ભારત સરકારના આઝાદી કા અમૃત મહોત્સવ અંતર્ગત આગામી તારીખ ૧૨ થી ૧૫ ઑગષ્ટ-૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન સમગ્ર ભારતમાં યોજાનાર “હર ઘર તિરંગા" અભિયાનને સફળ બનાવવા અર્થે તેમજ તે અંતર્ગત કરવાની થતી વિવિધ કામગીરીઓ માટે તા.૧૨ થી ૧૫-ઑગષ્ટ-૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન જિલ્લા પંચાયત કચેરી તથા જિલ્લા પંચાયત સંલગ્ન તમામ તાબાની કચેરીઓમાં ફરજ બજાવતા તમામ અધિકારીશ્રીઓ/ કર્મચારીઓને રજા/મુખ્ય મથક છોડવાની પરવાનગી આપવાની રહેશે નહીં.


આથી તમામ અધિકારીશ્રીઓ/ કર્મચારીઓને મુખ્ય મથકે અચૂકપણે હાજર રહેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

According to the above subject, in the year 2022-23, EDN-3.3, CCTV at primary schools. A new matter regarding provision of camera facility has been approved. Under this scheme it is planned to cover (1) schools at the initial stage. So, according to the list attached herewith, the TRP of the respective district parliament schools from the taluka level. It has to be checked about the school inspection report that has been done accurately through.


TRP of the school prepared in the School Chakarani Report (School Inspection Report for CCTV Facility 2022-23) included with this. Showed the details during the 2nd visit. The Principal of the concerned school, School Chakani Karwa2 TRP, District Project Easeware and District Pramik Education Officer Joint Rehi / Shikka Shathe are requested to submit the report by 08/08/2022. The Deputy District Primary Education Officer (Plan) of the concerned district shall be responsible for compiling the School Board Report of the school along with the layout plan of the school and submitting it to the plan branch of the office here.


In addition, the talukas where the number of schools being audited is less, the TRP of the taluka. In their 195 talukas where the number of schools is more, the District Primary Education Officer / District Project Ejaar will have to order and organize the work of chakarani within the Ramaya limit. In this regard, the District Primary Education Officer and the District Project Engineer of the concerned district will have to allocate the work to the TRP.


The project report regarding this work has to be submitted to the Education Department, the work should be completed within the stipulated time limit by giving priority to this matter. However, if the work is not completed within the prescribed time limit, the full responsibility of that district will lie with the Deputy District Primary Education Officer (Plan) and the District Primary Education Officer. Take note of that.


Note: The work should be subject to time limit and the report should be submitted to the Education Department


As it happens, even during the public holidays, the office and school will have to continue and complete the work.

                  subject, we would like to inform you that the primary teachers of the district often complain about the burden of unit test and online performance. In this regard, written submissions have also been made to the Education Department from your level, which is a noble and commendable work. However, the Government should make a presentation to the Education Department regarding the load of unit tests and online operations and fix the time for a detailed discussion and resolve the issue within the time limit. If satisfactory results are not obtained, a coordination meeting of the Gujarat State Primary Teachers Association of all the districts will be called in this regard


No satisfactory decision has been taken in this regard, resentment and resentment are being seen among the teachers.


A request to give boycott program to the primary teachers of the state after getting the opinion is a submission.

Subject: Matter of conducting various competitions under the theme “Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” under Art Festival.

As per the approval received from the Minister of Education Hon




                   According to the above reference letter, the State Government may inspire and encourage the various arts and talents among the students as part of the development of various skills such as painting skills, literary composition skills, musical instrument skills etc. As part of the "Har Ghar Tiranga" program under the "Mahotsav" programme, drawing competition, children's competition, music (singing and playing) are organized in each district starting from the school level and coordinated by the Diet, Principal, DPEO, Ruler and DEO at the district level.


Necessary from the district level keeping in mind the following instructions and the duration of the competition involved Planning is advised.



               1) Under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav program in all government, grant-in-aid and self-supporting higher primary and middle-higher secondary schools in the state, various competitions in art festival like painting, children's sammelan, sangeet sammelan (singing and Vadan) shall be made mandatory


2) This competition will be held in three sections.


 Primary Section std 6 to 8


Secondary Division std 8 to 10


Higher Secondary Division std 11 to 12


For students of class 6 to 8. For students of class 9 to 10 For Class – 11th to 12th students


3) School level competition: All the first school level will have to organize the painting, children's, music (singing and playing) competition to be held under Art Utsav. At school level I, II and A third runner-up will be selected and only the entry of the first runner-up from each category will be submitted to the CRC. Q.D.C. Will be sent for level competition.


4) Cluster crc Level Competition : Cluster / Q.D.C. Based on the entries of the first rank contestants for the various competitions from the schools held at the level, the first, second and third rank contestants shall be selected and out of them only the entry of the first rank winning contestant from each division will be held by Taluka / SVS. To be sent for level competition.


5) Taluka / S.V.S. Level Competition: The first, second and third place contestants will be selected from among the first, second and third place contestants from the Taluka level based on the entries of the first place contestants for various competitions from the cluster/QDC level and only the entry of the first place winner from each division will be held at the district level. To be sent for competition. Taluka level competition is coordinated by Taluka Primary Education Officer, B.R.C. CO and lone buffalo, will stay with the convener.


6)District Level Competition: For various competitions from Taluka Level/SVS at District Level


Based on the entries of the first rank contestants, the first, second and third rank contestants shall be selected from among the competitions held and only the entry of the first rank winning contestant from each division shall be sent to the state level competition. District level competition will be conducted by Diet. The following prizes will be given for each competition for painting, children's, music (singing and playing) competitions held under Kala Utsav.

Regarding the above instruction received from the note of the Hon'ble Collector dated 17/06/30, stating that if heavy rain is forecast in Amreli district for the next two days, as a precaution, regarding the safety of the students, on 19/06/207 and on 15/02/20. Holidays are declared for students in all primary, secondary and higher secondary schools of Amreli district and in all other educational institutions. Under no circumstances should students be called to school. Every principal should take note of this, every principal should take personal care in this matter. The school must be kept open. All school staff must be present at the school. No staff must leave headquarters. In case of heavy rains, a shelter or relief center has to be started immediately. Then the school principal will have to make arrangements for the school to open immediately.
