cording to the above topic and reference, the art festival of the year 2022-23 is being celebrated under the theme of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" based on the program "Har Ghar Tiranga". Various competitions will be held from school level to district level under this festival.
As part of the Kala Utsav program, from 13/8/22 to 15/8/22, hoist tricolors at school, house, street, village etc. and greet the tricolor and make Har Ghar Tiranga program a success. This program of the state level is very important, the education department has to send the report (in word copy) and photo sub information within the time limit. Go to google form link for school level competition details on 5/8, CRC/QDC level on 8/8, BRC/SVS on 8/8. Information and photograph are requested to be uploaded on 10/8 and for district level competition on 17/8.
The district level report has to be prepared and sent here in soft and hard copy.

Reverting to the above subject and reference, the use/display and hoisting of the Indian National Flag is regulated by the Prevention of Insult to National Honor Act, 1971 and the Indian Flag Code, 2002, as per the referenced order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The information of which is given on the website of Ministry of Home Affairs www.mha.gov.in. With the approval of the competent authority, clause (xi) of paragraph 2.2 of Part-II of the Indian Flag Code, 2002 is amended as follows.
" (xi) Where the flag may be displayed (unfurled) in the open or may be displayed (unfurled) at the house of a member of the public / individual and may be unfurled during the day and night."
