વિષય:- વર્ષઃ 2021-2022 માં ગિજુભાઇ બધેકા" બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કીલ મેળાના આયોજન બાબત

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે જીસીઇઆરટી (GCERT) દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં વિવિધ જીવન કૌશલ્યોની ખિલવણી થાય તે માટે દર વર્ષે બાળમેળાની પ્રવૃત્તિ બે વિભાગમાં આયોજિત કરવામાં આવે છે. જે પૈકી ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે બાળમેાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે તેમજ ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે જીવન કૌશલ્ય આધારીત બાળમેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે.
આ બાળમેળાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બાળવાર્તા,માટીકામ,રંગપૂરણી, હસ્તકલાની કામગીરી, ચીટકકામ, કાગળકામ, ગળીકામ, બાળવાર્તા આધારિત નાટક જેવી વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ અને રમતોના માધ્યમથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રહેલી શક્તિઓને ઉજાગર કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવે છે.
કોરોના વાયરસ (COVID-19)ની સરકારશ્રીની ગાઇડ લાઇન ધ્યાને લઇને આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે. બાળકોને અલગ અલગ બેસાડીને “ગિજુભાઇ બધેકા બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કીલ અન્વયેની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરાવવાની રહેશે.

2. લાઇફ સ્કીલમેળાના મુખ્ય હેતુઓ
૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રોજિંદા જીવનના પડકારોને હકારાત્મકથી ઝીલવા અને દૈનિક જીવનની જરૂરિયાતને કુશળતાપૂવર્ક પૂર્ણ કરવા વિવિધ કૌશલ્ય કે આવડત પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે, ૭ જીવનકૌશલ્યો થકી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની શારીરિક અને માનસિક ક્ષમતાઓને ખીલવી તેમના વ્યક્તિત્વની સર્વાંગી વિકાસ સાધી સ્વસ્થ, સફળ, સુખમય અને શાંતિમય જીવન જીવતાં શીખે.
♦ વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વાસ્તવિક જીવન સાથે અનુબંધ જોડાશે તેમજ વધુ ઉન્નત અને બહેતર જીવન જીવવા તૈયાર થાય.પોતાના રોજિંદા જીવનમાં નાના - મોટા પ્રશ્નનો જાતે હલ કરવાથી સ્વાવલંબી બને.
૦ શાળા અને સમાજ વચ્ચેનો નાતો વધુ વિકસે.
નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાને લઇ બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.
1. વર્ષ-૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માં ગુજરાત રાજયની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ, નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત શાળાઓ, આશ્રમશાળા, કે.જી.બી.વી., મોડેલ સ્કૂલમાં પ્રથમ દિવસે ધો. 1 થી 5 ના બાળકો માટે “ગિજુભાઇ બધેકા” બાળમેળો તથા બીજા દિવસે ધો. 6 થી 8 ના બાળકો માટે ગિજુભાઇ બધેકા" લાઇફ સ્કીલ મેળાનું આયોજન તા.૩૧-૧૨-૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં કરવાનું રહેશે.
2. આ વર્ષે “ગિજુભાઇ બધેકા" બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કિલ મેળા બંનેમાં "ટોક શો" ના નામથી નવી પ્રવૃત્તિમાં નીચે આપેલ નમૂનાના વિષયો રાખી શકાશે. (આ વિષયી માત્ર ઉદાહરણ સ્વરૂપે આપેલ છે. તેમાં આપના અનુભવ દ્વારા બાળમેળા અને લાઇસ્કિલ મેળા આધારિત વિષયો ઉમેરી શકાશે.)

અભિનય,પપેટ શો, ગણિત ગમ્મત, વેસ્ટમાંથી બેસ્ટ, વિજ્ઞાનના
સાદા પ્રયોગો, વેશભૂષા વગેરે
લાઇફ સ્કીલ (જીવનકૌશલ્ય) બાળમેળા અન્વયે યોજી શકાય તેવી કેટલીક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ –
કક્ષા
ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માં લાઇફ સ્કીલમેળા યોજી શકાય તેવી કેટલીક પ્રવૃતિઓ ફ્યુઝ બાંધવો,સ્ક્રૂ લગાવવો, કુકર બંધ કરવું, ખિલ્લી લગાવવી, ટાયરનું પંચર કરવું,શરીરની સ્વચ્છતા,વ્યસનથી થતું નુક્સાન વગેરે જીવન વ્યવહારમાં ઉપયોગી વિવિધ કૌશલ્યોનો સમાવેશ કરી શકાય આવતી વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ જેવીકે આનંદમેળા,વસ્તુસામગ્રી વેચાણ સ્ટોલ,બાળકોના વજન ઉચાઇ માપવી,વ્યવહારમાં ગણિતનો ઉપયોગ વગેરે

