Regarding the above, if heavy rain is forecast in Junagadh district for the next two days, as a precautionary measure, for the safety of students, a holiday has been declared for students in all primary schools of Junagadh district on 16/06/207 and 12/06/207. Under no circumstances should students be called to school which should be noted by every principal. Every principal has to take personal care of this matter. The school must be kept open. All school staff must be present at the school. No employee will have to leave headquarters.

The school principal has to make arrangements for immediate reopening of the school when a relief center has to be started on an immediate basis to provide shelter in the school due to heavy rains and also to immediately inform the taluka primary education officer in case of any mishap.

This survey is to find out the current study status of children. There is no examination of children. The survey surveyed all medium schools as well as all government, subsidized and self-supporting schools in the state

Schools are to be included. Study findings given under Nipun Bharat Mission which students achieve at that standard.

Children currently studying in Std. 1 to 4 will be included in the baseline survey. A student who gets admission in class 1 has to be evaluated based on learning outcomes at the end of Kindergarten. A student who completes class 1 and gets admission in class 2 is to be evaluated based on the academic performance of class 1. Similarly for class 3 the assessment is based on learning outcomes of class 2 and for class 4 learning outcomes of class 3 is to be done.

The device of the survey includes individual as well as group assessment, which will have to be evaluated by the corresponding teacher.

The class teacher of that standard will have to evaluate his class, will have to show marks in the given evaluation sheet as well as will have to enter his data.

As per the new rule dated 1-9-207, internal transfer of teachers and district transfer camps were started, but due to court matters, the transfer camps have been postponed. Due to the court matter of some teachers, other teachers who have been waiting for 40-50 years to get the benefit of the homeland are being treated unfairly. Elections will be declared in the near future and the code of conduct will take effect then the change camp will not be possible.

Therefore, my recommendation is to start a transfer camp as per the rules immediately so that a large number of teachers and their families get justice while waiting for the transfer.
