In order to satisfy the personality development, observational power, curiosity of the students of schools and colleges and for the students to achieve the purpose of study with pleasure, cultural, religious and historical, tours are organized to developed places, during which the original purpose of the tour is fulfilled and any fire, The following instructions must be strictly followed to avoid any untoward incident including accidents and to maintain the complete safety of the students.
(1) Planning in such a way that studies of schools, colleges are not disturbed
(2) To form a committee under the chairmanship of the principal of the school/college for the planning of school/college tour and to select the place for the tour by the committee and to select the place after a detailed discussion of the arrangement, route, advantages and disadvantages of the tour etc. Appointing a responsible and experienced person as the convenor of the trip and ensuring that the trip goes as planned,
(3) As far as possible not to travel after sunset i.e. at night and to plan accordingly, fixing the limit of km and days of travel. Reach Mindamonda at the place of stay in case of primary school students by 7,00 (19,00) hours, in case of secondary school students by 8,00 (20,00) hours and in case of college students by 10,00 (22,00) hours.
(4) Planning the tour according to the age of the students. Obtain in advance copies of RC book, driver's license, insurance etc. issued by RTO of the vehicle used during the journey and thoroughly verify the same.
(5) Fire safety equipment, first aid kit must be in sufficient quantity in the vehicle and its use Provide adequate training and information to all staff and students in advance.
(6) Meeting the parents of the students who are to be involved, informing them of the plan and obtaining their consent, if the guardian is not present for any reason, obtaining the consent of the guardian through the student, taking such consent in writing, along with the student's parent/guardian's I.D. Obtain proof and mobile number and ensure that consent is given
(7) Travel shall be voluntary and no student or his guardian shall be forced to travel.
(8) Selecting vehicles with flight tracking system in the vehicle and the bus driver and bus staff daddies.

શાળાઓ તથા કોલેજોના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વ્યક્તિત્વ ઘડતર, અવલોકન શક્તિ, નવું જાણવાની જીજ્ઞાસાના સંતોષ માટે તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આનંદ સાથે અભ્યાસનો હેતુ સિદ્ધ થાય તે માટે સાસ્કૃતિક, ધાર્મિક અને ઐતિહાસિક, વિકસિત સ્થળોના પ્રવાસનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે, જે દરમ્યાન પ્રવાસનો મૂળ હેતુ ફલિતાર્થ થાય તથા કોઇ આગ,અકસ્માત સહિત અનિચ્છનિય ઘટના ન બને અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંપૂર્ણ સલામતી જળવાય તે માટે નીચેની સૂચનાઓનો ચુસ્તપણે અમલ કરવાનો રહેશે.
(૧) શાળા, કોલેજોના અભ્યાસને વિક્ષેપ ન પહોંચે તે મુજબ આયોજન કરવું
(૨) શાળા/કોલેજોના પ્રવાસના આયોજન માટે શાળાના આચાર્ય/કોલેજના પ્રિન્સીપાલની અધ્યક્ષતામાં કમિટીની રચના કરવી તથા કમિટી દ્વારા પ્રવાસ માટેના સ્થળની પસંદગી કરવી તથા સ્થળો સંબંધી વ્યવસ્થા, રૂટ,પ્રવાસના લાભ-ગેરલાભ જોખમો વગેરે બાબતોની વિસ્તૃત ચર્ચા કર્યા પછી સ્થળોની પસંદગી કરવી. એક જવાબદાર અને અનુભવી વ્યક્તિની પ્રવાસના કન્વીનર તરીકે નિમણૂક કરવી તથા આયોજન મુજબ જ મુસાફરી થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું,
(3) શક્ય હોય ત્યાં સુધી સુર્યાસ્ત બાદ અર્થાત રાત્રી મુસાફરી ન કરવી તથા તે મુજબનું જ આયોજન કરવું, પ્રવાસના કી.મીની અને દિવસોની મર્યાદા નક્કી કરવી. પ્રાથમિક શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય તો ૭,૦૦ (૧૯,૦૦) કલાક, માધ્યમિક શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ૮,૦૦ (૨૦,૦૦) કલાક સુધીમાં તથા કોલેજના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય તો ૧૦,૦૦ (૨૨,૦૦) કલાક સુધીમાં રોકાણના સ્થળે મીંડામોંડા પહોંચી જવું.
