Backward class students for competitive examination of ALL INDIA level like IIM, CEPT, NIFT, NLU as well as preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE examination to be given abroad
Update Resolution:
Resolution on the number (2) taken from the reading for the preparation of socially and educationally backward class students and economically backward class students for competitive examination of ALL INDIA level like IIM, CEPT, NIFT, NLU as well as preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE examination to be given abroad. The plan is to pay Rs. 20,000 / - per student or the actual fee to be paid whichever is less as Direct Assistance (DBT). There is a provision under this scheme to provide benefits to socially and educationally backward class students and economically backward class students studying in Std. 11, 12 science stream who have obtained 60% or more marks in Std. 10 from the resolution taken on reading (2). Presented by the Director, Developing Caste Welfare from the letter No. (2) taken from the reading.
Under the scheme, it was proposed to empower the training institutes as well as to improve the standard of educational qualification, which was under consideration of the Government. 2. At the end of the adult consideration, for the socially and educationally backward class students and economically backward class students within the limits of the existing budget provision under the said scheme.
It is therefore decided to have the following standard of educational qualification.
(1) CEPT. For coaching assistance of entrance examination of NIFT, NLU undergraduate course
Student should have got 5% or more marks in Std. 10 and any of Std. 11-12
Should be studying in the stream.
(Ii) When a student should have obtained 5% or more marks in any stream of Std. 12 for coaching assistance of entrance examination of postgraduate level course of IIM and should be studying in the third year of graduation course of any stream or has graduated 50% in graduation examination Must have obtained more than
(3) IELTS. For coaching assistance of the examination to be given for the purpose of study abroad like TOEFL, GRE, the student should have obtained 5% or more marks in any stream of Std.
3. In addition, it is also decided to empanel the training institutes by setting the following norms along with the selection result selection criteria for the examination preparation as mentioned above under the said scheme as follows:
3) The organization should have GST number.
3) Institutions should have biometric (finger print) machine for the attendance of students and the institute should send the details of attendance during the entire course to the office of the Director, Developing Caste Welfare.
2) The organization should be complying with other government norms.
2) In order to maintain transparency in this scheme, the beneficiaries of Sadarhu scheme will have to be linked with Aadhaar number.
સુધારા ઠરાવ:
વંચાણે લીધા ક્રમાંક (૩) પરના ઠરાવથી સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તથા આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગની વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને IIM, CEPT, NIFT, NLUના જેવી ALL INDIA લેવલની સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષા તેમજ વિદેશ જવા માટે આપવી પડતી IELTS, TOEFL, GREની પરીક્ષાની પૂર્વતૈયારી માટે કોચિંગ પેટે વિદ્યાર્થી દીઠ રૂ.૨૦,૦૦૦/- અથવા ખરેખર ચૂકવવાની થતી ફી એ બે પૈકી જે ઓછું હોય તે સીધી સહાય (ડીબીટી) તરીકે ચૂકવવાની યોજના અમલમાં છે. વંચાણે લીધા ક્રમાંક (ર) પરના ઠરાવથી ધોરણ-૧૦માં ૭૦ ટકા કે તેથી વધારે ગુણ મેળવેલ હોય તેવા ધોરણ-૧૧,૧૨ના વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તથા આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગની વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓને આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ આપવાની જોગવાઇ છે, વંચાણે લીધા ક્રમાંક (૪) પરના પત્રથી નિયામકશ્રી, વિકસતી જાતિ કલ્યાણ દ્વારા પ્રસ્તુત
યોજના અંતર્ગત તાલીમી સંસ્થાઓ એમ્પેનલ કરવા તેમજ શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતના ધોરણમાં સુધારો કરવા બાબતની દરખાસ્ત કરવામાં આવેલ હતી, જે સરકારશ્રીની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી. ર. પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે ઉક્ત યોજના હેઠળ હાલની બજેટ જોગવાઇની મર્યાદામાં જ સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તથા આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગની વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓ માટે
નીચે મુજબની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતનું ધોરણ રાખવાનું આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે.
(૧) CEPT. NIFT, NLUના સ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમની પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાની કોચીંગ સહાય માટે વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધો.૧૦માં ૬૫ % કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇએ અને ધો.૧૧-૧૨ ના કોઇ પણ પ્રવાહમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોવા જોઇએ.
(ર) જ્યારે IIMના અનુસ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમની પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાની કોચીંગ સહાય માટે વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધો.૧૨ના કોઇ પણ પ્રવાહમાં ૬૫% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇએ અને કોઇ પણ પ્રવાહના સ્નાતક અભ્યાસક્રમના ત્રીજા વર્ષમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોવા જોઇએ અથવા સ્નાતક થયેલ હોય તો સ્નાતકની પરીક્ષામાં ૬૦% થી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇએ.
(3) IELTS. TOEFL, GRE જેવી વિદેશ અભ્યાસના હેતુસર આપવાની થતી પરીક્ષાની કોંચીંગ સહાય માટે વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધો.૧૨ના કોઇ પણ પ્રવાહમાં ૬૫% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇએ.
3. વધુમાં, ઉક્ત યોજના અંતર્ગત ઉપર દર્શાવ્યા મુજબની પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી માટે તાલીમ આપતી સંસ્થાઓની પસંદગી રીઝલ્ટબેઝ ક્રાઇટેરીયા સાથે નીચે મુજબના ધારા ધોરણો નિયત કરી તાલીમી સંસ્થાઓ એમ્પેનલ કરવાનું પણ આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે: ૧) સંસ્થા ત્રણ વર્ષ કરતાં વધારે અનુભવ ધરાવતી હોવી જોઇએ,
૨) સંસ્થા GST નંબર ધરાવતી હોવી જોઇએ.
૩) સંસ્થાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની હાજરી માટે બાયોમેટ્રીક (ફીંગર પ્રિંટ) મશીન હોવું જોઇએ તેમજ સંસ્થાએ સમગ્ર કોર્ષ દરમ્યાનની હાજરીની વિગતો નિયામકશ્રી, વિકસતી જાતિ કલ્યાણની કચેરીને મોકલવાની રહેશે.
૪) સંસ્થા અન્ય સરકારી ધારા ધોરણોનું પાલન કરતી હોવી જોઇએ.
૫) આ યોજનામાં પારદર્શકતા જળવાય તે માટે સદરહુ યોજનાના લાભાર્થીઓને આધાર નંબર સાથે લીંક કરવાના રહેશે.
