Encouraging primary school teachers with Talented Teacher Certificate
Subject: Encouraging primary school teachers with 'Talented Teacher Certificate'.
Reference: Resolution No .: PRE / 112018 / CFA-12/3, dated 8/06/2018 of the Education Department.
Pursuant to the above subject and context to state that as per the resolution of the Department of Education dated 8/06/2017, the primary teachers who are doing excellent educational work in the primary school of the state and are enthusiastically active in school, co-curricular activities, innovative experiments, social contribution etc. The scheme of awarding "Talented Teacher Certificate" to the primary teacher / head teacher has been implemented with the noble intention of encouraging the head teacher.
Under this scheme, the following points need to be considered for awarding "Talented Teacher Certificate" to the primary teacher / head teacher.
To give "Talent Teacher Certificate" per cluster across the state and per semester
A teacher / head teacher will have to be selected.
No minimum service will be required for a talented teacher and will be available only once during the entire service period.
For 80% weightage out of 20%, from the data available in the Vidya Samiksha Kendra, the teacher's own attendance, attendance of his standard students, unit test grading, evaluation of merit / school accreditation, result of semester examination, result of annual examination etc. should be evaluated.
Special work done by the teacher for 20% weightage, any other social and educational contribution given as well as special work done in last five years such as writing articles in national / international publications, annual evaluation, teacher enthusiastically participating in school activities and teacher regularly Assessment should be based on training etc.
In the resolution, 50% weightage is indicated by Vidya Samiksha Kendra. From the three names per cluster, Vidya Samiksha Kendra, Gandhinagar filled the details in the prescribed specimen form from the available data, aggregated the merit obtained on the basis of 50% weightage given on the basis of these details and the merit obtained on the basis of 90% weightage given by the taluka committee, evaluated the talented teachers. The list of names in three order of teachers should be sent to the Director, Office of Primary Education, Gandhinagar and the concerned District Primary Education Officer by 05/07/2022 Thursday.

List of names of three talented teachers sent by Vidya Samiksha Kendra, Gandhinagar as per the above details, District Primary Education Officer should send to the concerned District Education and Training Bhavan for re-verification by 05/07/2022.
Relevant District Education and Training Bhavan Lecturer (Liaison Lecturer) of that district visited the talented teachers face to face and re-verified the work of these talented teachers, name of one talented teacher selected from three names, by 05/07/2022 Must be returned to the Primary Education Officer.
When re-verifying by the concerned District Education and Training Bhavan Lecturer (Liaison Lecturer), the first rank out of the three names should be selected on the basis of merit, if it does not seem appropriate, then the next rank teacher should be selected, first rank should be given, and reasons for that. Will have to tell
District Primary Education Officer through lectures, District Education and Training Bhavan re-cluster wise list of the name of a talented teacher, Shruti font in the prescribed form given below and in Excel sheet only by 2/07/07/7 to the office of the Director of Primary Education, Gandhinagar.
