Matter of awarding full pay orders to subject education assistants. Reference: Instruction received from the office of Hon'ble Minister (Education).
Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that the state level program to give orders including the full pay to the education assistants appointed in 2013 will be held on 6/08/20 at 4:00 pm at Gandhinagar. The legislators in Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad Corporation, Ahmedabad district, Mehsana, Sabarkantha and Aravalli districts who are to be given full pay orders will be present in this program. While other districts will have to hold a public program on the same date at the same time in the presence of local leaders and distribute full pay orders. The state level program will be broadcast live on YouTube. Which will have to telecast the district level program. The other structure of the program will have to be decided at the discretion of the district level. The district will have to make its own arrangements for watching the live broadcast of the program.
Arrangements will be made to get the details of where and how many orders will be given to the legislators in full pay to the nodal officer of your district appointed by the office here through WhatsApp by 2-00 pm tomorrow.
