S.V.V. read. In the case of tragic death of an employee / officer due to Novel Corona virus (COVID-19) in the state by the resolution dated 05/09/2050, their dependent family has to pay Rs. It has been decided to provide assistance of Rs 3 lakh. As per the aforesaid resolution, the government has decided to disburse such assistance from the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Relief Fund, Gujarat State as decided in the Rachel Core Group meeting. In view of which, as per the aforesaid resolution, the departments of the Secretariat, in case of death of any employee / officer under their department due to transition, the department shall follow the necessary order, procedure prescribed in the said resolution.
3 copies of the said order should be sent to the Section Officer, Hon'ble Chief Minister's Relief Fund, Block No. 11 / 9th Floor, Revenue Department, Secretariat Gandhinagar. In this order, the administrative department has to show the name and address details of the heir. So, instant help can be paid. The above instruction must be strictly followed by all the departments.

વંચાણે લીધેલા સા.વ.વિ. ના તા.૦૮/૦૪/૨૦૨૦ ના ઠરાવથી રાજયમાં નોવેલ કોરોના વાઇરસ(COVID-19)ના કારણે કર્મચારી /અધિકારીના દુ:ખદ અવસાનના કિસ્સામાં તેઓના આશ્રિત કુટુંબને રૂ. ૨૫ લાખની સહાય આપવા નિર્ણય કરેલ છે. ઉકત ઠરાવની વિગતે, સરકારે રચેલ કોર ગૃપની બેઠકમાં નક્કી થયા મુજબ આવા પ્રકારની સહાય, માન.મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના રાહત નિધિ, ગુજરાત રાજયમાંથી આવી સહાય ચુકવવા નક્કી થયેલ છે. જેને ધ્યાને લઇને ઉક્ત ઠરાવ મુજબ સચિવાલયનાના વિભાગોએ, તેમના વિભાગ હસ્તકના કોઇપણ કર્મચારી/અધિકારીનું અવસાન સંક્રમણના કારણે થયેલ હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં વિભાગે જરૂરી હુકમ, ઉક્ત ઠરાવમાં નિયત કરેલ કાર્યપદ્ધતિ અનુસરી કરવાનો રહેશે.
સદર હુકમની ૨ નકલ સેક્શન અધિકારી, માન.મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીનું રાહત ફંડ, બ્લોક નં.૧૧/૮ મો માળ, મહેસુલ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય ગાંધીનગર ને મોકલવાની રહેશે. આ હુકમમાં વહીવટી વિભાગે વારસદારનું નામ તથા સરનામા ની વિગતો દર્શાવવાની રહેશે. જેથી, ત્વરિત સહાય ચુકવી શકાય. ઉક્ત સુચનાનું તમામ વિભાગોએ ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
