તા.૧૬/૦૩/૨૦૨૦ થી તા.૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૧ સુધીના દસ તબક્કામાં ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સીસ (કુકીંગ કોસ્ટ - અનાજ) ના વિતરણની કામગીરીનું તાત્કાલિક હિસાબી મેળવણુ [રિકન્સીલેશન) કરી અધતન વિગતો મોકલવા અંગે.
તા.૩૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૧ની સ્થિતીએ શાળા/SM.. કક્ષાએથી શાળામાં ખરેખર નોંધાયેલા તમામ વિધાર્થીઓને તા.૧૬/૦૩/૨૦૨૦ થી તા.૩૧/૩/૨૦૨૧ સુધીના ૨૯૫ (જેમાં સ્થાનિક રજાઓ બાદ થશે) શાળા દિવસો માટે એક થી દસ તબક્કાદીઠ મળવાપાત્ર ફેંકીંગ કોસ્ટની રકમ સામે ખરેખર કેટલા વિધાર્થીઓને ખરેખર કેટલી કુકીંગ કોસ્ટની રકમ વિધાર્થી/વાલીના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરાવેલ છે? અને કેટલા વિધાર્થીના વાલીઓને અનાજ વિતરણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તેની શાળા દીઠ અધતન વિગતો પત્રક- ૩ અને પત્રક- ૪માં ભરાવીને શાળાના આચાર્યની સહિ સિક્કા સાથે તાલુકા/ ઝોનલ કચેરીએ મેળવીને શાળાદીઠ નોંધાયેલ વિધાર્થી મુજબ ખરેખર કુંકીંગ કોસ્ટની રકમ જમા થયેલ છે, તેમજ અનાજ વિતરણ થયેલ છે. તેનું શાળાદીઠ અધતન રેકર્ડ તાલુકા કચેરીએ નિભાવવાનું રહેશે. અને શાળા/S.M.C. કક્ષાએથી બેંકમાં જમા કરાવેલ ફૂંકીંગ કોસ્ટની રકમ અને થયેલ અનાજ વિતરણની અધતન વિગતો આપના નિયંત્રણ હેઠળના તાલુકા કચેરી/ ઝોનલ કચેરી પાસેથી મેળવી આપની અંગત દેખરેખ હેઠળ જરૂરી ચકાસણી કરાવીને સંદર્ભમાં દર્શાવેલા આ કચેરીના તા.૧/૬/૨૦૨૧ના પત્ર સાથે આપની કચેરીને અગાઉ મોકલાવેલ ધો. ૧ થી ૫ માટે પત્રક-૧ અને ધો.૬ થી ૮ માટે પત્રક-૨ ના કોલમ નંબર:૭, ૮, ૯,૧૦, ૧૧,૧૨ અને ૧૩ માં જરૂરી સુધારો કરી ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સીસ ના વિતરણ ની તા.૩૦/૦૬/ ૨૦૨૧ અંતિત અધતન વિગતો તેમજ તાલુકા કચેરી/ કોર્પોરેશન કચેરીના ઝોન કચેરીએથી શાળાઓ/ SMC ઓનું ૧૦૦% હિસાબી મેળવણું [રિકન્સીલેશન] પુર્ણ કરી નિયત પ્રમાણપત્ર સાથે પત્રક,-૧ અને ૨ માં જરૂરી વિગતો આ કચેરીમાં સત્વરે મોકલી આપવા વિનંતી છે.

As on 30/02/2071, all the students who are actually enrolled in the school from school / SM level will be given one to ten phases for school days from 19/06/2030 to 31/4/2071. Exactly how much cooking cost is actually credited to the student / guardian's bank account against the amount of throwing cost receivable? And how much grain has been distributed to the parents of the students. By filling in the latest details per school in Form-2 and Form-2 and getting the signature coin of the school principal at the taluka / zonal office, according to the registered student per school, the amount of cooking cost has actually been deposited, as well as grain has been distributed. The latest records per school will have to be maintained by the taluka office. And school / S.M.C. The amount of funging cost deposited in the bank from the level and the latest details of the distribution of foodgrains received from the taluka office / zonal office under your control, under your personal supervision, after conducting the necessary verification, sent to your office earlier with the letter dated 1/4/2021. Necessary amendments in Form-1 for Std-1 and Std-2 to Std-2 for Std-5 to Std-2: 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12 and 13 have been amended and the date of distribution of Food Security Allowances has been fixed on 30/07/ It is requested to send the required details in Form-1 and 2 along with the prescribed certificate after completing the latest details of 2031 as well as 100% accounting of schools / SMCs from the zonal office of the taluka office / corporation office along with the prescribed certificate.
