Now the average life expectancy of a person is around 70 years. At that time the retirement age of teachers and employees of the state government is 3 years. It is necessary to reduce this age limit to 50 years. If a person has to retire early due to personal, illness or other reasons, it is necessary to announce a package plan with different rules like VRS in the past.
If after the reduction of the retirement age, the job as per the qualification and the new teacher unemployed also get employment when there is a vacancy and the efficiency of government work can be increased. The economic burden on the government will be less. If the age limit for teachers and government employees is lowered, many more talented young people can find employment and stop being exploited. The government needs to think in this direction.
નિવૃત્તવયમાં ઘટાડો નહિ કરતા શિક્ષિત બેરોજગારોને અન્યાય.
નિવૃતિ વયમાં ઘટાડો નહિ કરવામાં આવતા શિક્ષિત બેરોજગારોને અન્યાય થઈ રહ્યાનો બળાપો શિક્ષિત બેરોજગારો ઠાલવી રહ્યા છે. સરકારી કામમાં કાર્યક્ષમતા વધારવા માટે નિવૃતિ વય મર્યાદામાં ઘટાડો કરીને ૫૫ વર્ષની કરવી જરૂરી છે .
આ અંગે શિક્ષિત બેરોજગારોના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર , વ્યક્તિના ૧૦૦ વર્ષના આયુષ્યમાં સતત ઘટાડો થયો છે.
હવે વ્યક્તિનું સરેરાશ આયુષ્ય ૭૦ આસપાસ પહોચ્યું છે. ત્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારના શિક્ષકો અને કર્મચારીઓની નિવૃતિ વયમર્યાદા ૫૮ વર્ષની છે. આ વય મર્યાદા ઘટાડીને ૫૫ વર્ષની વયમર્યાદા કરવી જરૂરી છે. અમુક વ્યક્તિને અંગત, બિમારી કે અન્ય કારણોસર વહેલી નિવૃતિ લેવાની થતી હોઈ તો તેને માટે ભૂતકાળમાં અમુક ગંકાના આવેલ (વીઆરએસ)ની જેમ જૂદા - જૂદા નિયમો સાથેનું પેકેજ યોજના જાહેરાત કરવી જરૂરી છે.
જો નિવૃતિ વયમર્યાદા ઘટાડચા બાદ લાયકાત મુજબ નોકરી અને નવા શિક્ષક બેરોજગારોને પણ જગ્યા ખાલી પડતા રોજગારી મળે અને સરકારી કામની કાર્યક્ષમતામાં ।ધારો થઈ શકે. સરકારને આર્થિક બોજ ઓછો થશે. જો શિક્ષકો અને સરકારી કર્મચારીઓની વય મર્યાદા ઘટાડવામાં આવે તો બીજા અનેક ટેલેન્ટેડ યુવાનોને રોજગારી મળવાની સાથે તેના શોષણ થતુ પણ અટકી શકે. આ દિશામાં સરકારે વિચારવુ જરૂરી છે.
