Reverting to the above subject, the name of SCA-22752/2019 and connected case vide letter of reference-2 from the office hereof as per instructions given vide letter-1 of Education Department. It has been instructed to accept the judgment of the High Court and cancel the decision of the Education Department dated 09/10/2019 with original effect and cancel the transfer of the HTAT head teachers and return them to their original position.
By implementing the letter of reference-1 and 2, in the current year, if there is a situation of returning the head teacher to a place other than the approved establishment of the head teacher in the district as per the office order dated 05/09/2022 dated 31/07/2022, how many Please send the details in the attached sheet regarding the return of Head Teachers to their place of origin other than the approved institution.
