રેલવે માટે


• રેલવેએ નેશનલ રેલ પ્લાન 2030 બનાવ્યો છે. જેથી ફ્યૂટર રેજી રેલવે સિસ્ટમ બનાવી શકાય અને લોજિસ્ટિક કોસ્ટ ઓછી કરી શકાય. જૂન 2022 સુધી ઈર્સ્ટન અને વેર્સ્ટન ડેડિકેટેડ ફ્રેડ કોરિડોર તૈયાર કરી શકાય. સોમનગર-ગોમો સેખ્સન પીપીપી મોડમાં બનાવવામાં આવશે.
 

• ગોમો-દમકુની સેક્શન પણ આ રીતે બનશે. ખડગપુર-વિજયવાડા, ભુસાવલ-ખડગપુર, ઈટારસી-વિજયવાડામાં ફ્યૂચર રેડી કોરિડોર બનાવવામાં આવેશે. ડિસેમ્બર 2023 સુધી 100 ટકા બ્રોડગેજનું ઈલેક્ટ્રિફિકેશન કરવામાં આવશે.
 

• વિસ્ટા ડોમ કોચ શરૂ થશે જેથી મુસાફરોને સારો અનુભવ થાય. હાઈ ડેન્સિટી નેટવર્ક, હાઈ યુટિલાઈઝ નેટવર્ક પર ટ્રેન પ્રોટેક્શન સિસ્ટમ શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે. આ સિસ્ટમાં દેશમાં ડેવલોપ થશે.

ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર માટે


• ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર સેકટર માટે ડેવલોપમેન્ટ ફાઈનાન્શિયલ ઈન્સ્ટીટ્યુટની જરૂરિયાત છે. તેના માટે એક બિલ લાવવામાં આવશે. 20 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા તેની પર ખર્ચવામાં આવશે, જેથી 5 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયાના લેન્ડિંગ પોર્ટફોલિયોને 3 વર્ષમાં બનાવી શકાય.
 

• પબ્લિક ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચરને મોનેટાઈઝ કરવા પર ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવશે. નેશનલ મોનેટાઈઝેશન પાઈપલાઈન લોન્ચ થશે. તેનું એક ડેશબોર્ડ બનશે જેથી આ મામલાઓ પર નજર રાખી શકાય.
 

• નેશનલ હાઈવેઝ ઓથોરિટીઝ પણ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય રોકાણને આકર્ષિત કરશે. રેલવે પણ ફ્રેટ કોરિડોરને મોનેટાઈઝ કરશે. આગળ જે પણ એરપોર્ટ બનશે, તેમાં પણ મોનેટાઈઝેશન પર ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવશે.


મેટ્રો માટે


• શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં બસ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ સિસ્ટમ શરૂ કરાશે. 20 હજાર બસો તૈયાર થશે. આનાથી ઓટો સેક્ટરને મદદ મળશે અને રોજગાર વધશે.
 

• 702 કિમી મેટ્રો હાલ ચાલી રહી છે. 27 શહેરોમાં કુલ 1016 કિમી મેટ્રો પર કામ ચાલી રહ્યું છે.ઓછા ખર્ચે ટિયર-2 શહેરોમાં મેટ્રો લાઈટ્સ અને મેટ્રો નિયો શરૂ થશે.
 

• કોચ્ચિમાં મેટ્રોમાં 1900 કરોડના ખર્ચે 11 કિમી હિસ્સો બનાવાશે. ચેન્નાઈમાં 63 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયાના ખર્ચે 180 કિમી લાંબો મેટ્રો રૂટ બનશે.
 

• બેંગલુરુમાં પણ 14788 કરોડ રૂપિયાના ખર્ચે 58 કિમી લાંબી મેટ્રો લાઈન બનશે. નાગપુર 5976 કરોડ અને નાસિકમાં 2092 કરોડથી મેટ્રો બનશે.

ચૂંટણી વાળા 3 રાજ્યો માટે


 

• ભારતમાલા પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે 3.3 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયા આપવામાં આવી ચૂક્યાં છે. રોડ ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર માટે ઈકોનોમિક કોરિડોર બનાવાશે. 3500 કિમી નેશનલ હાઈવે પ્રોજેક્ટ હેઠળ તમિલનાડુમાં 1.03 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયા ખર્ચાશે.જેનું કંન્ટ્રક્શન આગામી વર્ષે શરૂ થશે.
 

• 1100 કિમી નેશનલ હાઈવે કેરળમાં બનશે. જેના હેઠળ મુંબઈ-કન્યાકુમારી કોરિડોર પણ બનશે. કેરળમાં આની પર 65 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા ખર્ચ કરાશે.
 

• બંગાળમાં 25 હજાર કરોડના ખર્ચે હાઈવે બનશે. 

કોલકાતા-સિલીગુડી રોડનું અપગ્રેડેશન થશે. 34 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા આસામમાં નેશનલ હાઈવે પર ખર્ચ થશે.

