Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that in all the Hash managed primary schools under Bhavnagar District Education Committee, the time of all the primary schools was kept in the morning from HL01 / 05/2031 to 31/02061 in view of the current covid 19 epidemic. Now the government has asked to give the educational work of Std. 6 to 8 upper primary schools directly offline from 03/09/2021 so that the school time is not kept in the morning anymore.

As per the instruction no., For the academic-co-educational work in the schools, the work of 4 pistol hours on a weekly basis through the teacher becomes mandatory. In order to complete the extra working hours, I have to attend school for five (eight) hours a day and five (five) hours on Saturdays. So that the school time should be kept from 10 to 9 which should be noted by all the school principals.
All schools in your jurisdiction are advised to report and implement this.
The consent form of the guardian has to be obtained as per the provision of reference-3 of the above Covid-19 and all the instructions of the resolution have to be followed and the principal of the school will be able to take decision regarding the ancillary matters in the school such as seating arrangement.
