Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel reviewed the transition status of the existing cores in the state.
મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના અધ્યક્ષસ્થાને મળેલી કોર કમિટિની બેઠકમાં રાજ્યમાં પ્રવર્તમાન કોરોના સંક્રમણ સ્થિતિની સમીક્ષા હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી. રાજ્યમાં કોરોના સંક્રમણ નિયંત્રણના હેતુસર મુખ્યમંત્રીએ રાત્રિ કર્ફયુ આઠ મહાનગરો સહિત કુલ 27 શહેરોમાં અમલ કરવા સહિતના કેટલાક મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણયો કર્યા છે. હાલ આઠ મહાનગરો અમદાવાદ, વડોદરા, સુરત, રાજકોટ, જામનગર, જૂનાગઢ, ભાવનગર અને ગાંધીનગર મહાનગરોમાં રાત્રિ કર્ફયુ અમલમાં છે.
વધુ પોઝિટિવિટી રેશિયો ધરાવતા 19 નગરોમાં નાઇટ કર્ફ્યૂ યથાવત
મુખ્યમંત્રીએ આ ઉપરાંત કોરોના સંક્રમણનો વધુ પોઝિટીવિટી રેશિયો ધરાવતાં 19 નગરો આણંદ,નડિયાદ,સુરેન્દ્રનગર, ધ્રાંગ્રધ્રા, મોરબી, વાંકાનેર, ધોરાજી, ગોંડલ, જેતપુર, કાલાવડ, ગોધરા,વિજલપોર(નવસારી), નવસારી, બિલીમોરા, વ્યારા, વાપી, વલસાડ, ભરૂચ અને અંકલેશ્વરમાં પણ તારીખ 29 જાન્યુઆરી 2022થી દરરોજ રાત્રે 10થી સવારે 6 વાગ્યા સુધી રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યુનો અમલ કરાવવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યુની હાલની જે સમયાવધિ તા.29-1-2022ના સવારે 6 વાગ્યે પૂર્ણ થાય છે તે લંબાવીને 4 ફેબ્રુઆરી 2022 સુધીની કરવામાં આવી છે.
તદ્દઅનુસાર, હવે 8 મહાનગરો ઉપરાંત 19નગરોમાં તારીખ 29મી જાન્યુઆરી થી દરરોજ રાત્રિના 10 વાગ્યાથી સવારે 6વાગ્યા સુધીના રાત્રિ કરફયુનો અમલ 4 ફેબ્રુઆરી સુધી કરવામાં આવશે
રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂના નિયમો અને છૂટછાટ
બીમાર વ્યક્તિ, સગર્ભા મહિલા કે અશક્ત વ્યક્તિને અટેન્ડન્ટ સાથે અવરજવરની છૂટ.
બસ, રેલવે કે વિમાનના પ્રવાસીઓને અવરજવરની છૂટ. ટિકિટ દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.
આવશ્યક સેવાઓ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીઓ, અધિકારીઓને છૂટ.
અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોમાં બહાર નીકળનાર લોકોએ ઓળખપત્ર, ડૉક્ટરનું પ્રિસ્ક્રિપ્શન કે સારવારને લગતા કાગળો રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોમાં બહાર નીકળનાર સાથે અધિકારી/કર્મચારીએ માનવીય અભિગમ રાખવાનો રહેશે.
હાલ કયાં કયાં ક્ષેત્રોમાં કેવા પ્રતિબંધ અને કેવી છૂટછાટ
દુકાન-વેપાર-ધંધા: દુકાનો, કોમર્શિયલ સંસ્થાઓ, લારી-ગલ્લા, શોપિંગ કૉમ્પ્લેક્સ, માર્કેટિંગ યાર્ડ, સાપ્તાહિક ગુજરીબજાર, હાટ, હેરકટિંગ શૉપ, સ્પા-સલૂન, બ્યૂટી પાર્લર તથા અને વ્યાપારિક ગતિવિધિઓ રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે. જે-તે દુકાન-ઑફિસના માલિક, સંચાલક, કર્મચારીઓ માટે રસીના બે ડોઝ ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
હોટલ-રેસ્ટોરન્ટ્સ: બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 75% સુધી રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લી રાખી શકાશે. હોટલ-રેસ્ટોરન્ટ હોમ ડિલિવરી સેવાઓ રાત્રે 11 વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે.
