            Where an investigation reveals a serious violation of the rights of the child or a violation of the provisions of any law in force at the time, it may recommend to the concerned government or authority to lodge a complaint against the person or persons concerned or to take appropriate action.  Instruct the Supreme Court or the High Court for directions or writs that the court deems necessary.  The Commission may, as it deems necessary, recommend to the concerned government or authority to grant such interim relief to the victim or his family member.

Government of Gujarat: The Government of Gujarat has provided Rs. For salary / allowance, travel and office expenses to the Commission for the year 2017-18.  31.00 lakhs were allotted.  Out of which Rs.  31.00 lakh has been spent.

 Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan: For the purpose of monitoring under the Free and Compulsory Education of Children Act-2006, Rs.  2.5 lakh grant was allotted.  This fund dt.  Allotted on 08-08-2018.  Expenditure under which will now be incurred in the following year.

 

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights: 4/7.09.2013 A grant of Rs. 2.15 lakh was allotted for the organization of National Seminaron "Children in Media: Issues & Perspectives". This amount was handed over to Maharaja Sayajirao University

In order to provide quality education to the students studying in these schools, the society strives for the holistic development of the students by providing adequate number of teachers, staff and students with good meals, creating a clean and healthy environment as well as creating a pleasant and healthy environment for the students.  Apart from education, students are also given various types of activities like vocational training, clubs, exposure visits, computer education, various sports.



 The child is an integral part of society, and it is an important part of society.  A safe, healthy and educated child leads to a strong society in the future.  With that in mind, children are given different rights.  But there are also barriers to allowing children to enjoy these rights freely.  In this context, it is equally important to provide protection of child rights for the overall development of the child.

 

The Government of India has ratified the Memorandum of Understanding on the Rights of the Child of the United Nations in the year 19, in respect of which the Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child Act-2009 has been passed by Parliament and passed by His Excellency the President.  This law has been approved on 30-08-2009.  As per section 13 of this law, dt.  Gujarat State Child Rights Protection Commission has been formed with the declaration dated 3-02-2018.  Chairperson and members of the Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights from the announcement of the Chairman of the Commission dated 8-06-2017 and  4 members have been appointed from the announcement of 31-02018.  The chairperson and members of the commission during the year 2017-18 were as follows.
