The locksmith force, which has solved the problems of recruitment of women candidates in the recruitment of police constables, has submitted to the Gujarat High Court today that the recruitment process will be completed in three weeks. The Government has submitted that the disputed resolution of 1-8-2019 has not been implemented in this recruitment process.Apart from this, the new decision of the government will have recruitment on additional 2458 seats. This will end the dispute. More than 250 applicants have filed petitions in the High Court, stating that there was injustice to reserved women candidates in the recruitment process.
It was submitted from the state government today that in the special case, the government has decided that 50 percent cutoff ie 62.5 out of 125 candidates will be included in the recruitment. This will add 2485 new posts.
Due to which the recruitment process will be completed in three weeks and applicant candidates will also be included. The Government has submitted that the resolution on which the dispute arises on 1-8-2019 of the General Administration Department will not be implemented in this recruitment process. The recruitment process will be further enhanced as per the old resolution of the Home Department on 3-9-2014.
More than 250 women candidates from the reserved category are present before the High Court that they have passed all the exams for recruitment in the Lok Sabha. In the recruitment process of the police constable, the first list of women candidates in the general category is released. Then the list of reserved category women candidates is released.
If the merit of the women candidates in the general category stops at the 90 mark, then the reserved candidates belonging to the reserved category female candidates above the 90 mark are to be included in the general. However, the government has not yet released the list of women candidates in the general category.In addition, the circular issued on 1-8-2019 called the women candidates in the general category for document verification, of which women belonging to the general category having 50 marks have also been called for document verification. Therefore, the applicants demand that the government list out the women candidates in the general category and also include the names of reserved category women candidates as a rule.
