રાજ્યપાલશ્રી આચાર્ય દેવવ્રતે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી તરીકે પદનામિત શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલને આજે સતત બીજીવાર મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી તરીકેના હોદ્દા અને ગુપ્તતાના શપથ લેવડાવ્યા હતા.
વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદીની પ્રેરણાદાયી ઉપસ્થિતિમાં યોજાયેલા શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના આ શપથવિધિ સમારોહમાં રાજ્યપાલશ્રીએ રાજ્ય મંત્રીમંડળના કેબિનેટ કક્ષાના ૮
અને રાજ્ય કક્ષાના ર પદમાનિત મંત્રીશ્રીઓને સ્વતંત્ર પ્રભાર તથા ૬ પદનામિત મંત્રીશ્રીઓને રાજ્યકક્ષાના મંત્રી તરીકે હોદ્દો અને ગુપ્તતાના શપથ લેવડાવ્યા હતાં.
રાજ્યપાલશ્રી સમક્ષ કેબિનેટ મંત્રી તરીકે શ્રી કનુભાઈ દેસાઈ, શ્રી ઋષિકેશભાઈ પટેલ, શ્રી રાઘવજીભાઈ પટેલ, શ્રી બળવંતસિંહ રાજપૂત, શ્રી કુંવરજીભાઈ બાવળિયા, શ્રી મુળુભાઈ બેરા, શ્રી કુબેરભાઈ ડિંડોર અને શ્રીમતી ભાનુબહેન બાબરિયાએ હોદ્દા અને ગુપ્તતાના શપથ લીધા હતા.
જ્યારે રાજ્યકક્ષાના મંત્રી તરીકે શ્રી હર્ષ સંઘવી(સ્વતંત્ર હવાલો), શ્રી જગદીશ વિશ્વકર્મા(સ્વતંત્ર હવાલો) તેમજ શ્રી પુરુષોત્તમભાઈ સોલંકી, શ્રી બચુભાઈ ખાબડ, શ્રી મુકેશભાઈ પટેલ, શ્રી પ્રફુલ્લ પાનસેરિયા, શ્રી ભિખુસિંહજી પરમાર અને શ્રી કુંવરજીભાઈ હળપતીએ શપથ લીધા હતા.
For the purpose of developing Order Thinking Skill) for all government, grant-in-aid and self-reliant primary schools of the state, discussions have been held with all the affiliated Sinke Holders i.e. teachers unions, self-reliant school management bodies and educators for the purpose of improving educational quality. The above matters regarding assessment were under the consideration of the State Govt. After due consideration by the State Government, it is hereby decided to read the following instructions in place of instructions no.
Resolution:
At the end of the active consideration, a question bank based periodic assessment (Formative Assesssmart) has been implemented for all government, grant-in-aid and independent primary schools in the state. While the first and second semester tests (Summative Assessment) will have to be organized from the district level from the academic year 2022-23.
For government, grant-in-aid and self-supporting secondary and higher secondary schools affiliated to the State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, the question bank-based assessment and the first, second and annual tests will be held in the academic year 2021-22 for Class 9 to 12 Semester Examination (Surinative). Assessment) has to be held at school/SVS level.
The following detailed instructions are given in this regard.
4. Format of question papers of first and second semester examination for primary schools and necessary instructions regarding examination conduct will be issued by Gujarat Educational Research and Training Council (GCERT), Gandhinagar. Which all the districts have to follow. The first and second semester tests will be conducted by the office of the District Primary Education Officer.

Composition will have to be done at School/SVS level, while the question papers of class 10th and 12th first, second and preliminary examination will have to be composed at school/SVS level.
The office of the District Education Officer will be responsible for the management of question bank based assessment for classes 9 to 12 among secondary and higher secondary schools at the district level.
6. Gujarati, English, Hindi and other regional language question banks of periodical assessment for class 3 to 8 will also be prepared by GCERT itself. According to the pattern given by GCERT, the question papers of Gujarati, English, Hindi and other regional languages of the first and second semester exams have to be prepared at the district level.
8. Question bank based assessment for class 9 to 12 will be prepared by GSHSEB, also the question papers of first, second and annual test will be prepared and conducted from school/SVS level.
8(a) 1. All question papers of class 3 to 8 as per pattern prescribed by GCERT at district level.
To be prepared by the District Education and Training Bhawans, which shall be implemented by the District Panchayats and aided schools.
2. The self-supporting schools have to prepare Gujarati, Mathematics, Science and Social Science question papers at the school level as per the structure (pattern) given by GCERT, and follow the schedule prescribed by GCERT. 3. Self-governing schools can conduct the rest of the subjects as per the schedule decided by the school level based on the prescribed structure (pattern).
