Request to the above subject, to state that vide this department's letter dated 10-02-2023, "Voluntary contribution" of Rs.3,500/- from the salary of the Legislative Assistants and Rs.1000/- from the salary of the primary teachers per teacher for the planning and expenses of the All India Primary Teachers' Association conference program to be held at Gandhinagar. was allowed to be deducted from the salary bill of February or March-2023. President, Gujarat State Primary Teachers Union has submitted a letter dated 16-02-2023 to cancel the said approval. Considering the submission dated 10-02 of this department - The approval given regarding deduction of “Voluntary contribution amount” from the salary of primary teachers from 2023 is hereby cancelled. You are requested to issue necessary instructions to the concerned officials in the said detail.

ભારત રત્ન સર (ચંન્દ્રશેખર વેંકટ રામન) (7 November 1888 – 21 November 1970) એક મહાન ભૌતિક વિજ્ઞાની હતા. પ્રકાશનો આણ્વિક ફેલાવો તથા રામન અસર માટે તેમને ૧૯૩૦ માં નોબલ પુરસ્કાર પ્રાપ્ત થયું.
આ ૨૮મી ફેબ્રુઆરી રાષ્ટ્રીય વિજ્ઞાન દિવસ ભારતના વૈજ્ઞાનિક શ્રી ડૉ.ચંદ્રશેખર વેંકટરામને ઈ.સ.૧૯૨૮માં આજના દિવસે પ્રકાશના પરાવર્તનની વિસ્મયકારક ઘટના નિહાળી.વિજ્ઞાનજગતમાં આ ઘટનાનો પ્રભાવ એટલો બધો પડ્યો કે સમગ્ર એશિયામાંથી ભૌતિકશાસ્ત્રમાં નોબલ પારિતોષિક સૌ પ્રથમ તેમને એનાયત થયું હતું. વિજ્ઞાનની આ સુવર્ણ ઘડીને બિરદાવતાં ૨૮મી ફેબ્રુઆરી “રાષ્ટ્રીય વિજ્ઞાન દિવસ” તરીકે ઉજવાય છે.૨૮મી ફેબ્રુઆરીએ ડૉ.રામને તેમની નોબેલ પ્રાઈઝ મેળવનારી શોધ ‘રામન ઇફેકટ'નો આવિષ્કાર કર્યોહતો. પ્રકાશના કિરણો કઈ રીતે કામ કરે છે, તે વિશે તેમણે ઉંડું સંશોધન કર્યુ હતું, જે પાછળથી ભૌતિક વિજ્ઞાન જગતમાં ‘રામન ઈફેકટ' તરીકે ઓળખવામાં આવે છે.
બાળપણ
સર સી. વી. રામનનો જન્મ ભારત દેશના દક્ષિણ ભાગમાં આવેલા તિરુચિરાપલ્લી, તામિલનાડુ રાજ્ય ખાતે હિંદુ, બ્રાહ્મણ પરિવારમાં થયો હતો. એમની માતૃભાષા તમિલ છે. બાળપણમાં જ તેમના પરિવારને વિઝાગ, આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ ખાતે રહેવા જવાનું થયું. તેઓના પિતાજી ગણિત તથા ભૌતિકશાસ્ત્રના વ્યાખ્યાતા હોવાને કારણે રામનજીને ભણવાનું યોગ્ય વાતાવરણ ઘરમાં જ મળી ગયું હતું. એમના ભત્રીજા સુબ્રમણ્યન ચંદ્રશેખરને પણ ભૌતિકશાસ્ત્રના વિષયમાં નોબેલ પુરસ્કાર ઇ. સ. ૧૯૮૩ના વર્ષમાં એનાયત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

Born in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu state in southern India into a Hindu Brahmin family on November 7, 1888 to Sir C.V. Raman was born. Studies and Experiments At the young age of eleven, Raman passed the matriculation examination with first rank. In the year 1902, he joined the famous Presidency College in Chennai for further studies. Elliott was a professor of English in this college. Seeing this little student, he said, 'Baba, how old are you?' When Raman replied 13 years, his surprise could not be overcome. In 1904, Raman passed the B.Sc examination in the college with the subject of physical science as the first number.