રાજકીય, ધાર્મિક, શૈક્ષણિક જાહેર કાર્યક્રમો: ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં માત્ર 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં કાર્યક્રમ યોજી શકાશે. બંધ અથવા ઇન્ડોર સ્થળે ક્ષમતાના 50% તથા મહત્તમ 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં લોકો ભેગા થઈ શકશે.
જિમ, સિનેમા, વોટરપાર્ક, લાઇબ્રેરી: બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 50 % લોકોને જ મંજૂરી આપી શકાશે. ઓડિટોરિયમ કે એસેમ્બ્લી હૉલમાં પણ બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 50 % લોકોને મંજૂરી મળશે.
લોકોની મર્યાદામાં યોજી શકાશે. બંધ અથવા ઇન્ડોર સ્થળે ક્ષમતાના 50% તથા મહત્તમ 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં લોકો ભેગા થઈ શકશે. લગ્ન માટે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર નોંધણી કરાવવાની રહેશે. જોકે આ નિયંત્રણો હાલ 15 જાન્યુ. પૂરતાં છે. આ તારીખ સુધી કમૂરતાં હોવાથી લગ્નો યોજાશે નહીં. 15 જાન્યુ. પછી પણ નિયંત્રણોની મુદત લંબાવાશે એવી શક્યતા છે.
અંતિમક્રિયા/દફનવિધિ: સ્મશાનયાત્રા કે અંતિમવિધિને લગતા પ્રસંગોમાં મહત્તમ માત્ર 100 લોકો ઉપસ્થિત રહી શકશે.
વાહનવ્યવહાર: નૉન-એસી બસમાં ક્ષમતાના 75% મુસાફરોને મંજૂરી મળશે. પેસેન્જરોને ઊભા રહેવાની મંજૂરી નહીં મળે. એસી બસમાં પણ મહત્તમ 75% ક્ષમતા સાથે પ્રવાસીઓને મંજૂરી. (ખાસ નોંધ: બસ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ સેવાઓને રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂમાંથી મુક્તિ મળશે.)
જાહેર બાગ-બગીચા: રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લા રહી શકશે. સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સિંગ, માસ્ક અનિવાર્ય રહેશે.
સ્કૂલ-કોલેજ અને પરીક્ષાઓ વિશે: ધોરણ 1થી 9 સુધીની સ્કૂલોમાં આગામી 31 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી માત્ર ઑનલાઇન વર્ગો યોજાશે. ઑફલાઇન શિક્ષણ સદંતર બંધ રહેશે. સ્કૂલ, કોલેજની પરીક્ષાઓ કે ભરતી માટેની સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાઓ કોરોના ગાઇડલાઇન્સના કડક પાલન સાથે એસઓપી (સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ ઓપરેટિંગ પ્રોસિજર) સાથે યોજી શકાશે.
સ્પોર્ટ્સ સ્ટેડિયમ/રમતગમતની ઇવેન્ટ: પ્રેક્ષકોની ઉપસ્થિતિ વિના મેચ કે સ્પર્ધા યોજી શકાશે.
કર્ફ્યૂમાં રાહત - આ સેવા/કામગીરીને છૂટ
મેડિકલ, પેરા-મેડિકલ, એને લગતી સેવાઓ.
ઓક્સિજન ઉત્પાદન અને વિતરણ કામગીરી.
ઇન્ટરનેટ, ટેલિફોન, મોબાઇલ સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર તથા આઇટી સબંધિત સેવાઓ.
પ્રિન્ટ અને ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક મીડિયા તથા અખબાર વિતરણ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીઓને છૂટ.
પેટ્રોલ, ડીઝલ, LPG, CNG, PNG સેવાઓ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીને છૂટ મળશે.
પોસ્ટ, કુરિયર સેવાઓ તથા ખાનગી સિક્યોરિટી સેવાઓ.
પશુ-આહારા, ઘાસચારો તથા પશુઓની દવા સંબંધિત સેવાઓ. કૃષિલક્ષી કામગીરી, પેસ્ટ કન્ટ્રોલ તથા અન્ય આવશ્યક સેવાઓ.
