ગુજરાત શેરી ગરબાને મંજૂરી,નવી ગાઈડલાઈન જાહેર
*● રાજ્યના જે ૮ મહાનગરો અમદાવાદ, વડોદરા, રાજકોટ, સુરત, ભાવનગર, જુનાગઢ, જામનગર અને ગાંધીનગરમાં હાલ રાત્રિ કરફયુ અમલમાં છે ત્યાં તા.રપ/૯/ર૦ર૧ના રાત્રિના ૧ર કલાકથી તા.૧૦/૧૦/ર૦ર૧ સવારે ૬ વાગ્યા સુધી દરરોજ રાત્રિ કરફયુ અમલમાં રહેશે*
*● રાત્રિ કરફયુની સમય મર્યાદા અત્યારે રાત્રિના ૧૧ થી સવારે ૬ વાગ્યા સુધીની છે તેમાં એક કલાકનો ઘટાડો કરીને હવે રાત્રિના ૧ર થી ૬ વાગ્યા સુધી રાત્રિ કરફયું રહેશે*
*● માત્ર શેરી ગરબા, સોસાયટી અને ફલેટના ગરબા, દુર્ગાપૂજા, વિજ્યાદશમી ઉત્સવ, શરદપૂર્ણિમા ઉત્સવ જેવા આયોજનો ૪૦૦ વ્યક્તિઓની મર્યાદામાં યોજવાની છૂટ આપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે*
*● લગ્ન પ્રસંગોમાં અગાઉ ૧૫૦ વ્યક્તિઓની જે મર્યાદા હતી તેમાં વધારો કરીને હવે ૪૦૦ વ્યક્તિઓની છુટછાટ આપવામાં આવી છે*
*● આવી ઉજવણીઓમાં ભાગ લેનારા દરેક વ્યક્તિએ કોરોના વેકસીનના બે ડોઝ લીધા હોય તે હિતાવહ રહેશે*
*● આવા આયોજનોમાં લાઉડ સ્પીકર/ધ્વની નિયંત્રણ અંગેના સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટના આદેશોનું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે*
*● રાજ્યમાં પાર્ટી પ્લોટ, કલબ,ખૂલ્લી જગ્યાએ કે કોઇ પણ જગ્યાએ કોમર્શીયલ રીતે નવરાત્રિની ઉજવણીની પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે નહિ*
*● અંતિમક્રિયા-દફનવિધિમાં અગાઉની ૪૦ વ્યક્તિઓની મર્યાદામાં વધારો કરીને હવે ૧૦૦ વ્યક્તિઓની મર્યાદા રહેશે*
*● રાજ્યમાં રેસ્ટોરન્ટ રાત્રિના ૧૦ કલાક સુધી અગાઉ ક્ષમતાના ૬૦% સાથે ચાલુ રાખવાની મંજૂરી હતી તેમાં વધારો કરીને હવે ક્ષમતાના ૭પ% સાથે ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે*
*● રાજ્યમાં જાહેર બાગ બગીચા અગાઉ રાત્રિના ૯ વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લા રહેતા હતાં તે પણ હવે રાત્રિના ૧૦ વાગ્યા સુધી ખૂલ્લા રાખી શકાશે*
માન. મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી @Bhupendrapbjp જીના અધ્યક્ષતામાં મળેલી બેઠકમાં વરિષ્ઠ પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ સાથે ઉપસ્થિત રહી, આગામી નવરાત્રી પર્વ નિમિત્તે શેરી ગરબામાં મહત્તમ 400 અને લગ્ન પ્રસંગમાં 150 થી વધારીને 400 વ્યક્તિઓને હાજર રહેવા અંગેનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો.
આ નિર્ણય થકી નાના અને મધ્યમ વર્ગના વેપારીઓને રોજગારીનો લાભ મળશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઇ પટેલે રાજ્યમાં આગામી નવરાત્રિ તહેવારો તેમજ લગ્ન પ્રસંગોની સાંસ્કૃતિક ધરોહર મુજબ ઉજવણી થાય તે હેતુથી અને આવા પ્રસંગો સાથે સંકળાયેલા નાના વ્યવસાયકારોના વ્યાપક હિતને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને જનહિતમાં કેટલાક મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણયો કર્યા છે*.
*મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ લીધેલા આ નિર્ણયો અનુસાર રાજ્યના જે ૮ મહાનગરો અમદાવાદ, વડોદરા, રાજકોટ, સુરત, ભાવનગર, જુનાગઢ, જામનગર અને ગાંધીનગરમાં હાલ રાત્રિ કરફયુ અમલમાં છે ત્યાં તા.રપ/૯/ર૦ર૧ના રાત્રિના ૧ર કલાકથી તા.૧૦/૧૦/ર૦ર૧ સવારે ૬ વાગ્યા સુધી દરરોજ રાત્રિ કરફયુ અમલમાં રહેશે*.

*આગામી દિવસોમાં રાજ્યમાં નવરાત્રિ પર્વની ઉજવણી થવાની છે તે સંદર્ભમાં મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી અને ગૃહ રાજ્ય મંત્રીશ્રીએ માત્ર શેરી ગરબા, સોસાયટી અને ફલેટના ગરબા, દુર્ગાપૂજા, વિજ્યાદશમી ઉત્સવ, શરદપૂર્ણિમા ઉત્સવ જેવા આયોજનો ૪૦૦ વ્યક્તિઓની મર્યાદામાં યોજવાની છૂટ આપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે*.
લગ્ન પ્રસંગોમાં અગાઉ ૧૫૦ વ્યક્તિઓની જે મર્યાદા હતી તેમાં વધારો કરીને હવે ૪૦૦ વ્યક્તિઓની છુટછાટ આપવામાં આવી છે*.
આવી ઉજવણીઓમાં ભાગ લેનારા દરેક વ્યક્તિએ કોરોના વેકસીનના બે ડોઝ લીધા હોય તે હિતાવહ રહેશે*

* In the 9 metros of the state, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Jamnagar and Gandhinagar, curfew is in effect at night. Curfew will be enforced *
* The time limit of 8 night curfew is now from 11 pm to 9 am, it has been reduced by one hour and now night curfew will be from 12 noon to 8 pm *
* ● It has been decided to allow only events like Sheri Garba, Society and Flat Garba, Durga Puja, Vijayadashami Utsav, Sharadpurnima Utsav within the limit of 500 persons *
* ● The limit of 150 persons for marriage occasions has been increased from 150 persons to 200 persons now *
*Everyone participating in such celebrations should take two doses of corona vaccine *
* ● Such plans must comply with Supreme Court orders regarding loudspeaker / sound control *
* Party plots, clubs, open space or any other place in the state will not be allowed to celebrate Navratri commercially *
* ● Funeral-burial will be limited to 100 persons from the previous 50 persons *
* ● Restaurants in the state were allowed to operate for up to 10 hours a night with 90% of capacity, but now they can be maintained with 75% of capacity *
* Public gardens in the state which used to be open till 9 pm can now also be kept open till 10 pm *
Respect. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Shri pendraBhupendrapbjp ji and was attended by senior police officers.
This decision will provide employment to small and middle class traders.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel has taken some important decisions in the public interest for the purpose of celebrating the upcoming Navratri festivals as well as wedding occasions in the state as per the cultural heritage and keeping in view the wider interest of small businessmen associated with such occasions *.
* As per these decisions taken by the Chief Minister, curfew is in force in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Jamnagar and Gandhinagar in the 9 metros of the state. Curfew will be enforced every night till noon *.
* The time limit of night curfew is now from 11 pm to 9 am, it has been reduced by one hour and now night curfew will be from 12 noon to 8 pm *.
* In the context of Navratri celebrations in the coming days in the state, the Chief Minister and the Minister of State for Home Affairs have decided to allow only events like Sheri Garba, Society and Flat Garba, Durga Puja, Vijayadashami Utsav, Sharadpurnima Utsav within a limit of 500 persons *.
The limit of 150 persons for marriage occasions has been increased to 200 persons now *.
Everyone attending such celebrations should take two doses of the corona vaccine *
* Such plans must comply with Supreme Court orders regarding loudspeaker / sound control *.
* Commercial celebration of Navratri will not be allowed in party plots, clubs, open spaces or any other place in the state *.
* Funeral-burial will be limited to 100 persons from the previous 50 persons *.
* The restaurant in the state was allowed to continue till 10 hours of the night with 80% of the capacity and now it can be continued with 35% of the capacity *.
* Public gardens in the state which used to be open till 9 pm can now be kept open till 10 pm *
