The Indian court has given its verdict in the Hague-based International Court about alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, arrested in Pakistan, and asked to reconsider his execution of the death sentence. The Pakistani court has sentenced him to death in 2017 for his alleged involvement in espionage.

However, those who have been sentenced to Pakistan under the espionage charges are not Indian citizens before the pollution.