આવશ્યક ચીજવસ્તુઓના પરિવહન અને સંગ્રહ સંબંધિત સેવાઓ.
તમામ ઉદ્યોગોને રૉ-મટીરિયલ પૂરી પાડતા એકમો ચાલુ રહેશે. તેમના સ્ટાફ માટે વાહનવ્યવહારને મંજૂરી.
બાંધકામને લગતી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે.
A meeting of the core committee chaired by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel reviewed the transition status of the existing cores in the state. The Chief Minister has taken some important decisions in the state, including the implementation of night curfew in a total of 27 cities, including eight metros, for the purpose of controlling the transition of corona. Currently, night curfew is in force in eight metros - Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Bhavnagar and Gandhinagar.
Night curfew remains in place in 19 towns with higher positivity ratios
The Chief Minister also said that 19 towns Anand, Nadiad, Surendranagar, Dhrangradhra, Morbi, Wankaner, Dhoraji, Gondal, Jetpur, Kalavad, Godhra, Vijalpore (Navsari), Navsari, Bilimora, Valsara, Valsara, Vyasa Ankleshwar has also decided to implement night curfew from 10 pm to 6 am every night from January 29, 2022. The current night curfew, which ends at 6 am on 29-1-2022, has been extended to 4 February 2022.
Accordingly, the night curfew will now be enforced in 19 towns, in addition to 8 metros, from January 29 every day from 10 pm to 6 am till February 4.
Rules and concessions of night curfew
Exemption of sick person, pregnant woman or disabled person with attendant.
Passengers traveling by bus, train or plane. Tickets must be shown.
Exemption to employees, officers involved in essential services.
Those who go out in unavoidable circumstances will have to submit identity card, doctor's prescription or treatment papers.
The officer / employee should have a humane approach with the exit in unavoidable circumstances.
What are the current restrictions and what concessions in which areas?
Shop-Trade-Business: Shops, Commercial Establishments, Lari-Galla, Shopping Complex, Marketing Yard, Weekly Gujri Bazaar, Hat, Haircutting Shop, Spa-Salon, Beauty Parlor and and commercial activities will be open till 10 pm. Two doses of vaccine will be mandatory for shop-office owners, administrators and employees.
Hotels-Restaurants: Up to 75% of seating capacity can be kept open till 10 pm. Hotel-restaurant home delivery services will continue until 11 p.m.
Political, religious, educational public programs: The program can be held in the open space with a limit of only 150 people. Closed or indoor venues can accommodate up to 50% of capacity and a maximum of 150 people.
Gym, Cinema, Waterpark, Library: Only 50% of seating capacity will be allowed. 50% of the seating capacity will also be allowed in auditorium or assembly hall.

For marriage, registration has to be done on Digital Gujarat Portal. However, these restrictions currently apply to 15 Jan. That's enough. Weddings will not be held till this date. Jan 15 Even then, restrictions are likely to be extended.
Funeral / Burial: A maximum of 100 people may attend a funeral or burial.
Transportation: 75% of the capacity passengers will be allowed in the non-AC bus. Passengers will not be allowed to stand. AC buses also allow passengers with a maximum capacity of 75%. (Special Note: Bus transport services will be exempt from night curfew.)
Public Gardens: Can be open till 10 pm. Social distant, masks will be indispensable.
About school-college and exams: Only online classes will be held in schools from Std 1 to 9 till 31st January. Offline education will be completely closed. Competitive examinations for school, college examinations or recruitment may be conducted with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in strict compliance with Corona guidelines.
Sports stadium / sporting event: A match or competition can be held without the presence of spectators.
Curfew Relief - Exemption from this service / operation
Medical, para-medical, related services.
Oxygen production and distribution operations.
Internet, telephone, mobile service providers and IT related services.
Exemption for employees involved in print and electronic media and newspaper distribution.
Employees involved in petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG, PNG services will get exemption.
Post, courier services and private security services.
Services related to animal feed, fodder and veterinary medicine. Agricultural operations, pest control and other essential services.
Services related to transportation and storage of essential goods.
Units supplying raw materials to all industries will continue. Transportation clearance for their staff.
Construction related activities can be continued.
