પ્રસ્તુત બાબતે પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે પ્રસ્તાવનામાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ, તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પસંદ કરી તેમને ધોરણ- ૯ થી ૧૨ સુધી રાજ્ય ૨ારકાર દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ સ્વ નિર્ભર શાળાઓ પૈકીની માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમક શાળાઓમાં અભ્યાસ માટે સ્કોલરશીપ આપવાની નવી યોજના અમલમાં મૂકવાનું નીચેની શરતોને આધીન ડરાવવામાં આવે છે. યોજનાનું નામ – આ યોજનાનું નામ ‘જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના' રહેશે.યોજનાના લાભો – દ૨ વર્ષે નવા ૨૫,000 તેજરવી વિધાર્થીઓને પસંદ કરીને તેમને ધોરણ - 9 થી 12 સુધીના અભ્યાસ દરમ્યાન વાર્ષિક રૂ. 20,000 અને ધોરણ - ૧૧ થી ૧૨ સુધીના અભ્યાસ દરમ્યાન વાર્ષિક રૂ. ૨૫,000 ની ૨કોલરશીપ આપવામાં આવશે.
યોજનાની માર્ગદર્શક સૂચનાઓ અને શરતો :-
1.જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ યોજનાના અમલીકરણની જવાબદારી
જ્ઞાન સાધના ડૉલરશીપ યોજનાના અમલીકરણ અધિકારી તરીકે નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ રહેશે.
2. લાભાર્થી નક્કી કરવા માટેની જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષા
a) જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે ધોરણ – ૮ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં અથવા ધોરણ – ૮ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા દ૨ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં આયોજિત થનાર જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષા આપવાની રહેશે. સદ૨ પરીક્ષાનો અભ્યારાસ, પરીક્ષાનું માળખું, આનુષાંગિક તમામ નિતી નિયમો રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, b)ગાધીનગર દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.
3. જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા માટેની પાત્રતા
a) સરકારી અથવા અનુદાનિત પ્રાર્થમક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ ૧ થી ૮નો સળંગ અભ્યારણ કરી ઘોરણ- ૮ અભ્યાસ કરતા હોય કે ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ હોય, અથવા આરટીઈ એક્ટ, 2009 ની કલમ ૧૨ (૧) (સી) ની જોગવાઇ હેઠળ સ્પર્ધાòર્ભર શાળાઓમાં ૨૫% ની મર્યાદામાં ધોરણ -૧ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જેઓ ધોરણ-૮ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોય કે ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ હોય, ૫૨૩) અને b) ના કિસ્સામાં જેઓના વાલીની આવક જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષા વખતે આરટીઇ એક્ટ, ૨૯ ની કલમ ૧૨ (૧) (સી) હેઠળ પ્રવેશ માટે નિયત થયેલ આવક મર્યાદા કરતા વધુ c)હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પરીક્ષા આપી શકો.
4.જ્ઞાન સાધના કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ અને કામચલાઉ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ
a) જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષામાં Cut Off કરતાં વધુ ગુણ મેળવનાર તેજસ્વી વિધાર્થીઓની યાદી રાજ્ય પરીયા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગ૨ દ્વારા નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાનોની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગરને સુપ્રત કરવાની રહેશે. ઉપર મુજબની યાદી પૈકીના બાળકોના દસ્તાવેજોની ખરાઈ છલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓએ નિયામકશ્રી, b) શાળાઓની સૂચના અનુસા૨ ક૨વાની ૨હેશે. તે ખરાઈ પછી જે વિધાર્થીઓ સ્કોલરશીપ માટે પાત્ર થાય છે તેવા બાળકોના કામચલાઉ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ (Provisional Merit List) નિયામક્થી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.
રાજ્ય કક્ષાની આ યાદી તૈયા૨ ક૨તી વખતે રારકારશ્રીના પ્રવર્તમાન ધારા-ધોરણ મુજબ અનુચિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે અને દરેક કેટેગરીમાં ૫૦% લાભાર્થી કન્યાઓ રહેશે.
5. જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ માટેનું ફાઇનલ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ જાહેર કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા
a) નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા કામચલાઉ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ તૈયાર થયા બાદ તે જાહે૨ ક૨વાની ૨હેશે.
વિભાગ દ્વારા અલગથી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે.
b) જ્ઞાન સાધના કોલરશીપ યોજના માટે સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાઓની પસંદગી માટેના ધારાધોરણો શિક્ષણ સાથે સાથે સંબંધત વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીને નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિયમ

