વિષયઃ ઓગસ્ટ માસમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી ૮ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે સામયિક કસોટીના આયોજન બાબત

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે COVID-19 સમય દરમિયાન હોમલનીંગની સાથે મૂલ્યાંકન હેતુસર જુલાઈ માસમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં દરેક માધ્યમમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી ૮ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ગુજરાતી (પ્રથમભાષા), ગણિત અને અંગ્રેજી વિષયની સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ યોજાઈ ગયેલ. ઓગસ્ટ -૨૦૨૧માં રાબેતા મુજબ લેવાનાર કસોટી અંગે નીચેની બાબતોને ધ્યાને લઈ આપની કક્ષાએથી આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી છે.
ઓગસ્ટ માસમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી ૫ માં પર્યાવરણ અને ગણિત તથા ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮માં સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન અને વિજ્ઞાન વિષયની કસોટીઓ યોજવામાં આવનાર છે.
• ઉપરોક્ત સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ તા. ૨૦/૦૮/૨૦૨૧ અને તા.૨૧/૦૮/૨૦૨૧ દરમિયાન યોજવામાં આવનાર છે. તા.૧૯/૦૮/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સુધી કસોટીઓ હાર્ડકોપી અથવા સોફ્ટકોપીમાં પહોંચતી કરવાની રહેશે, તા.૨૦/૦૮/૨૦૨૧ના રોજ જીસીઈઆરટીની વેબસાઈટ (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) પર તમામ માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની કસોટીઓ જે તે
વિષયના પાઠ્યપુસ્તકની અનુક્રમણિકા (Index) પરના QR Code પરથી પણ મેળવી શકાશે.
સદર કસોટીઓ વાલી અને વિદ્યાર્થીની અનુકૂળતાએ વિદ્યાર્થી વાલીની દેખરેખ હેઠળ ધરેથી લખે તે અપેક્ષિત છે. કસોટીનો આશય વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રગતિ જાણવાનો હોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કસોટી ભયમુક્ત અને તણાવમુક્ત વાતાવરણમાં આપે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.
• કસોટીની ઉત્તરવહીઓ તા. ૦૧/૦૯/૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં વાલી મારફત શાળા સુધી પહોંચાડવામાં આવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.
લીંગ આઉટકમને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ કસોટીઓ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે.

Regarding the planning of periodical test for students of Std. 3 to 8 in the month of August,
Gujarati for students of Std. 3 to 8 in every medium in primary schools in the month of July for the purpose of assessment along with homling during COVID-19 period as per the above subject and context.
(First Language), Periodic Assessment Tests in Mathematics and English. Regarding the test to be taken as per the routine in August 2021, it is requested to take further action from your level keeping in view the following matters.
In the month of August, tests in environment and mathematics will be held in Std. 6 to 8 and social sciences and science subjects in Std. 6 to 8.
The above periodic evaluation tests dt. During 20/07/2021 and dated 21/07/2021
To be held. The tests have to reach the students in hard copy or soft copy by 19/07/2021, all on GCERT's website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) on 20/06/2021.
Medium tests will be made available. In addition to the Gujarati medium tests which it It can also be obtained from the QR Code on the Index of the subject textbook.
These tests are written by the student under the supervision of the parent at the convenience of the parent and the student.
Is expected. The purpose of the test is to know the progress of the student It is desirable to give in a stress-free environment.
Test Answer Books Dt. It is desirable that it be delivered to the school through the guardian by 01/02/2071.
