Mr.,

Based on the above topic and context, it is stated that the aim is to make the selected schools of your district schools of excellence in the near future. The assessment criteria for the 2022 Excellence Certificate aims to ensure that every child acquires basic reading, writing, and numeracy (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) skills. It also aims to achieve FLN targets under Nipun Bharat.

The November and December 2021 issue of Jeevan Shikshan provides detailed guidance for the primary schools in your district to achieve this goal. In addition, DPEO as well as DIET Mehsana has prepared a program for every child in Std. 6 to 8 to acquire FLN skills and implemented it in all the primary schools of the district. The entire program is available online on the 'DIKSHA platform' in the form of training materials. Please instruct your district teachers to be aware of this training material. So that even during online education in Std. 6 to 8, reading-writing-arithmetic skills can be well developed in children.

As you are aware, basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are very important for a student's further academic career, which requires intensive efforts at all levels. Please try the FLN program for mothers in all the primary schools in your district considering the special needs of your district.

In addition, under the National Education Policy-2020, Nipun Bharat Mission's wide publicity and dissemination and public awareness in all the letters from the district level Kachari to use Nipun Bharat's logo and slogan.

Viy: Pragya online training matter under National Mission ...

As you all know, NEP 2022 places a lot of emphasis on basic literacy and numeracy. The National FLN Mission has been launched for its implementation. As part of this mission a special effort will be made to impart basic skills like reading, writing, arithmetic to the students of Std.

As you are well aware, the same philosophy as the methodology in the pragya approach has also been discussed in the National FLN Mission. Each child learns individually according to his / her pace and abilities, opportunities for classroom learning and self-study are strengthened, continuous assessment seasons remain, etc.

Most recently, during March 2021, AAP conducted training for standard 12 teachers. It is imperative that the remaining teachers in this training get training through this online medium. In addition, all IT lecturers, BRC-CRC Coordinators, are also expected to receive this online training.

This training is made available on the DIKSHA platform. All DIET Lecturers in your district, Education Supervisors, BRC-CRC Coordinators as well as Std. 1-2 teachers are requested to ensure that they receive this online training.
