Subject: To organize a parents' convention on the occasion of Republic Day on January
Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that every year two parent conventions are organized in all primary schools, ashram schools and KGBVs of the state. According to which the first parent convention has been completed in the year 2021 and the second parent convention has been planned on January 7. According to the parents' convention, they are asked to celebrate "Daughter's salute to the country name" program. The following issues should be discussed ...
(1) Discussion of Activities to discuss the issue of Guardian Conference.
- Differentiation of education as a whole - Consideration and reflection on school education WSDP (Whole School Development Plan)

(2) Invited to the parents' conference - In addition to the members of SMC KMC, parents of other children studying in the school, elders of the area, persons similar to the role model of the village, educators with village motivators and hardworking personalities.
(2) Discussion of activities in schools
In the second session of the parents' conference, in all SMCs, Ashram schools or GBVs, the program "Daughter's salute to the name of the country" program should be celebrated on the occasion of 8th January, 207th Republic Day. Daughters and their parents should be invited by giving an invitation leaflet. In addition to this, the daughter who is more educated in the village and who is currently living in the village and her parents are called by the school management committee of the village at the school level on the day of January 205, to honor them and give them a memento as well as the most educated in the village. Making the daughter the chief guest and waving the flag to her in which if CWSN daughter is in the village then give her first choice2) Discussion of school facility grant:
Compensation for guardianship convention and program of 26th January-208 is Rs.200%. Out of which Rs.100 / - has been sanctioned for commemorative expenses and documentation. 500 will have to be spent. These expenses are to be borne under GOG Budget EDN-10. DPs and Govt.
(3) The following special precautions should be taken in the parents' convention:
Members attending the Guardian Convention (COVID-12) are asked to strictly follow the guideline.
Effective planning and monitoring will be required for the success of the parents' convention.
It is necessary to keep a detailed note of the parents 'meeting and to get signatures and documentation in the visit book. It is important to see that the suggestions made in the parents' meeting are implemented immediately.
(4) Betty Bachao Betty Padhao of the Ministry of Education, Government of India is asked to accelerate the flagship program and to make proper arrangements for the promotion of girls' education. Grant of this program should be allotted by QEM branch from district level. Assistant District Coordinator Q.E.M. And Assistant District Coordinator-Girls Education Coordination. શ્રીમાન
ઉપરોકત વિષય પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે,દર વર્ષે રાજયની તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ,આશ્રમ શાળાઓ અને કે.જી.બી.વી માં બે વાલી સંમેલનનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે.જે અન્વયે પ્રથમ વાલી સંમેલન ૧૫ મી ઓગષ્ટ ૨૦૨૧ તથા .બીજું વાલી સંમેલન ૨૬ મી જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૨ના રોજ આયોજન કરવાનું થાય છે જે અન્વયે વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧ ૨૨માં પ્રથમ વાલી સંમેલન પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે અને બીજુ વાલી સંમેલન ૨૬ જાન્યુઆરીના રોજ આયોજન કરેલ છે. જે વાલી સંમેલન અન્વયે "દીકરીની સલામ દેશને નામ" કાર્યક્રમની ઉજવણી કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે..નીચે મુજબના મુદાઓની ચર્ચા કરવાની રહેશે...
(૧) વાલી સંમેલનના ચર્ચા કરવાના મુદા એકટીવીટીની ચર્ચા.
- સમગ્ર શિક્ષા ની અલગ અલગ - શાળામાં શિક્ષણ WSDP (Whole School Development Plan) પર વિચારણા અને ચિંતન
- શાળા સ્વચ્છતા, ટોયલેટ સ્વચ્છ તેમજ ચોખ્ખું પાણી અંગે ચર્ચા, > બાળકોના પ્રવેશ નિયમિતતા શિક્ષણની ગુણવત્તા,
- ૪ થી ૧૮ વર્ષની વયજૂથના શાળા બહારના બાળકોના પ્રવેશ .
> ૬ થી ૧૪ વર્ષના સ્પેશિયલ ટ્રેનિંગ પ્રોગ્રામના આયોજન બાબત.
→ વિશિષ્ટ જરૂરિયાતવાળા બાળકો CWSN સાધન સામગ્રીની પ્રાપ્તિ
> ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ તથા એસ્કોર્ટની સગવડતાનું યોગ્ય આયોજન.
ડ્રોપ આઉટ અને કન્યા માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ માટે ચિંતન,
જ્ઞાનકુંજ પ્રોજેકટ,સ્કૂલ ઓફ એકસીલન્સ કાર્યક્રમ બાબતે ચર્ચા.
સાંસ્કૃતિક પ્રવૃતિઓ રમત ગમતના કાર્યક્રમો બાબતે વિચારણા - વૃક્ષારોપણ,જળસંચય,ગ્રીનસ્કુલ,કમ્પ્યુટર લેબનો ઉપયોગ માટે વિચારણા.
