1) Only the candidates registered in the main examination of that year in the month of March of class-12 science stream will be eligible for the supplementary examination.
2) Candidates who failed in the main examination conducted in the month of March of class-12 science stream can appear in the supplementary examination of the subject in which they failed including the practical subject. Failed candidates can improve their results by appearing in the examination of all the passed theoretical subjects/subjects if they wish.
3) Passed the main examination held in the month of March of class-12 science stream. A candidate can improve the result by appearing in supplementary examination of theoretical subject/subjects.
4) Candidates who have passed the main examination of March will not be conducted supplementary examination of practical subject.
5) REPEATER candidates registered in that subject in the main examination of March will be able to give supplementary examination of the same subject/subjects.
6) Among the subjects of Chemistry Practical (053), Physics Practical (055) and Biology Practical (057) of Class-12 Science Stream, the candidate who failed/absent in that practical subject will be conducted the supplementary examination of that subject. Supplementary examination of the practical subject in which the candidate has passed will not be conducted.
7) The result of the candidate who is absent in that subject in the main examination will be considered according to the marks obtained in the supplementary examination.
8) In the supplementary examination, the result of the candidate who is absent in that subject will be considered according to the marks obtained in the main examination of March month.
9) After supplementary examination only application for qualification will be accepted. Answer book observation will not be done under supplementary examination.
10) Among the candidates appearing in the main examination of March, candidates who have not filled the application forms of the supplementary examination will not be allowed to appear in the supplementary examination under any circumstances.
11) The final (BEST OF TWO) result will be given taking into consideration the subject-wise excellent marks of the main and supplementary examination of the candidate appearing in the main examination and supplementary examination of the month of March.
12) A press release regarding the filling of supplementary examination application forms will be published within 02 (two) days after the online declaration of the result of the main examination of the month of March.
13) Application forms for supplementary examination can be filled by the same school from which the application forms for the main examination are filled. After the instructions of the board, the school has to carry out the process of filling the application forms regarding the supplementary examination accurately within the stipulated time.