Direct Taxes


• Vivad Se Viswas Scheme Last Date of filing extended to 28th February, 2021.
• Citizens of age 75 years and above who have only Pension and Interest income – Need not file Income Tax Returns
• Re-opening of Assessment to reduced to 3 years from 6 years. Only where evidence of concealment of Income of Rs. 50 lakhs or more – re-opening can be made upto 10 years & only with approval of Pr.CCIT.
• Reducing Litigation for small tax payers – Constitution of Faceless Dispute Resolution Panel for people with Total Income upto Rs.50 lakh and disputed income of Rs.10 lakh
• Income Tax Appellate Tribunal to become Faceless – Only electronic communication will be done
• Relaxation to NRIs – Rules to remove hardship of Double Taxation
• Tax Audit Limit to be increased to Rs.10 crores from Rs.5 crores for those having less than 5% cash transactions
• Dividend Tax- Dividend will be exempt from TDS. Advance tax liability on dividend income will arise only after declaration or payment of dividend. For Foreign Investors – lower treaty rate benefit will be given.
• Affordable Housing – Additional Interest deduction (Sec 80EEA) of Rs.1.5 lakhs to be extended for loans taken till 31st March, 2022.


• Affordable Housing Projects – Tax Holiday extended till 31st March, 2022.
• Tax Holiday for Capital Gains for Aircraft Leasing Companies and Tax Exemption to Lease paid to Foreign Persons
• Pre-Filling of Returns – Details of Capital Gains, Dividend Income and Interest income will be pre-filled in the returns
• Relief to Trusts – Charitable trusts running Hospitals and Educational Institutions relief increased from Rs.1 crore to Rs.5 crore.
• Employee contribution not paid by employer will not be allowed as a deduction.
• Tax holiday for Start-Ups extended to 31st March, 2022. Capital Gains exemption on investment in start ups also extended to 31s March, 2022.



MCA, Companies Act, LLP Act
• Easing Compliance requirements of Small Companies – Threshold increased to Share Capital upto Rs.2 crore and Turnover upto Rs.20 crore will be Small Companies
• Allow One Person Companies (OPC) to grow without any restriction in Share Capital or Turnover. NRIs will be allowed to set-up OPCs. Presence in India of 120 days in a year enough to start an OPC.
• Launching MCA Version 3.0 – E-Scrutiny, E-Adjudication and Compliance management to be simplified.
• Decriminalisation of LLP Act, 2008
• Tribunals to be rationalised

Millions of government employees are waiting for their increased wages after implementing the Pay Commission's recommendations in the 7th.  The government can start giving increased celery from April.  Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has decided to increase the minimum celebrity and the fitness factor.

Two years ago, Arun Jaitley promised to pay increased wages in the Rajya Sabha.  In addition, on July 6, 2017, the Central Government published the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission in the gadget.  According to the 7th Pay Commission, the salaries of central government employees can increase from Rs 7,000 to Rs 18,000 per month.

At the matrix level, the salaries of employees who get paid 1 to 5 can be increased.  Their minimum salary can be increased from Rs 18,000 to Rs 21 thousand.  That fitness factor can also be increased from 2.57 to 3 lots.

The Railway board informed about the decision in a written statement saying, " With a view to have broad uniformity over Indian Railways, the avenue of promotion (AVC) of non-gazetted categories of all Departments are under review in Board’s office in consultation with the Zonal Railways and the concerned departments, taking into account the changes that have taken place over the years in the matter of pay scales, percentage distribution of posts etc." The Railway Board statement went on to read that as a result of the exercise mentioned above for the Medical Department, the AVCs of various non-isolated non-gazetted categories of the Medical Department have been reviewed in consultation with the Health Directorate, and model AVC for various categories have been framed. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has decided to make tougher the SSC multiple choice question (MCQ) paper.. Say it interesting or untoward, but the board thinks its teachers are not up to the mark to do the job of setting tougher questions, and henceforth, has decided to outsource the work from some independent agencies.

The board’s officer on special duty (OSD), M M Pathan, revealed that an agency would be hired to devise a bank of tough MCQs that would aim at testing the students’ understanding about the subject. He further disclosed that last year around 5% questions in the MCQ paper of 50 marks were intentionally asked of a higher standard in order to scale up the knowledge level of board students. Following that, this year the number of tough questions would be bigger.

Viewing the competition scenario, the state board students should be in line with the students of central and international boards, and in order to make that happen, their level has to be raised, letting them perform equally well in the national level competitive exams, said.

Initially, the board had assigned the GSHSEB teachers for the task of formulating a bank of questions that would pose teasers to the students and cream out the brightest from the average students. But sadly, out of the 1, 500 questions submitted by the teachers of each subject, only 30 (apprx) were qualified to come into the category of 'tough'.. Most of the questions were found to be picked from the