Subject: Matter of sending information under Vidyalakshmi Bond Scheme.
Returning to the above topic, the scheme regarding Vidyalakshmi Bond was implemented through the Directorate of Primary Education. Under this scheme, Vidyalakshmi Bond was allotted to the girls who got admission in class-1 from families living below poverty line (BPL) for urban area and female literacy rate of up to 50% for rural area as per 2011 census.
"Whali Dikri Yojana" has been implemented by the Women and Child Development Department's resolution dated 31/07/2019. In which to increase the birth rate of children, increase education and reduce the dropout ratio, for the purpose of women empowerment dated 02/08/2019 and thereafter Daughters born later are provided assistance of Rs.4000 under this scheme at the time of admission to class 1. Therefore, since the benefits are more in Wali Dikri Yojana than the Vidyalakshmi Bond Scheme and the scheme is double, by the resolution dated 18/05/2021 of the Education Department, Vidyalakshmi Bond Ta Yojana .Scheduled to close from 01/04/2021.
Thus, girls born on or after 02/08/2019 under “Vahali Dikri Yojana” are eligible for this scheme, and Vijayalakshmi Bond Yojana has been discontinued from 01/04/2021, for the years 2016(up to 01/08/2019) girls who completed five years approximately in the year respectively in

c) સાથે સાથે સંબંધિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીને નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ ર્વાભર્ભ૨ શાળાઓ પૈકીની શાળામાં ધોરણ-૯ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવીને તે અંગેની એન્ટ્રી જ્ઞાન સાધતા સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના પોર્ટલમાં કરવા માટે જણાવવામાં આવશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓની રાજ્ય ૨ા૨કા૨ દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ ર્વાનર્ભ૨ શાળાઓ પૈકીની d)
શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની અને તેમના વાલીઓની રહેશે અને તે બાબતે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી અથવા નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓની કોઇ જવાબદારી રહેશે નહિં કામચલાઉ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ જાહેર થયા બાદ તે લિસ્ટમાં આવેલ વિધાર્થીઓ રાજ્ય સ૨કા૨ દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ ર્વાનર્ભ૨ શાળાઓ પૈકીની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ માટે અરજી કરે તો તેમને શાળા દ્વારા જાહાનુભૂતિપૂર્વક વિચારણા કરવાની ફેશે.
વધુમાં વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમની પસંદગી મુજબની ર્વાનર્ભર શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકે તે હેતુથી
ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા તેમની રાંલગ્ન શાળાઓ માટે જરૂરી છુટછાટ આપી શકાશે. નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા વિકસાવવામાં આવેલ જ્ઞાન સાધના કોલરશીપ યોજના પોર્ટલમાં
વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલી દ્વારા આ પ્રકારે નિર્ધારીત સમયમર્યાદામાં રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ નિર્ભ૨ શાળાઓ પૈકીની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવી તે બાબતે સંલગ્ન પુરાવાઓ સાથે એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે,
h) આ પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું ફાઇનલ મેરીટ લિસ્ટ (Final Merit List) નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વાજ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.
6. જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કૉલરશીપની ચુકવણીની પ્રક્રિયા
a) આ યોજના હેઠળ કૉલરશીપથી ચુકવણી નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા Direct Benefit Transfer થી સીધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીઓના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવશે,
b) નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા જ્ઞાન સાધના રકોલરશીપ યોજના માટેના પોર્ટલમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલી દ્વારા રાજ્ય સ૨કા૨ દ્વારા નિયત ધારાધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ થયેલ ર્ધનર્ભ૨ શાળાનો પૈકીની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ બાબતે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી મારફત ખરાઇ કરાવવાની રહેશે. તે ખરાઈ કર્યા પછી તુરંત જ સંબધિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીના ખાતામાં તેઓને મળવાપાત્ર c)સ્કોલરશીપની % રકમ Direct Benefit Transfer દ્વારા નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓએ ચૂક્વી આપવાની રહેશે.
કૉલરશીપની બીજા હમાલી ૫% ૨કમ શૈાણક વર્ષના બીજા રાત્રની શરૂઆતમાં વિદ્યાર્થીના પહેલા સત્રની ઓછામાં ઓછી ૮૦% હાજરી ના આધારે ચૂકવવાની રહેશે
e) જ્યારે આ વિદ્યાર્થી બીજા વર્ષ ધોરણ - ૧૦ માં પહોંચશે ત્યારે ધોરણ – ૯ ના બીજા સત્રની ઓછામાં ઓછી ૮% હાજરી ના આધારે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં જ બીજા વર્ષની સ્કોલરશીપના ૫૦% પહેલાં હપ્તાની રકમ ચૂકવવાની રહેશે.
f) અને ધોરણ - ૧૦ ના પહેલાં રાત્રની ઓછામાં ઓછી ૮% હાજરીના આધારે બીજા સત્રની શરૂઆતમાં જ રકોલરશીપના બીજા માની રકમ ચૂકવવાની રહેશે,
g) આ જ કાર્યપ્રણાલી પછીના બે વર્ષોમાં એટલે કે ધો૨ણ - ૧૧ અને ધોરણ – ૧૨ મા પણ ૨કોલરશીપની ચૂકવણી વખતે લાગુ કરવામાં આવશે.
h) આ શાળાઓમાં ગુજરાત રર્વાનર્ભર શાળા (ફી નિયમન) અધિનિયમ ૧૭ ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ નક્કી થયેલ ફી જ્ઞાન સાધના કોલરશીપની રકમ કરતા વધારે હોય તો તે વધારાની રકમ ચૂકવવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીની રહેશે.
7. અન્ય શરતો
a) ધોરણ-૯ થી ૧૨ ના અભ્યાસ દરમ્યાન કોઇપણ ઘોરણમાં વિદ્યાર્થી નાપાસ થાય અથવા તો શાળા
શિક્ષણ ખેડી દે અથવા વિદ્યાર્થી સામે કોઈ પણ ગંભીર પ્રકારના નિયમોનુસાર શિત વિષયક પગલાઓ લેવામાં આવે તો આ યોજનાનો લાભ તેમને મળતો બંધ થશે. શૈક્ષેણિક વર્ષ પૂરું થયેથી જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી શાળા બદલવા ઈચ્છે તો તે બાબતે નિયત ફોર્મમાં જ્ઞાન સાધના રકોલરશીપ પોર્ટલમાં અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. આ બાબતે નિયામથી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી b)કરવાની રહેશે.
આ યોજનાનું અમલીકરણ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ થી કરવાનું રહેશે.

A new 'Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme' has been implemented to select such brilliant students from Gujarat state and give them scholarships for studying in independent schools of their choice from class 9 to 12. In this scheme, 25,000 new bright students are selected every year and they get Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000 scholarship will be given.
"Gyan Sadhana Proficiency Test" to be conducted for this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme is decided to be conducted by the State Examination Board. This test will be conducted as per below details.
The application forms for this test have to be filled online at www.sebexam.org website from 11/05/2023 (03:00 PM) to 26/05/2023 (12:00 PM).

Eligibility to appear in the test:
Have studied in government or aided primary schools from class 1 to 8 consecutively and are studying or passed in class 8
Or
h) Under the provisions of Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act 2009 to the extent of 25% in self-supporting schools who are enrolled in Class-I at that time and who are studying or have passed Class-VIII.
And in the case of (a) and (b) above whose income of the guardian is below the income limit prescribed for admission under Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, 2009 for urban area is Rs. 1,50,000

Examination Fee-
There will be no fee for Jnana Sadhana Prakharta Exam.
Test Structure:
The entrance exam will be of multiple choice and multi-purpose type (Multiple Choice Question-MCQ Based). The question paper of the entrance exam will be of 120 marks and the duration will be 150 minutes.