(૪) વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઉંમરને ધ્યાને લઇ તે મુજબ પ્રવાસનું આયોજન કરવું. પ્રવાસ દરમ્યાન ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા વાહનનો RTO દ્વારા ઇશ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ RC બુક, ડ્રાઇવરનું લાયસન્સ, વીમો વગેરેની નકલો પૂર્વેથી મેળવવી તથા તે અંગેની સંપૂર્ણ ચકાસણી કરવી.
(૫) વાહનમાં ફાયર સેફ્ટીના સાધન, ફર્સ્ટ એઇડ કીટ પુરતા પ્રમાણમાં હોવી જરૂરી છે તથા તેના ઉપયોગની પુરતી તાલીમ તથા જાણકારી તમામ સ્ટાફ તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને અગાઉ આપવી.
(૬) જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સામેલ થવાના હોય તેમના વાલીઓની મીટીંગ કરવી, તેમને આયોજનથી અવગત કરાવવા તથા તેમની સંમતિ મેળવવી જો વાલી કોઇ કારણસર આવેલ ન હોય ત્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી મારફત વાલીની સંમતિ મેળવવી, આવી સંમતિ લેખિત લેવી, સાથે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના મા-પિતા/વાલીના આઇ.ડી પ્રુફ તથા મોબાઇલ નંબર મેળવવા તથા સંમતિ આપેલ હોવાની ખાતરી કરી લેવી
(૭) પ્રવાસ મરજીયાત રહેશે કોઇપણ વિદ્યાર્થી કે તેના વાલીને પ્રવાસ માટે ફરજ ન પાડવી.
(૮) વાહનમાં ઉડ ટ્રેકીંગ સીસ્ટમ હોય તેવા વાહન પસંદ કરવાં તથા બસ ડ્રાઇવર તથા બસના સ્ટાફ ડેડ્ડી પદાર્થનું સેવન કરતા ન હોય તેની ખાત્રી કરવી, જો દેખિતી રીતે ડ્રાઇવર વાહન બરાબર ચલાવતો ન હોય તો આગળ મુસાફરી ન કરવી, પ્રવાસના વાહનમાં આર.ટી.ઓના પરમીટ મુજબની જ સંખ્યા પ્રમાણે C પ્રવાસનું આયોજન કરવું. કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં મંજૂરીથી વધારે સંખ્યામાં મુસાફરી ન થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.
(૯) વિદ્યાર્થીઓનાં રાત્રી રોકાણ માટે આરોગ્યપ્રદ, સ્વચ્છ અને સલામત સ્થાનની પસંદગી કરવી તથા ભોજનની ગુણવાત્તાની ચકાસણી કરવી,જેથી કોઇ આકસ્મિક ઘટના નિવારી શકાય.
(૧૦) વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે પણ ચર્ચા, ગોષ્ઠી, મીટીંગ કરી, "શું કરવું, શું ન કરવું” તેનું સ્પષ્ટ માર્ગદર્શન આપવું તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પર દેખરેખની વ્યવસ્થા કરવી, ટૂંકમાં સલામતિ નો સ્પષ્ટ પ્લાન તૈયાર કરવો.
(૧૧) પ્રવાસ સંપૂર્ણ સલામત રીતે થાય તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંપૂર્ણ સલામતિ જળવાય તે માટેની તમામ બાબતોની યોગ્ય ચકાસણી કરી યોગ્ય આયોજન કરવા તથા અનિચ્છનીય બનાવ ન બને તે અંગેની સંપૂર્ણ તકેદારી રાખવી.
(૧૨) નાણાકીય હિસાબ સ્પષ્ટ પારદર્શક રાખવા તથ્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને તેના વાલીને અવગત કરવા.
(૧૩)પ્રવાસ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે તેની આયોજનની વિગતો પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓએ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી, માધ્યમિક શાળાઓએ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી અને કોલેજોએ સંબંધિત યુનિવર્સિટીને જાણ કરવી.
(૧૪) સરકારી શાળા/કોલેજો, અનુદાનીત શાળા/કોલેજો, ખાનગી શાળા/કોલેજો વગેરે શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ માટે. રાજ્યની અંદર પ્રવાસ માટે
