Jayabharat co to state on the above subject that, Dt. As per the new rule dated 1-9-207, internal transfer of teachers and district transfer camps were started, but due to court matters, the transfer camps have been postponed. Due to the court matter of some teachers, other teachers who have been waiting for 40-50 years to get the benefit of the homeland are being treated unfairly. Elections will be declared in the near future and the code of conduct will take effect then the change camp will not be possible.
Therefore, my recommendation is to start a transfer camp as per the rules immediately so that a large number of teachers and their families get justice while waiting for the transfer.
