Reference: As per the approval received from the Hon'ble Director on the branch note dated 04/10/2021.
According to the above subject and context, it is planned to conduct GAS-2 survey in selected schools in Std. 9 in the year 2021-22. All the literature for this has reached the diet level. The planning and consideration required for conducting this survey are as follows.
- The survey is to be conducted in the previously selected schools of the district. For this, last year's school standard nine registration, sampling was done considering the number. And accordingly the test papers and OMR seats were printed keeping in view the number of students. As of now 50% of students come to school. Taking both these factors into consideration, all the diets should get the following information and follow up.
- Number of current year students of standard nine in the previously selected schools in the district at the district level
To prepare cover for test papers and OMR seat as requested in day two. - According to the number of test papers received by them, if there is a shortage of test papers, the test can be conducted according to the number of printed test papers. X-rayed the OMR sheet to be scanned

- Upon receipt of this letter, the schools selected in the sample will be informed in advance about the planning of the said survey. The survey is planned as follows.
Select one primary school teacher as FI for 30 schools in your district as per one teacher per school. Appoint primary school teachers who have experience in this type of work and who can do the job well as field investigators. Reserve one teacher per test management district as FI.
