વિષય: સેવાપોથી પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે આ કચેરી ખાતે રજુ કરવા બાબત. સંદર્ભ: આ કચેરીના તા.૦૮-૦૩-૨૦૨૨ના પરિપત્ર નં. હિતિનિ/PVU/ફા.નં.૩૮/૨૦૨૨/૧૨૩.
આ કચેરીના સંદર્ભમાં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રથી તમામ કચેરીઓના અવસાન/કોર્ટ મેટર/નિવૃત્ત થયેલ તથા આગામી છ માસમાં નિવૃત્ત થનાર કર્મચારીઓની સેવાપોથી આ કચેરી ખાતે પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે રજુ કરવાની રહેશે તેવી સૂચના આપેલ છે.
હવે, આગામી માહે: એપ્રિલ/મે-૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન આ સાથેના પત્રક-૧માં જણાવેલ તારીખે જે તે જિલ્લાની તમામ કચેરીઓના અવસાન/કોર્ટ મેટર/નિવૃત્ત થયેલ તથા તા.૩૧-૦૫-૨૦૨૩ સુધીમાં નિવૃત્ત થનાર કર્મચારીઓની સેવાપોથી આ કચેરી ખાતે પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.
નોંધ પર માન.નિયામકશ્રીના આદેશ મેળવેલ છે.

The circular issued in respect of this office has instructed that the death / court matter / retirement of all the offices and the service book of the employees retiring in the next six months should be submitted to this office for the purpose of verification of pay bond.
Now, next month: during April / May-206, on the date mentioned in the accompanying Form-1, from the service book of all the offices of that district which have passed away / court matter / retired and will retire by 31-04-208, in the sense of salary fixation at this office. Must be presented.