(૨) વાલી સંમેલનમાં આમંત્રિત-એસ.એમ.સી કે એમ સીના સભ્યો ઉપરાંત શાળામાં ભણતાં અન્ય બાળકોના વાલીઓ,જે તે વિસ્તારના વડીલ આગેવાન વ્યકિતઓ,ગામના રોલ મોડેલ સમાન વ્યકિતઓ ગામ પ્રેરક અને કર્મનિષ્ઠ વ્યકિતત્વ ધરાવતા કેળવણીકારો.
(૩) શાળાઓમાં પ્રવૃતિઓની ચર્ચા
બીજા સત્રના વાલી સંમેલનમાં તમામ એસ.એમ.સી.માં, આશ્રમ શાળાઓ કે જી.બી.વી માં ૨૬ મી જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૨૨ પ્રજાસત્તાક દિન નિમિત્તે "દીકરીની સલામ દેશને નામ" કાર્યક્રમની ઉજવણી કરવાની રહેશે.આ કાર્યક્રમ અંતગર્ત આ વર્ષે ગામમાં જેટલી દીકરીઓનો જન્મ થયો હોય તેટલી દીકરીઓ અને તેમના માતા-પિતાને આમંત્રણ પત્રિકા આપીને બોલાવવાના રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત ગામમાં સાથી વધારે જે દીકરી ભણેલ હોય અને હાલ ગામમાં રહેતી હોય તેવી દીકરીને અને તેના માતા-પિતાને ગામની શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ દ્વારા જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૨૨ ના દિવસે શાળા કક્ષાએ બોલાવી પ્રથમ હરોળમાં બેસાડી તેમનું સન્માન કરવું અને તેમને સ્મૃતિ ચિન્હ આપવું તેમજ ગામની સૌથી વધુ ભણેલી દિકરીને મુખ્ય અતિથિ બનાવી તેની પાસે ધ્વજવંદન કરાવવું જેમાં CWSN દિકરી જ ગામમાં હોય તો તેને પ્રથમ પસંદગી આપવી.
(૪) શાળા સુવિધા ગ્રાન્ટની ચર્ચા:
વાલી સંમેલન અને ર૬ જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૨૨ના કાર્યક્રમના સરભરા ખર્ચ રૂ.૨૦૦% છે.તેમાંથી સ્મૃતિચિહન પેટે ખર્ચ અને ડોકયુમેન્ટેશનના રૂ.૧૦૦/-મંજુર થયેલ છે.જેથી તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ,આશ્રમ શાળાઓ તથા કે.જી.બી.વીમાં શાળા દીઠ રૂ.૩૦૦ ખર્ચ કરવાનો રહેશે. આ ખર્ચ GOG Budget EDN-10 હેઠળ ઉંધારવાનો રહેશે.આ અંગેની ગ્રાન્ટ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી એસ.એમ.સી કે.એમ.સી માં PFMS થી જમા થાય તે રીતે કાર્યવાહી કરવા ડી.પી.સીશ્રીઓ અને શાસનાધિકારીશ્રીઓને જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
(૫) વાલી સંમેલન માં નીચે મુજબની ખાસ તકેદારી રાખવીઃ
• વાલી સંમેલનમાં આવનાર સભ્યોને (કોવીડ-૧૯)ગાઇડ લાઇનનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
વાલી સંમેલનની સફળતાની શરતો માટે અસરકારક આયોજન તથા મોનીટરીંગ કરાવવાનું રહેશે.
જે વાલી સંમેલન થાય તેની વિગતવાર નોંધ રાખવી અને વિઝીટબુકમાં સહીઓ લેવી તથા ડોકયુમેન્ટેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે વાલી સંમેલનમાં જે સુચનો થયા હોય તેનું સત્વરે અમલીકરણ થાય તે ખાસ જોવાનું રહેશે.
(૬) ભારત સરકારના શિક્ષા મંત્રાલયના બેટી બચાવો બેટી પઢાઓ ફ્લેગશીપ કાર્યક્રમને વેગ આપવા તથા કન્યા કેળવણીને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે તે માટે સુચારૂ આયોજન કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. સદર કાર્યક્રમ ની ગ્રાન્ટ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી કયુઇએમ શાખા દ્રારા ફાળવવાની રહેશે.સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમ નું સુચારૂ આયોજન થાય તે માટે મદદનીશ જીલ્લા કો.ઓર્ડીનેટર ક્યુ.ઇ.એમ. અને મદદનીશ જિલ્લા કો.આર્ડિનેટર-ગર્લ્સ એજયુકેશન સંકલનમાં રહી કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત મદદનીશ જિલ્લા કો.આર્ડિનેટર ગર્લ્સ એજયુકેશન દ્રારા સામેલ પત્રક મુજબની માહિતી gujcmssa@gmail.com ઇમેલ આઇ.ઇ.ડી પર મોકલી આપવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
