સરકારી શાળાઓમા આચાર્ય તથા ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં શાળા સંચાલકોએ સેનેટાઈઝેશન સાથેની જરૂરી વ્યવસ્થા સાથે તકેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે.

રવિવાર: રાજ્ય સરકારે આજે પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓના ભૂલકાઓના શિક્ષણ માટે મહત્વનો નિર્ણય લેતાં આવતીકાલ તા.૨૨ નવે.થી રાજ્યભરમાં સરકારી અને ખાનગી પ્રાથમિક શાળાના ધો. ૧ થી ૫ ના પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણકાર્ય-ઓફલાઈન વર્ગો શરૂ કરવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. આ અંગે આજે સુરતના સર્કિટ હાઉસ ખાતે યોજાયેલી પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સમાં શિક્ષણમંત્રી અને રાજ્ય સરકારના પ્રવક્તા શ્રી જીતુભાઇ વાઘાણીએ જાહેરાત કરતા જણાવ્યું હતું કે, રાજ્ય સરકારની અસરકારક કામગીરીને પરિણામે વૈશ્વિક મહામારી કોરોનાના સંક્રમણમાં નોંધપાત્ર ઘટાડો થયો છે, ત્યારે રાજ્યના વિદ્યાર્થીઓનુ શિક્ષણ બગડે નહી એ માટે રાજ્ય સરકારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના હિતમા આવતીકાલ તા.૨૨મી નવે.થી શાળાઓમાં ધો.૧ થી ૫ ના વર્ગો શરૂ કરવાનો મહત્વનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. બાલમંદિર અને આંગણવાડીના ભૂલકાઓને શિક્ષણ માટે આગામી સમયમા યોગ્ય નિર્ણય કરાશે.
શિક્ષણમંત્રીશ્રીએ સુરત ખાતે મીડિયાને માહિતી આપતા કહ્યુ કે, શિક્ષણવિદ્દો, વિદ્યાર્થીઓની માંગણી અને લાગણી તેમજ હાલના કોરોના સંક્રમણમાં થઈ રહેલા ઘટાડાને જોતાં શિક્ષણકાર્ય માટે વર્તમાન માહોલ અનુકુળ હોવાનું જણાય છે. બાળકોનું શિક્ષણ બગડે નહીં, અને ફરી એક વાર શિક્ષણયાત્રાનો નવેસરથી પ્રારંભ થાય એ માટે મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલના વડપણ હેઠળ રાજ્ય સરકારના પરામર્શમાં રહી ભૂલકાઓના શિક્ષણકાર્યને પુન: વેગ આપવાનો નિર્ણય કરવાંમાં આવ્યો હોવાનું તેમણે કહ્યું હતું.
મંત્રીશ્રીએ વધુમાં જણાવ્યું કે, રાજ્યમાં કોરોના કેસોમાં સતત ઘટાડો થતા દિવાળી બાદના આવતીકાલ તા.૨૧મીથી શરૂ થતાં નવા સત્રથી ધો. ૧ થી ૫ ના વર્ગો શરૂ કરાશે. ભૂલકાઓના ભણતરની આ પહેલમાં શિક્ષણ વિભાગની સીધી નિગરાની રહેશે. નાનકડા બાળકોની કુમળી વયને નજર સમક્ષ રાખીને તમામ તકેદારીના પગલાંઓ સાથે શિક્ષણ કાર્યનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવશે. બાળકની હાજરી મરજિયાત રહેશે, જે વાલીઓની સંમતિ હશે એમના બાળકોને જ શાળામાં શિક્ષણ અપાશે. રાજ્યની તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓએ નિયત એસઓપીનું ચુસ્ત પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે અને સરકારી શાળાઓમા આચાર્યશ્રીઓએ તથા ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં શાળા સંચાલકોએ સેનેટાઈઝેશન સાથેની જરૂરી વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવા સાથે વિશેષ તકેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે એમ મંત્રીશ્રી ઉમેર્યું હતું.
મંત્રીશ્રીએ FRC ના નિયમોનું પાલન ન કરતી શાળાઓ સામે પણ કડક કાર્યવાહી કરાશે એમ પણ જણાવ્યુ હતું.
પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સમાં શહેરી વિકાસ રાજ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિનોદભાઈ મોરડીયા, મેયર શ્રીમતી હેમાલી બોઘાવાલા, પૂર્વમંત્રી અને ધારાસભ્યશ્રી કિશોરભાઈ કાનાણી, ધારાસભ્ય સર્વશ્રી કાન્તિ બલર, સંગીતાબેન પાટીલ, ઝંખનાબેન પટેલ સહિત પ્રિન્ટ-ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક મીડિયાકર્મીઓ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યાં હતા.

A proposal was made from various associations of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools to approve the establishment of 12 (including principals) in schools having one class of Std. 9 and 10 from the reference-1 of this office.
After that, according to the discussion with the Hon'ble Education Secretary, the details of the schools in which the number of students in each class of Std. 9 and 10 is 60 or more and the average attendance is more than 50% is submitted to the Education Department with reference to this office.
Gujarat State Acharya Sangh has submitted the following from the letter of reference-2. In Gujarat, there is establishment of 1 principal + 02 assistant teachers in schools with one class i.e. one class of Std. 9 and 10, in place of which the subject gets justice and in order to ensure that poor children are not deprived of education in rural schools, establishment of 12 is discussed. Is. Instead of having a total number of students per class, the total number of students in both the classes is 60 in rural areas and 3 in urban areas. If the number of students is 1 (principal) + 2 (assistant teacher) then a total of 05 is proposed to be approved.

Provision has been made to continue the class with a minimum of 3 students in rural area and 6 students in urban area from Umash-1108-212-G1 and if the fixed number of students is maintained from Resolution No. 03/09/11 of Education Department. So the class continues, just the norm considering that
Schools with one class of 9 and 10 in which the total number of students in both classes is 50 in rural area and 3 in urban area, 1 (principal) + 2 (assistant teacher) is found. If establishment of total 08 is approved, students will be given subjects of all major subjects. The opinion of the head office is that teachers can be found and the educational work can be carried out smoothly.
An estimated 1213 non-government aided secondary schools with a total number of students in both the classes of Std. 9 and 10 and the total number of students in both the classes is 60 in rural areas and 8 in urban areas. 3 crore (fifty six crore). According to the above details, the total number of students in both the classes of Std. 9 and 10 is rural
Request to get proper order from the government to approve the establishment of 1 (principal) + 2 (assistant teacher) in the schools having 50 students in the area and 3 students in the urban area.
