મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણીએ તાઉ’તે વાવાઝોડા અસરગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારોના ખેડૂતોને ખેતી પાકોની નુકસાનીમાં મદદરૂપ થવા જાહેર કર્યુ ૫૦૦ કરોડ રૂપિયાનું ઐતિહાસિક વાવાઝોડા કૃષિ રાહત પેકેજ

ઉનાળું પિયત પાકોને નુકસાન- બાગાયતી પાકોને નુકસાન તેમજ ફળ ઝાડ પડી જવાથી નુકસાનીમાં ૩૩ ટકાથી વધુ નુકસાન માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર આપશે ઉદારતમ સહાય
એક અઠવાડિયામાં અસરગ્રસ્ત ધરતીપુત્રોના ખાતામાં ડીબીટીથી સહાય જમા થશે
નુકસાનીનો સમગ્ર સર્વે આવતીકાલ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ થશે- એક જ સપ્તાહમાં સર્વેની કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવાની અભુતપૂર્વ સિદ્ધિ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી- કૃષિમંત્રીશ્રીના માર્ગદર્શનમાં ગુજરાતે મેળવી
* આંબા- નાળીયેરી- ચીકુ- લીંબુ જેવા બાગાયતી પાકોના ફળ ઝાડ મૂળ સહિત ઉખડી જવાથી કાયમી નાશ પામવાના કિસ્સામાં હેક્ટર દિઠ વધુમાં વધુ રૂ. એક લાખની સહાય બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં અપાશે
* ઝાડ ઉભા હોય પરંતુ પાક ખરી પડ્યો હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં વધુમાં વધુ બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં હેક્ટર દિઠ રૂ. 30,000ની સહાય રાજ્ય સરકાર કરશે
* ઉનાળુ કૃષિ પાકોને નુકસાનના કિસ્સામાં મહત્તમ બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં હેક્ટર દિઠ રૂ. ૨૦,૦૦૦ સહાય અપાશે
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણીએ ગુજરાત પર તાજેતરમાં ૨૨૦ કિ.મી. પ્રતિ કલાકના તીવ્ર પવનની ઝડપે ત્રાટકેલા તાઉતે વાવાઝોડાના કારણે બાગાયતી પાકો અને ઉનાળુ પાકોને થયેલા વ્યાપક નુકસાન સામે રૂ. ૫૦૦ કરોડના વાવાઝોડા કૃષિ સહાય પેકેજની જાહેરાત કરી છે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીની અધ્યક્ષતામાં અને નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી નિતીનભાઇ પટેલ, કૃષિ મંત્રી શ્રી આર. સી. ફળદુ, ઉર્જા મંત્રી શ્રી સૌરભભાઇ પટેલ તેમજ ગૃહ રાજ્યમંત્રી શ્રી પ્રદિપસિંહ જાડેજા અને વરિષ્ઠ સચિવોની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં મળેલી કોર કમિટિની બેઠકમાં આ અંગેનો મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણી આ કૃષિ હિતકારી નિર્ણયની ભૂમિકા આપતાં કહ્યું કે, તાઉતે વાવાઝોડાની વ્યાપક અસર ગીરસોમનાથ, જૂનાગઢ, અમરેલી, ભાવનગર અને બોટાદ એ પાંચ જિલ્લાઓ સાથે દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના નવસારી, સુરત, વલસાડ, ભરૂચ જિલ્લાઓમાં પણ થઈ છે અને રાજ્યના ૮૬ તાલુકાઓમાં અંદાજે બે લાખ હેક્ટર વિસ્તારના કૃષિ અને બાગાયત પાકોને વ્યાપક નુકસાન થયું છે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ વધુમાં જણાવ્યું કે, તા. ૧૭મી મેની રાત્રે ઉનાના દરિયાકાંઠેથી ગુજરાતમાં પ્રવેશેલું આ તા'તે વાવાઝોડું કલાકના ૨૨૦ કિ.મી.ની ઝડપે પવનની ગતિ સાથે ગુજરાતને ચીરીને ૧૮મી મે એ રાજસ્થાન તરફ ગયુ હતું.
આ વાવાઝોડાએ ગુજરાતમાં ખેતી પાકો, મકાનો, પશુઓ તેમજ વીજળી, પાણી-પુરવઠો, રોડ-રસ્તા વગેરેને જે નુકસાન કર્યું તેની સામે રાજ્ય સરકારના સમગ્ર વહીવટી તંત્રએ ખૂબ જ ટૂંકાગાળામાં યુદ્ધના ધોરણે સર્વે- રિસ્ટોરેશન વગેરે કામગીરી કરીને રાજ્યમાં આવી આપદામાં ભુતકાળમાં ક્યારેય ન થઈ હોય તેવી અભુતપૂર્વ ઝડપે કામગીરીની સિદ્ધિ મેળવી છે તેમ મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ ઉમેર્યું હતું.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણીએ કહ્યું કે, ખાસ કરીને બાગાયતી પાકને જે વ્યાપક નુકસાન થયું છે તેમાંથી રાજ્યનો ખેડૂત ઝડપથી બેઠો થાય તે હેતુથી ઉનાળુ પિયત પાકોને ઉત્પાદન નુકસાન સહાય, બાગાયત પાકોમાં ફળ-ઝાડ પડી જવાથી નુકસાન સહાય સહિતની બાબતો આ ઉદારત્તમ એવા વાવાઝોડા કૃષિ રાહત પેકેજમાં આવરી લેવામાં આવી છે.
તેમણે આ સંદર્ભમાં કહ્યું કે, આંબા, નાળીયેરી, ચીકુ, લીંબુ જેવા બહુ વર્ષાયુ ફળાઉ વૃક્સ પડી જવાના કે મૂળ સહિત ઉખડી જવાથી કાયમી નાશ પામવાના કિસ્સામાં રાજ્ય સરકારે પહેલીવાર હેક્ટર દિઠ મહત્તમ રૂ. એક લાખની ઐતિહાસિક સહાય,બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં આપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ એમ પણ જાહેર કર્યું કે, બાગાયતી પાકોની ખેતીમાં ખેતી ખર્ચ ઘણો ઉંચો આવતો હોય છે અને ઉત્પાદનમાં નુકશાન થતાં ખેડૂતોએ ઘણું મોટું આર્થિક નુકશાન સહન કરવું પડતુ હોય છે તે સ્થિતિમાં રાજ્ય સરકારે એવો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે કે, બહુવર્ષાયું ફળ આંબા, ચીકુ, લીંબુ, નારિયેળ, જામફળ વગેરે પાકોમાં જ્યાં ઝાડ ઉભા છે પરંતુ પાક ખરી પડ્યો છે અને ૩૩ ટકાથી વધુ નુકસાન થયું છે તે માટે રૂ. ૩૦,૦૦૦ પ્રતિ હેક્ટર સહાય વધુમાં વધુ બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં અપાશે.
તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે રાજ્ય સરકારે એવો પણ નિર્ણય કર્યો છે કે, ઉનાળુ કૃષિ પાકો તલ, બાજરી, મગ, અડદ, ડાંગર, મગફળી, ડુંગળી, કેળ, પપૈયા વગેરેમાં ૩૩ ટકા કરતાં વધારે નુકસાન થયું હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં
ઉત્પાદન નુકસાન સહાય પેટે હેક્ટર દીઠ રૂ. ૨૦,૦૦૦ ની સહાય વધુમાં વધુ બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં રાજ્ય સરકાર આપશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણી એ સ્પષ્ટપણે જણાવ્યું કે, આ વાવાઝોડા કૃષિ રાહત પેકેજ અંતર્ગત ખેડૂતોને મળનારી સહાય એક અઠવાડિયામાં તેમના બેંક એકાઉન્ટ ડીબીટીથી જમા કરાવી દેવાશે. એટલું જ નહિ, નુકસાનીનો સર્વે પણ આવતીકાલ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરી દેવાશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ વિશ્વાસ વ્યક્ત કર્યો કે, તાઉતે વાવાઝોડાથી પ્રભાવિત રાજ્યના ધરતીપુત્રો આ રાહત સહાય પેકેજથી તેમને મળનારી સહાય દ્વારા ઝડપભેર બેઠા થઈ જશે અને પૂર્વવત સ્થિતિ મેળવશે.
આ વાવાઝોડા કૃષિ રાહત પેકેજની જાહેરાત વેળાએ મુખ્ય સચિવશ્રી અનિલ મુકીમ, મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના મુખ્ય અગ્ર સચિવશ્રી કે. કૈલાસનાથન, મહેસુલ અધિક મુખ્ય સચિવશ્રી પંકજ કુમાર, મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના સચિવશ્રી અશ્વિની કુમાર અને કૃષિ સચિવશ્રી મનિષ ભારદ્વાજ પણ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.

Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani recently visited Gujarat for 50 km. The hurricane, which struck at a high wind speed per hour, cost the horticultural and summer crops Rs. 200 crore hurricane agricultural aid package has been announced.

An important decision in this regard was taken at a meeting of the Core Committee held in the presence of Faldu, Energy Minister Shri Saurabhbhai Patel as well as Minister of State for Home Affairs Shri Pradipsinh Jadeja and Senior Secretaries.
Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani while giving the role of this agriculturally favorable decision said that the widespread impact of Taut hurricane has affected Girsomnath, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar and Botad in five districts as well as Navsari, Surat, Valsad, Bharuch districts of South Gujarat and approximately two lakh hectares in 8 talukas of the state. The area's agricultural and horticultural crops have been extensively damaged.
The Chief Minister further said that Ta. The hurricane, which entered Gujarat from the coast of Una on the night of May 14, tore through Gujarat with a wind speed of 30 kmph and headed towards Rajasthan on May 17.
Against the damage caused to crops, houses, livestock as well as electricity, water-supply, roads, etc. by this hurricane in Gujarat, the entire administration of the state government conducted survey-restoration etc. on a war footing in a very short period of time like never before in the state. The Chief Minister added that the operation has achieved unprecedented speed.
Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani said that in order to help the farmers of the state to recover quickly from the extensive damage caused to horticultural crops, issues including production loss relief to summer irrigated crops, loss relief due to fall of fruit trees in horticultural crops were covered in this generous hurricane agricultural relief package. Has come.
He said that for the first time, the state government has given a maximum of Rs. Historical assistance of one lakh, has been decided within the limit of two hectares.
The Chief Minister also announced that the cost of cultivation in horticultural crops is very high and the farmers have to bear huge economic losses due to loss in production. , Gooseberry etc. in crops where trees are standing but the crop has fallen and more than 5% damage has been done. 50,000 per hectare will be given up to a maximum of two hectares.
He said that the state government has also decided that in case of loss of more than 3% of summer crops like sesame, millet, mug, urad, paddy, groundnut, onion, banana, papaya etc.

Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani made it clear that the assistance received by farmers under this hurricane agricultural relief package would be credited to their bank account DBT within a week. Not only that, the damage survey will also be completed by tomorrow.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the earthlings of the state affected by the hurricane would be able to recover quickly with the help they would get from this relief package.
While announcing this hurricane agricultural relief package, Chief Secretary Shri Anil Mukim, Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri K. Kailasanathan, Additional Chief Secretary to Revenue Pankaj Kumar, Secretary to the Chief Minister Ashwini Kumar and Agriculture Secretary Manish Bhardwaj were also present.
