Re-test of students who failed in Std-9 and Std-11 in the academic year 2021-22
An important decision has been taken by the state government for the millions of students studying in Std. 9 and 11 in government, grant aided and private schools in the academic year 2021-22 and failing. It has been decided to provide one more chance to the failed students to pass. As per the decision taken by the government, retest will be taken at the school level after the commencement of the new academic session for the students who have failed in Std. 9th and 11th.

Subject: - Re-test of students who failed in Std-9 and Std-11 in the academic year 2021-22. Reference: - With the approval of the Government obtained on this file.
According to the above subject and reference, in the situation of covid-19, the office had received representations regarding re-taking of students who failed in Std-9 and Std-11 in the academic year 2021-22 at the school level, according to which Accepted in academic interest. So that students who have failed in Std-9 and Std-11 for the academic year 2021-22 are given one more opportunity to take the exam.
The retest of the students who failed in Std-9 and Std-11 in the academic year 2021-22 will have to be taken by the school level after the opening of schools from 13/06/2022. The program of this retest as well as the question papers will have to be prepared by the school level. Inform your level to take necessary action in this regard by all the secondary and higher secondary schools under your jurisdiction.
વિષય : એક કે બે વિષયમાં અનુત્તીર્ણ થનાર એસ.એસ.સી. માર્ચ/એપ્રિલ-2022ના પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ માટે લેવામાં આવનાર પૂરક પરીક્ષા તથા દફ્તર ચકાસણી અંગે અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ
(A) આથી ગુજરાત રાજ્યની તમામ નોંધાયેલી માધ્યમિક શાળાઓના વડાઓને જણાવવાનું કે, પ્રવર્તમાન પરીક્ષા વિનિયમો અનુસાર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માર્ચ/એપ્રિલ-2022ની પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેલ હોય અથવા એક અથવા બે વિષયમાં ‘અનુત્તીર્ણ હોવાને કારણે સુધારણાને અવકાશ' ધરાવે છે અને એક અથવા બે વિષયની પરીક્ષા આપવા ઇચ્છતા હોય તો તેવા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ જુલાઈ-2022ની પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થઈ શકશે. આ પૂરક પરીક્ષાનાં આવેદનપત્રો બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પરથી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે. (આવેદનપત્રો તથા ફી શાળા દ્વારા ફક્ત ઓનલાઇન માધ્યમથી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. (રૂબરૂ આવેદનપત્રો સ્વીકારવાની પદ્ધતિ અમલમાં નથી.)
માર્ચ એપ્રિલ-2022ની ધોરણ 10 એસ.એસ.સી. પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેલ હોય અથવા એક કે બે વિષયમાં અનુત્તીર્ણ થયેલ ‘સુધારણાને અવકાશ' ધરાવતા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓની શાળાવાર યાદી એક નકલમાં તૈયાર કરી જે તે શાળાને માર્ચ એપ્રિલ-2022ના પરિણામ સાથે મોકલવામાં આવશે. શાળાઓને મોકલેલ તે પૈકી પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થવા માંગતા પરીક્ષાર્થીની પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની સંમતિ બોર્ડે મોકલેલ ONE OR TWO SUBJECT FAIL LISTમાં સહી મેળવી જરૂરી વિગત અને આધારો આચાર્યશ્રીએ દફ્તરે રાખી પૂરક પરીક્ષાનું આવેદન બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પરથી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાનું રહેશે. શાળાને મોકલેલ યાદી ફક્ત જાણ માટે જ છે. પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ માટે ફીની રકમ એક વિષય માટે રૂ. 130/- અને બે વિષયો માટે રૂ. 185/- રહેશે.
ખાસ નોંધ : ક્થા ઉમેદવાર અને દિવ્યાંગ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને સરકારશ્રીએ ફી ભરવામાંથી મુક્તિ આપેલ છે તેથી કન્યા પરીક્ષાર્થી અને દિવ્યાંગ પરીક્ષાર્થી પાસેથી પરીક્ષા ફી લેવાની રહેતી નથી પરંતુ પૂરક પરીક્ષા-2022 માટે ઓનલાઇન આવેદન (રજિસ્ટ્રેશન) કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. શૂન્ય (0) ફી રિસીપ્ટ રજિસ્ટ્રેશનના આધાર તરીકે સાચવી રાખવાની રહેશે. જરૂર પડે ત્યારે બોર્ડ સમક્ષ રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.
કોઈ કારણસર કોઈ પરીક્ષાર્થી એક કે બે વિષયમાં સુધારણાને અવકાશ ધરાવતો હોય અને જુલાઈ પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની પાત્રતા ધરાવતો હોવા છતાં તેનું નામ શાળાઓને પરિણામ સાથે મોકલાવેલ યાદીમાં તેમજ ઓનલાઇન યાદીમાં ન હોય તો તેના ગુણપત્રક અને S.R.ની ખરાઈ કરીને આચાર્ય દ્વારા આ સાથે આપવામાં આવેલ પરિશિષ્ટ-Aમાં તે ઉમેરી જરૂરી આધારો અને ફી મેળવી પરિશિષ્ટ-Aની એક નકલ સાથે રૂબરૂ બોર્ડની માધ્યમિક શાખાને મોકલવાની રહેશે.
1. સામાન્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શારીરિક માનસિક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓળખ સરળતાથી થઈ શકે તે માટે S.R.માં દિવ્યાંગ બાળક સામે Differently Abled છે, જે અનુસાર દરેક વિષયમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 20 ટકા ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પૂરક પરીક્ષા માટે મુક્તિ પાત્ર રહેશે.
2. પૂરક પરીક્ષા માટે દરેક જિલ્લા માટે પરીક્ષાનું એક જ કેન્દ્ર રાખવામાં આવે છે. પૂરક પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રોની યાદી આ સાથેના પરિશિષ્ટમાં સામેલ છે.
3. માર્ચ એપ્રિલ-2022 ધોરણ 10ની પરીક્ષામાં શાળાકક્ષાના વિષયોમાં થિયરી તથા પ્રાયોગિક પાસું ધરાવતા વિષયમાં પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ ‘સુધારણાને અવકાશ' થયા હોય તો તેમની થિયરી પ્રાયોગિક પૂરક પરીક્ષા જે તે શાળાએ જુલાઈ માસમાં લેવાની રહેશે. તથા ગુણની વિગતો બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવનાર પૂરક પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધીમાં બોર્ડને મોકલવાની રહેશે.
