The state's 5400 primary-secondary and higher secondary schools will be monitored
Online education has started for the second year in a row following the Koro epidemic in the state. To this end, the Chief Minister today inaugurated the new building of Advanced Command and Control Center 2.0 functioned by the Education Department in Gandhinagar for the purpose of monitoring and implementation of various projects-schemes including student study, online attendance and teacher readiness. On the occasion, Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Minister of State Vibhavaribahen Dave as well as Education Secretary Vinod Rao and senior education officials joined the Chief Minister.
Under the direction of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, the Education Department has been adopting innovative projects like Mission Vidya, Teacher-Student Online Attendance, Home Learning, Periodic Assessment Test for the last two years with special focus on improving the quality of primary education. A Command and Control Center has been set up to monitor these latest projects and other education schemes.
The new building of the Command and Control Center is now equipped with state-of-the-art technology for well-organized supervision of a vast infrastructure of 5400 primary-secondary and higher secondary schools, more than 3 lakh teachers and over 1 crore students in the state. The data coming in this innovative Command and Control Center 2.0 unveiled by the Chief Minister will be analyzed with the machine learning, visual power cQube tool. The state-of-the-art facility of knowing the online real time attendance of teacher and student at the state level as well as district wise as well as course wise information can be provided on the basis of initiation performance has been made available in this new Command and Control Center 2.0.

More than 56 lakh students of Std. 1 to 12 who have smartphone-tablet at home are planned to get education through Home Management Learning Management System G-SHALA (Gujarat Students Holistic Adaptive Learning App) application and e-content. Animated video in this e-content , Simulations of experiments, self-study and self-assessment modules and reference-supplementary literature have been made available. Students will be able to access these features from any device or platform.

Teachers will give direct or indirect guidance to the students
The study under Gyan Setu program has been prepared by literature experts and it is Std. It will be provided free of cost to government school students from 1st to 10th. Not only that, it will also be made available on the entire education website for the purpose that any student can download it. The episode will be telecast from Ahmedabad Doordarshan Kendra DD Girnar from June 10 to July 10 to guide the students and the teachers will give direct or indirect guidance to the students.