6 થી 8 શાળા અને સમાજનું જોડાણ વધે તે હેતુસર મેટ્રિકમેલા અન્તર્ગત
૩. આ સાથે મોનીટરીંગ/મૂલ્યાંકનાલાયઝનીંગ કરનાર માટેનું સૂચિત મૂલ્યાંકન-મોનીટરીંગ ફોર્મ સામેલ છે. જેમાં આપની કક્ષાએથી પણ ફેરફાર કરી શકાશે, જે બાળમેળા દરમ્યાન અવશ્ય ભરવું તથા તેનું વિશ્લેષણ કરી તારણો તારવવા.
4. જિલ્લામાં બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલ (જીવનકૌશલ્ય) બાળમેળા યોજાઇ ગયા બાદ તેનું ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશન અને ડોક્યુમેન્ટરી કરવાની રહેશે, જેમાં નીચે જણાવેલ મુદ્દાઓ સમાવિષ્ટ કરવાના રહેશે. (ગુજરાતી શ્રુતિ ફોન્ટમાં જ)

મુખ્ય હેતુઓ
કાર્યક્રમ દરમ્યાન કરેલ વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ બાળકો પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરતા હોય તેવા ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ ( વિડીયો ક્લીપ્સ સીડીમાં આપવી.)
બાળકોના પ્રતિભાવ અને વાલીઓના પ્રતિભાવ
SMC ના સભ્યોના પ્રતિભાવ તથા મોનીટરીંગ ટીમના પ્રતિભાવ મૂલ્યાકંન – પ્રતિભાવોનું વિશ્લેષણ અને તારણો.
બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલમેળા અન્વયે ડાયેટે કરેલ અનુકાર્યની નકલો, * (બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કીલમેળાનું આયોજન, પત્રો, બેઠકોની મિનિટ્સ, મોનીટરીંગનું આયોજન વગેરે )
5. શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર બાળકો વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓથી અવગત થાય તથા આનંદદાયી અને પ્રવૃત્તિલક્ષી શિક્ષણ મેળવે તે હેતુસર શાળામાં બાળમેળો અને અને લાઇફસ્કીલમેળા યોજાય તેવું આયોજન કરવું.
6. બાળમેળા તથા લાઇફસ્કીલ મેળા માટે તમામ ડાયેટને ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવેલ છે.જેનું પત્રક આ સાથે સામેલ છે.
7. બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલ (જીવનકૌશલ્ય) મેળા માટે આપના દ્વારા મોકલવામાં આવેલ શાળાની સંખ્યા મુજબ જિલ્લાની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ, નગર પ્રા.શિ.સ. સંચાલિત પ્રા.શાળા, કે.જી,બી.વી., આશ્રમશાળા, મોડેલ સ્કૂલ (ધોરણ-૧ થી ૮) પ્રત્યેક શાળાને રૂ. ૧૦૦૦/ ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી શાળા કક્ષાએ RTGSથી કરવાની રહેશે.
8. જિલ્લામાં બાળમેળા લાઇકસ્કિલ મેળા યોજાઇ ગયા બાદ એક માસમાં શાળા કક્ષાના ખર્ચની માહિતી મેળવવાની રહેશે.

1. The main objectives of Balmela
0 Students get knowledge with entertainment by doing various fun activities
0 Cooperation, leadership, the spirit of democracy, entrepreneurship, etc. are disrupted.
0 Develops creativity and originality in students
0 Students should develop various skills useful in life practice.
The dormant powers in the students come out. Psychosocial fitness of the students is done.
2. The main objectives of the Life Skill Fair
0 Students can acquire various skills or abilities to overcome the challenges of daily life in a positive way and to fulfill the needs of daily life skillfully.
♦ Through various activities, students will be connected with real life and will be ready to live a more advanced and better life.
0 The relationship between school and society develops more.
The following instructions should be followed to organize Bal Mela and Life Skill Mela.
1. In the year 2061-6, on the first day in Government Primary Schools of Gujarat, Schools run by Nagar Primary Education Committee, Ashram School, KGBV, Model School, Std. "Gijubhai Badheka" children's fair for children from 1 to 5 and the next day std. Gijubhai Badheka "Life Skill Fair" for children from 6 to 8 will have to be organized by 31-12-2021.
2. The following sample topics can be kept in the new activity under the name of "Talk Show" in both "Gijubhai Badheka" Balmela and Life Skill Mela this year. (This topic is given as an example only. )

Some of the activities that can be organized in Std. 6th to 8th are various activities which can be used in various life skills such as Anand Mela. Item sales stalls, measuring children's weight and height, use of math in practice etc.
Upper primary school
6 to 8 Matriculation for the purpose of increasing school and community engagement
. Attached is the proposed evaluation-monitoring form for the Monitoring / Evaluating Analyst. In which changes can also be made from your level, which must be filled during the children's fair and to analyze and draw conclusions.
4. After the Balmela and Life Skill Balmela has been held in the district, it will have to be documented and documented, in which the following issues will have to be included. (In Gujarati Shruti font only)

5. To organize child fairs and life skills fairs in the school for the purpose that the children who get admission in the school become aware of various activities and get fun and activity oriented education.
6. Grants have been allotted to all diets for Bal Mela and Life Skill Mela.
7. According to the number of schools sent by you for Balmela and Life Skill (Life Skills) Mela, Government Primary Schools of the District Managed Primary School, KG, BV, Ashram School, Model School (Std. 1 to 8) Rs. 1000 / - will have to be allotted through RTGS at school level.
8. Information about school level expenses has to be obtained within a month after Balmela Likeskil Mela is held in the district.
