Subject: Regarding provision of special facilities to disabled students in accordance with the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act-2016
The Right of persons with disabilities Act 2016 (No:49 of 2016)
According to the above subject and reference, it is to be stated that as per the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2018), disabled students of classes 3 to 8 shall be given special facilities according to their need and reasonableness if they produce a certificate of disability issued by the competent authority. According to the rules made by the Health Department regarding who is considered to be a disability or learning disability, special facilities have to be given to the disabled with learning disability on presentation of a certificate from the competent authority. For the purposes of this letter, Divyang means totally blind, short-sighted, blind, mentally retarded, multi-talented, autism, stunted, acid attack-prone, hearing-impaired, speech-impaired. Cerebral Palsy (CP), Muscular Dystrophy, Relapsing Leprosy, Specific Learning Disability (Dyslexia. Dysgraphia, Dyscalcula, Dyspraxla_and_Developmental uphasia). Thalassemia. Includes things like Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis, Haemophilia.
(1) Relaxation in examination time
Divyang students can get half an hour (30 minutes) extra time in the three-hour question paper or twenty minutes extra time in the two-hour exam in all the written examinations conducted at the school level in classes 3 to 8. Students with any type of disability who write the answers in the written examination on their own and do not take the help of a scribe or even if they take the help of a scribe will be entitled to an additional half hour in the three-hour paper in the school written examination or twenty minutes in the two-hour examination. fit to file witho

The passing criteria for students with one or more disabilities of any kind shall be 20 percent, even if the criteria for passing the assessment is otherwise prescribed.
(3) Physical facilities for disabled students at the examination venue:
Arrangement of seating arrangements for disabled students in all school examinations on the ground floor.
• Care should be taken to ensure that the disabled examinee has suitable furniture such as benches, chairs, desks, tables etc. and accessible toilet facilities nearby. • Assistance to students with disabilities by involving special teachers working in that district Delegating responsibility.

* Visually impaired students can use magnifying glass, talking calculator, large calculator, optical assistive device with large key board, low-vision kit.
This individual will be able to use special educational materials as needed to suit their disability.
* According to the reasonable needs of disabled students, the principal of the school has to give permission in this regard. (5) Question paper in Braille script If it is possible to give question papers in Braille to visually impaired students, decide to give them or arrange for a reader or writer.
(6) Spelling errors in English / other language in examination assessment of disabled students and My strength in Dr. Kamani Si Vishwa Saini did not like
