry of marks of all unit test from school level has to be done on the portal of Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar.
It is therefore mandatory to have DISE CODE of all the school and child unique ID number of all the students of the school. Also, entry should be made according to each student's stream (science stream / general stream / other stream). The school will have to update this detail immediately. The school will have to plan strictly adhering to the above schedule.
Subject and syllabus of standard wise diagnostic test are given in Bidan-1. The syllabus of the diagnostic test of that standard includes useful chapter points from the syllabus of its next standard (PREVIOUS STANDARD) (e.g. prepared question papers based on the subjects of standard 8 for the standard 9 diagnostic test).
The principal will be responsible for the evaluation of the answer book of the diagnostic test by the subject teachers of the standard in which the student is studying.
Students have to prepare the subject wise and question wise result by July 30 (eg to prepare the question wise result according to the marks of all the questions 1 to 31 of the standard 12 sociology subject diagnostic test of a student named Madhavi.) Sample of result sheet is included in enclosure-2. . According to which the result has to be prepared in EXCEL Sheet and displayed on the school record. Based on this result, marks will have to be entered on the portal of Command and Control Center (CCC) Gandhinagar.
In the first week of August, at the Command and Control Center at Gandhinagar, the subject wise and question marks of each student will have to be entered by SARAL DATA APPLICATION. Whose detailed instruction will be circulated separately.
Thats, you will inform all the secondary and higher secondary school principals of your district about the above instructions. As well as requesting all the secondary and higher secondary schools in the district to follow up this diagnostic test program in a timely manner.

In which, there will be question papers according to the syllabus of standard-8
2. Diagnostic test for standard-10
Subjects: - Mathematics, Science, Social Science
In which there will be question papers according to the syllabus of standard-9.
3. Diagnostic test for standard-12 (science stream)
Subjects: - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology
In which there will be question papers according to the syllabus of standard-11 (science stream)
4. Diagnostic test for standard-12 (normal flow)
Topics: - Nama Basics, Commercial Management, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Geography, Philosophy
In which there will be question papers according to the syllabus of standard-11 (general stream)
Note:
1) The above syllabus covers such chapters / topics of next standard. Which will be useful for teaching the current standard curriculum.
2) As the admission process is going on in Std-11, their diagnostic test is not kept at present.
